- the hotel shows more beautiful photos than the reality, the room was not as we booked, the furniture was old and not very clean, the staff did not know Italian or English very well

- Non tornerò mai più, un tugurio, privo di qualsiasi confort primitivo. Televisore e telecomando rotti, assenza di lampade, armadio inutile e rotto, continua puzza di fumo ovunque, igiene inesistente e staff assente. La posizione favorevole non giustifica tale assenza di servizi. Menomale che era solo per poche notti, ma stavo già valutando di abbandonarlo.
+ Stanza abbastanza pulita con biancheria inclusa, vicino alla stazione per andare a Venezia.
- NON È UN B&B, è una casa divisa in stanze il "bagno privato" è in un corridoio comune dove passano altre persone, quartiere squallido, la casa pure, confusione tutta la notte tra persone che fanno casino e impianti di riscaldamento rumorosi, tutto gestito da una persona straniera che non parla italiano. SCONSIGLIATO.

+ A localização é ótima, próxima a estação de metrô e ponto de ônibus. O atendimento foi excelente.
- Ausência de elevador, apesar do anúncio conter essa informação, mas não tínhamos observado.
The location is great, close to the metro station and bus stop. the service was excellent. no elevator, although the ad contained this information, but we had not observed.

- Personale che, seppur gentilissimo, praticamente non conosce la lingua italiana . Comunicazione difficile. Ambiente poco aereggiato, odore sgradevole negli ambienti comuni. Arredamento arrangiato. Solo un telo doccia a disposizione di ogni ospite. Altri asciugamani non disponibili.
Leider sehr dreckig. Privates Bad wurde gar nicht geputzt. Benutztes Handtuch, Seife und Haare waren im Bad. Nachts sehr laut. Das Zimmer schmutzig.

+ J'ai aimé la proximité de la gare Venezia Mestre et les magasins restaurants à côté super sympa. La chambre est cosy et confortable dans l'ensemble et heureusement bien équipée en chauffage pour l'hiver et l'air conditionnée l'été.
- L'appartement au 3ème étage dans un ancien immeuble donc difficile pour mes parents de monter les escaliers et les valises. Si c'était mentionné avant dans l'annonce ça aiderait à se projeter et décider de réserver ou pas. Le pire c'est la salle de bain/WC, malgré qu'elle soit privative, elle n'était pas chauffée et pas très propre. De plus il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude le soir et même le matin. Alors impossible d'utiliser la douche :(

+ Nous étions un groupe de 28 personnes venu pour le marathon. Nous recherchions pas cher, et un bon emplacement. Les commentaires de booking n'étaient pas favorables, j'ai hésité, mais je ne regrette pas. Nous n'avons rien eu à reprocher à cet hôtel. l'accueil, la propreté, l'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner, ok la cuisine petite pour 28 personnes, il a suffit de s'organiser, mais il ne manquait rien. Un vrai bon rapport qualité prix.

+ Molto vicino alla stazione di Mestre, a bar e supermercati. In 10 min di treno sei a Venezia. La zona non è granché ma non ho percepito pericolo
- Il poco rispetto delle persone dello stabile: hanno fatto confusione tutta la notte, sbattendo porte, parlando a voce alta e spostando mobili.

- C’era un solo bagno per tutte le stanze e gli altri ospiti erano molto rumorosi nell aprire e chiudere le porte
+ La ubicación esta super, caminando a la Estación 5 minutos...es lo que mas me gustó.
- Pues el baño que estaba aparte de la habitación y teníamos que salir todo el rato era muy incomodo la verdad y por otro lado la taza del baño estaba rota, se movía mucho y te caías cada vez que te sentabas
