Terrible, no one to check me in and left waiting for that. The shower was placed at around 1.5m and could not move up. Rooms extremely warm, heating was on while it was a hot day. Bed was rock solid. Staff were nowhere to be seen and toilets were covered in toilet paper. No environment or social element to the hostel at all

Rummet var som en skrubb med en lyxvariant av en parkbänk. Det var stora mellanrum mellan brädorna den så kallade ribbbotten. Det fanns ingen ordentlig dusch på en av två toaletter. Köket var välutrustat med diskmaskin och flera kylskåp. Det verkade vara mer ett tillhål för hemlösa som kom och gick som de ville. Personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående.

Une seule salle de bain qui fait aussi office de toilette pour 10 personnes, c'est trop peu, surtout quand on a ses menstruations. Pour aller aux toilettes il fallait attendre parfois 1h. Les chambres, la salle de bain et la cuisine n'étaient pas très propre. Aération avec de la poussière juste au-dessus de ma tête de lit. Rien pour se tenir au lit en hauteur lors de la nuit et pour descendre du lit. Le dortoir est cher payé pour ce que c'est et les services non existant.

Ich habe mich beschwert, dass die Matratze hart wie Stein ist und das 7 m² große Zimmer zu klein für 4 Personen ist, was gegen die Gesundheitsvorschriften in diesem Hostel verstößt. Sie schauen nur auf den beschämenden Profit

L'endroit où nous avons dormi ressemblait davantage à un placard pour le service qu'à une chambre : unique matelas, très inconfortable, ne mesurant pas plus de 80 cms de large, plus court que la normale, pièce très basse de plafond, c'est à peine si l'on pouvait poser les bagages sur le sol, numéro de la chambre rajouté sur une feuille de papier sur la porte. 1800 kr. Really bad atmosphere, hostile and violent guests, unsafe, no staff present for majority of the day and no answer on emergency or normal number.

Didn't feel safe and everyone had unmonitored access to baggage storage other than that facilities were nice

kein angenehmer aufenthalt: zimmer haben keine fenster, super beklemmend. hostel war fast ausschließlich von älteren leuten belegt, am unangenehmsten: mehrere männer haben mich in der gemeinschaftsküche die ganze zeit beim Essen angestarrt. Nicht zu empfehlen!!

The room was filthy. The man in there said he was staying long term and he had left food all over the floor, the bathroom was disgusting and his dirty laundry was on my bed. He was possibly on drugs as he kept slurring his words and then made lots of noise in the middle of the night putting all the lights on. This was not backpackers hostel, it felt like a homeless shelter. No staff at reception even though I was there before 8pm so no-one to speak to about the situation.

A recepção funcionava somente no período de check-in, então não era possível solicitar nada caso necessário, em outros horários. O pessoal da limpeza entrava nos quartos sem avisar e sem falar nada antes mesmo do horário de check-in. O quarto era muito apertado e sem ventilação. Havia um banheiro para 11 pessoas. Se uma pessoa estivesse dentro com a porta trancada não era possível usar o banheiro do quarto. Num geral, o preço era muito alto para a qualidade do serviço oferecid...

Otur! Hade en farbror under mig som hade hela sitt skafferi (illaluktande mat, sopor mm) i sin säng och utanför. Som en soptipp! Snarkade dessutom som en galning. Mycket obekväm upplevelse.

On a prix la chambre privée de 4 lits. Elle est tres petite, (~5 mètres carrés). Pas trop l’espace pour changer de vêtement ou faire quoi que ce soit. Climat tres froid meme en mois de decembre, et qu’on peut pas éteindre. Le Personnel n’est jamais surplace. Daut les contacter par sms. Emplacement parfait.

Sauber und gut beliegend. Allerdings im Keller. Nette Personal.

NEVER stay in a mixed dorm here as a woman. As others mention, mostly old creepy men in this hostel and a lot of rooms without windows that smell. Got harrased by a men and left the hostel early. But 10/10 staff that moved me to the womans dorm when I said that I felt uncomfortable and also ensured me that they will kick out the men when I told them what happened per mail after changing hostel. Feel bad for leaving a bed review bc the staff is so nice, but don't stay here :(

There was absolutely no ventilation in the room. None at all. The air was suffocating, filled with the smell of sweat and socks. The room was so small and without any ventilation that you can imagine trying to sleep all night while surrounded by such air, plus the constant noise of other people snoring. Personeel heel aardig. Bedden qua bouw heel fijn Matras veels te dun. Kon de planken voelen was niet fijn. Tv in de keuken vond ik persoonlijk niet leuk en niet bijdragen aan een fijne hostel sfeer.

Old creepy men who permanently live there, they spend all day in the kitchen/common area sitting around watching tv. Upon entering was met by an old man wearing ragged, sweat stained clothes, who just grunted at us and pointed at the signs on the front desk, which include a list of everyone whose checking in that nights name and room number (quite unsafe). When emailing the hostel about concerns they replied very unprofessionally and did not address any issues only called us the problem.

The entire hostel is underground, so there's no window in the room. Not very friendly atmosphere, got the impression that most of the people live there full time, the reception hours are a bit confusing, I got there at 10, but check in is at 15, so they basically send you a code and then write a list of names with bed number, that is displayed on the reception, a bit confusing for me, but fine :))

It was pretty good and I felt safe but the check in time was wrong it said 10am but it was at 15:00

It’s just okay, not bad for this price. Position is the best you can ask, not rly clean and it doesn’t have ah “hostel vibe”. Although I totally recommend it

Some of the people who stay in the hostel gave us a bad mood, Nevertheless the hostel is quite clean and quite and tools are here to cook so that’s cool but far from center for student !

Pleasant reception female staff , clean room, though not comfortable mattress. Good cooking facilities. A very unfriendly and aggressive male owner/staff who sits in the kitchen all mornings and comments loudly on how people do any dishes,or place things and angrily and loudly unloads the dishwasher while everyone else just sits quietly. Made for a very unfriendly atmosphere in the kitchen. A shame, as the female staff were so nice.

Conveniently located and clean. Didn't even meet the staff so cannot give an opinion on them. No windows in my room but it was well ventilated. Comfy beds.
