its pretty good, pool area is great, security team are really top notch. location is spot on but its abit expensive for what you get

There were bedbugs in the beds, we informed staff the evening they were found. We were moved rooms but staff did not tell any of the other clients staying in the room. There was also vomit in the sink and toilet at 5am we went out for the day it was still there at 5pm.

I was looking forward to coming to this hostel due to the good reviews. The only good thing about it was the location next to the beach. The washrooms were so dirty, I’ve seen shit, vomit and the next day it would still be there. It smelled like sweat and was super humid inside. You can’t sleep before 2.am because of the music, but also people screaming in the hallways all night. Rooms were left open at all times.. also there were bedbugs in another room and staff didn’t inform others.

Le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Cela dépend trés probablement de votre profile de voyageur et de vos attentes. Les notres étaient vraisemblablement trop élevées et différentes. L'emplacement et les activités sont les points forts. Nous sommes 2 amies et avons logé dans une chambre privée avec lit supperposés, nous avions l'impression d'être en prison. Les comoditées sont minimales et pas toujours propres. Pas réellement d'Espace commun pour ce rassembler... Ne vaut pas le prix...

There was something wrong with their water. It was yellow and smelled like rust. The restrooms were filthy. I did not shower at the hostel but instead showered at a gym every day.

Worst but also most expensive room that we had in Thailand so far. Our room (4 beds) only had 1 window that led to a dark indoor corridor, so there was no light in our room. But even worse: the humidity from the bathroom and our swimsuits/towels could not leave the room, everything was moist, even the mattress, which felt really disgusting. Felt like we are sleeping in a damp basement. The bathroom smelt really bad and the white tiles were already orange. Instead of cleaning, they decided to put...

AVOID. shown to dorm and bed wasn’t made. Beds were so noisy (top bunk). Showers and toilets were filthy. Can’t control peoples mess but these weren’t getting cleaned. Cleaners going into toilets but just looked busy and walked away. glass shard was there the whole time I was staying (4 nights). toilet paper to dry hands which was just breaking up and going everywhere. Not interested in ‘we’ll do better’ cause the recent reviews on cleanliness are consistent with no action

Zimmer war nur semi sauber, hatten auch eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, die dann aber vom Personal zum Glück schnell entfernt wurde. Das Hostel wurde auch mit Strandzugang + Pool beworben, Strandzugang gab es jedoch während unserem Aufenthalt keinen (lag vermutlich an der Baustelle direkt neben dem Hostel), was uns grundsätzlich nicht gestört hat, aber das sollte bei der Buchung transparent kommuniziert werden. Das Personal war nett und die Lage war sehr gut.

The staff working at the hostel is great! Aside from that, I did not have a positive experience at the hostel. There is currently construction works so its very noisy at the pool and the entry to the beach is blocked. Also, rooms have no daylight and there is much noise from parties all night long. I do not think that the price/quality ratio is good.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with hostels. The bathroom was ALWAYS extremely dirty and smelly as well as every single corridor. The staff was super mean and everything but ready to help. The music was too loud 24/7 and nobody watched out that the rules they “have” were complied - people would party in the dorms and talking/singing very loud every night. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.

The hostel vibe is really good. It’s social but no pressure to party. I extended three times. The staff are amazing, especially Megan and the showers are amazing

Shoutout to Jez/The Jezinator. He’s the GOAT of all hostel reps, big ups to him. Make sure there’s someone else in the pool to throw the rugby ball with him while I’m gone
