+ About the only positive thing to say is that it was near a train station

- Don’t look like it was updated since the 70’s, not very clean. Also was accidentally double booked and only found out about it when checking in and hotel manager would not cancel one of the rooms. Not customer focused at all.

- Non è un hotel ma un ostello, con letti a castello e bagno in comune, io avevo pagato per una stanza singola, niente chiave magnetica per entrare ma una classica, orari della reception totalmente diversi da quelli riportati nella scheda della struttura, dato che non era più possibile cancellare gratuitamente ci ho rimesso l'intero importo pagato per il soggiorno e ho dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione.

- Rooms were tight, the hotel itself was tight. Capsules were noisy, very sensitive. You can hear everything people do. Some people didn’t sleep until the morning, and they eat something, doing something such as watching videos. I booked 3 nights, but stayed 2 nights. Like all other capsule hotels, it’s an overrated hotel. I got sick in capsule hotels. Changed 3 times. All of them are the same. But, some of them had a better location. Nothing more.

+ 住宿位置非常發達，附近有4間超商，離大江戶線新宿線都很近，門口也有公車站牌

- 廁所真的太小間了

+ The cafeteria was a good option. Convenient spot. Staff were obliging.

- The room was a bit cramped for 3 people

- アメニティーの有料貸し出し等の表示があればよかった。朝タオルがないことに気づいて、結局シャワーを浴びれなかった。

+ I loved the view of the Skytree from the 10th floor, which is where our room was, and I loved how quiet it was! The staff was nice, I liked how they were able to clean/tidy the room up when we had the sign on our door and that there was a staff member who spoke English who was very friendly and helpful. I also liked how close it was to FamilyMart and other convenience stores as well as the train stations.

- The only problem was when I tried filling my water bottle on the 3rd floor, the water dispenser wasn’t working or was out of water. Everything else was excellent!

+ Check In 時服務人員非常用心的介紹飯店設備，也提供很多服務像是租腳踏車、借熨斗或是電棒捲等等。 地點很棒！從森下站A6出口有電梯搭，不用爬樓梯、搬行李箱，走到住宿地點很近，附近便利商店、連鎖餐廳也很多。 房間空間很足夠，我有28吋行李箱和登機箱都可以展開，採光也很好、白天悠閒地待在房間也很舒服，比較罕見的是沒有免治馬桶。

+ I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. Very convenient. It has many restaurants and konbini stores next to the hotel and just a short walk from Morishita station (Toei Shinjuku Line) which made getting around Tokyo easily. The room was clean and comfortable with all basic amenities you need. It has a small balcony which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Kota who recommended some really cool places for me to visit around Tokyo. Their housekeeping deserve a credit too. He was friendly asking me if I need to get my room cleaned. Arigatou gozaimasu! Overall, a great stay with a convenient location, clean rooms and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tokyo if the price isn't increase too high in the future.

- Most of them said the the room is a bit small but for me is quite big and enough for me. Probably, I don't have large luggage. So I'm actually fine with the room size. Wifi was capped at 20~30mbps only, if you need a fast internet then this hotel isn't for you

+ 該飯店位於森下站旁，轉角就可以到地鐵站很方便，附近吃的有居酒屋及24hr的連鎖店，街道很乾淨，晚上也很有安全感，接待人員也很有禮貌，一切都很喜歡，附近也有一家銅鑼燒店很推薦可以買來當伴手禮。 價格也很便宜，對於需要旅遊的人很方便，而且旁邊就是地鐵，去澀谷最多也才20~30分鐘，去市中心、淺草、上野之類的地方只要10~15分鐘。 10F還可以看東京晴空塔

- 房間的枕頭躺起來比較塌，睡起來不太舒服。
