- 最初、宿に来た時にマットレスの上に前の滞在者のコンタクトがそのままの状態で放置されてました。部屋の隅や床は埃や髪の毛が落ちていて汚かったです。枕やマットレスに敷くシーツ、茶色の布団はとても臭くて洗ってないのかな？と思いました。マットレスはびっくりするぐらい薄くて寝る時にとても痛かったです。
Very small and cold rooms

+ Location was quaint & a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
- Property is in disrepair/poor condition. The “beds” were merely wooden platforms w/ thin futons and therefore uncomfortable. The facility pictures don’t show these particular rooms. The showers have black mold. The stairways are narrow and not easy to navigate.
Cute neighborhood but very dated and had a scent to it. Private room had shred bathrooms. Rather expensive for having a shared bathroom. Other guests socialized together but they were very loud late into the night. Bed was hard and there was no room to even stand in the private room it was just the bed. Wouldn’t stay again
+ Very nice staff, and good location.
- The room was very small (once the futons were opened, we had no space left around it), and in bad shape. There were only 2 bathrooms in the guesthouse, for men, which can be an issue when you have to take a shower in the morning (for example before leaving to take a plane at Haneda). Obviously the staff is doing its best, but this place needs a serious renovation. And it was way too expensive.

+ The staff were super friendly and helpful. Good price. Nice location on a quiet street with good vibes. Super close to the train station. We stayed here for 1 night due to the proximity to the Narita Express and bullet train.
- The building is older, so expect older rooms/washrooms. We stayed in the triple room (private) which was spacious enough for 3 people for 1 night, but there was only 1 real bed (bunk) and two single mattresses on the floor, which were very thin and uncomfortable (you could feel the floor straight through it).
- Leider extrem laut, trotz Einzelzimmer. ständig Türen die Zufallen und Gäste die bis 1h Früh Stiegen auf und ab gehen und dabei laut sprechen. Matratze sehr unbequem.
Unfortunately extremely loud, despite single room. constantly doors the accidents and guests who go up and down stairs until 1am and talk loudly. mattresses very uncomfortable.

Even at the late night check-in, the staff warmly welcomed me.
Nice place to stay! Close to the station and family mart is a few steps away :)

+ Location - 2 mins from metro! Really helpful and friendly staff. Older guesthouse with lots of character. Also let me leave my bags all day after checking out in the morning.
- Be aware that Shower facilities only on -1 floor. Stairs can feel narrow when moving large bags.

- La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur un mur, je pense que pour un plus long séjour cela peut être dérangeant mais pour le rapport qualité/prix et le temps passé (1 nuit) cela convenait très bien

- 沒有電梯
+ Close to the station so made it easy to get around. Also really nice at night to go for a walk.
- Fans in the main area were a bit noisy though the staff provide earplugs to help.
