- I just noticed that I paid 250 euro for 1 week, which is really too much for a single person. The room is extremely small, and dusty. They don't clean rooms properly, and the bed sheets smell like old people. My body started itching after 4 days, and I was forced to take shower twice a day because of this. The room has no good air ventilation, and it is totally not sound proof! This will be my first and last.

- 何回も利用させて頂いておりますが、 本日、朝、9時から10時10分の間、 私は２階に滞在させて頂いておりましたが、 洗面台の前で、スタッフさんと他のお客様で、 女性2人が、大声で１時間ほど英語で話しており、 その間、うるさくて全く眠れず、 休むことができませんでした。 ドアの前で大笑いしていたので、 洗面の目の前の部屋でしたので、 会話の内容が全て分かるものでした。 今までに一度も無かったので、 この場所はとても素晴らしく、大好きでしたが、今回の事で、 残念ですが、 今後は利用しない事を考えようかと思います。 ご多用中恐れ入ります、 ご確認、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

+ The only good thing there was the staff.

- Believe all the negative reviews because they are true. I would never in mi right mind book again this place. I've been all over Japan and this was the ONLY place where I didn't sleep 1 night from the 4 I stayed and where I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body. I feel shame to go on the street with shorts or skirt because my legs look very horrible. They did change my room for a "better" one and offered me free amenities but I would have been happier if they bought for me anti itch spray or cream. Why should I spend my money on that? Was it my fault to be bitten like this?

+ Nothing, and I tell you why.

- We literally didn't fit in the room. It wasn't 7 m2. No. It was less than 4 m2. If you come with suitcases, good luck with that. And the worst part is that they make you reserve the economy room so in the end you arrive, you cannot close the door and, what is the solution? You can pay a bit more to get a bit of more space. I was absolutely shocked. Another thing, you have to pay for EVERYTHING. You want towels? pay. A brush? pay. But wait, the best part is the marketing next to it, if you follow them in instagram you get for free one of the amenities :)) Amazing the person behind the marketing of this hotel. The space in the corridor is ridiculous. The toilets are made for you to suck your belly in if you want to get inside. Everything is dirty because they make the customers clean it. I didn't see in my stay ANYONE coming to clean the dirtiness from the corridors, the sinks are full of water and hair. It is a joke. Another great thing of this hotel is that the doors are so badly done they make noise if you even open a little bit the window. Because the frame is badly made. And don't forget the fact that the walls are made of paper so you can hear all your neighbors plus the 20 ambulances that passed in the street. It is the worst hotel I've been so far in my life. People that grade this hotel high please, be honest. The only thing I can pass is how SOME of the staff members were nice to us. But not everyone, didn't hear a single good morning in the all the days we were. Never going to come back. Last thing that I found the ultimate joke is to make people come and pay for the hour so you can use it as a coworker space. Please guys, stop joking that much. It is an inhumane NONspace hotel made for scamming people. Do yourself a favor and get yourself any other better business hotel. For the price you will pay in this, you will get all the amenities for free, more space and better service.

- 部屋はベッドとテレビのみ。トイレもシャワーも洗面台も共用で室内にはなかった為大変困った。ドアも薄いので廊下の足跡が聞こえて落ち着かなかった。

- 部屋が狭すぎ。 カプセルホテルと大差ない。 防音対策ヤバすぎる。壁がないと同じ。

- Las habitaciones eran demasiado pequeñas, no podía ni abrir la maleta. Cuando la moví para buscar el enchufe estaba muy sucio. Las murallas eran muy delgadas así que escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en las habitaciones de al lado. Más allá de que yo reservé la habitación pequeña hubiera esperado que por lo menos estuviera limpia, finalmente terminé cambiándome por la incomodidad. Siento que pagué el precio por una habitación compartida no una privada, además de que estaba muy lejos de las partes más turísticas.

+ La localización, podíamos ir andando al Skytree

- Aunque hay muchos carteles en todo el hostel para avisar a la gente de no hacer ruido, a la mayoría de los turistas les da igual. Alguien se secó el pelo con el secador a las 11 de la noche justo en nuestra puerta y las habitaciones tienen cero insonorización. Si quieres dormir este no es el sitio me temo.

+ No muy lejos de la estación de tren, limpio y personal muy agradable

- Habitación súper pequeña, no había lugar ni para abrir la valija

- Man kan høre alt fra de andre værelser/bad og gangen. Der var ikke mange restauranter tæt på

+ Lovely place, kept clean by both staff and guests, safe as there is a code to get in after certain hours, common area is friendly, we enjoyed staying here, our room was small (10th floor) but enough for our needs!

+ Value for money. Cleanliness.

- The kitchen could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Unfortunately some guests are not mindful. New pans would be nice. Night light in the bedroom would be perfect.

+ Extremely clean, friendly staff, good common spaces, cheap for tokyo prices.

- Nothing special, thin walls so earplugs are recommended.

+ Love the location and comfortable the bed.

+ Check-in was very easy and the lady on the desk was lovely!
