当时我在自动贩卖机买东西，已经刷卡但商品没有出现，不过工作人员给人的感觉不佳，感觉不想处理这个问题！
I was shopping at the vending machine at the time, I had already cleared the card but the goods had not appeared, however the staff gave people a bad feeling, feeling unwilling to deal with the problem!
Pésimo el servicio de atención al cliente me cancelaron la reserva sabiendo que fue un errores con la fecha y llamé por tlf para decir que llegaría el día viernes 13 y sin embarazo la persona que me atendió fue muy mala clase y me dijo que no se podía hacer nada y pedí rembolso y me dijo que eso no se podía hacer llegué a Barcelona hoy viernes 13 sin tener hospedaje porque no tuve una solución de lo que me había pasado pésimo el servicio
Plus the customer service cancelled my reservation knowing it was a mistake with the date and I called by tlf to say that I would arrive on Friday the 13th and without embarrassment the person who attended was very bad class and told me that nothing could be done and I asked for a refund and he told me that that could not be done arrived in Barcelona today Friday the 13th without accommodation because I did not have a solution to what I had been through the service was terrible
Avoid if you can. The rooms are not nice at all. They´re way too small, don´t have curtains, and are not very clean. The only upside is the free lockers. The bathrooms are gross, and the showers flooded all three nights I was here. Pretty sure half the people in my room were homeless, and most of the other people staying here were older and weird. Ironically, all the decor makes it seem young and hip It´s in a decent location close to sagrada familia and the metro but pretty far from the bea...
LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA, camas sucias, sin almohadas, pensé que era ambiente juvenil y entro y hay 3 personas más 50+ con un olor putrefacto imposible dormir con ese olor, nos quejamos y no dieron ninguna solución, nos tocó dormir en el lobby y al otro día irnos, perdimos el dinero, es mejor pagar un poco más y estar en un hotel, no dan toallas ni jabón, todo lo cobran, te cobran una tasa por turismo y te piden dejar 10 euros por las llaves. Sótano del infierno 😭😭😭
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, dirty beds, no pillows, I thought it was a juvenile environment and inside and there are 3 people plus 50+ with a putrefactive smell impossible to sleep with that smell, we complain and they didn't give any solution, we had to sleep in the lobby and the next day we went, we lost the money, it's better to pay a little more and stay in a hotel, no towels and no soap, everything is cobran, they charge you a tourist tax and ask you to leave 10 euros for the keys.
Keine Ablage in den duschen, keine föhns, schlechte Lage (im Verhältnis zum Preis), dreckige duschen, keine Vorhänge, Klima viel zu kalt und kann nicht einfach umgestellt werden
Keine Ablage in the showers, no fans, schlechte Lage (in relation to the price), dirty showers, no curtains, Klima much too cold and cannot be easily moved
This was honestly one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. I got stuck with a bed on the upper level, placed directly in front of the air conditioner. It was like sleeping in a walk-in freezer — the cold air blew straight at me all night. Sleeping was impossible. The hostel was fully booked, so I had no option to switch beds. That means you’re left with two choices: freeze until you get sick, or stay awake the whole night. it’s shocking they even rent these beds…
Mi experiencia en este hostal no fue nada buena. El 14 de febrero todo estuvo bien, pero el 15, al ir a dormir, me encontré con otra persona en mi cama. Fui a recepción y me dijeron que debía haberme asignado otra cama. My experience in this hostel was not good at all. on the 14th of february everything was fine, but on the 15th, when I went to sleep, I found another person in my bed. i went to the reception and they told me that i should have been assigned another bed. what worried me most at that moment was that i had left a book ("the handmaid's tale"), a pair of pants and some pencils on the bed. only the pants appeared the next day. then they assigned me a new bed, but when i arrived i found a bottle of wa...
Front reception wasn’t friendly at all when we arrived, our room was a shared female dorm and it was the smallest room, could barely repack luggage on the floor when we had to leave, and the floors/shower were disgusting. Ended up leaving a night early to sleep in airport instead. Front desk would just buzz anyone in at the front door without question, not sure if they already recognized people or what, but we are given key cards to let ourselves in, so i wasn’t sure why they did that.
idk why this place is highly rated. The AC did not work. Showers and bathrooms were gross. No curtains on the beds. It states you have to be out of your room for an hour for cleaning. The lights are set on a timer you don’t even get to turn the lights on/off when you want. Can’t fit suitcase under the bed unless it’s open, not alot of floor space
DO NOT STAY HERE. Especially if you’re looking for a fun hostel. The average age at the pub crawl here is 35+. If you are looking for a calm hostel it kinda works but it has so many issues. The wifi dosent work in the room, you have no control over the insanely bright fluorescent lights so good luck sleeping, the shower is completely clogged, the rooms are hot as hell, the washing machine doesn’t work, the oven dosent work etc. Another thing was the people here. the hostel was a bait in my opinion, it was targeted for a certain audience and there was a daycare in there. I give it a good rating because the staff was amazing and they helped me sooo much. especially shoutout to Melanie who was super kind and showed me a bunch of cool places around the city!
I booked for 7 females only 6 came we didn’t cancel as it was to late, I used the extra bed to put some of my personal items on like toiletries and my clothes for the next day, we woke up to a man in the bed and my stuff on top of my case, I wasn’t asked if he could used the bed I paid for and I’m sure they charged him but didn’t offer me a part refund, the room definitely not what the image portrays u very tight apart from that it’s a nice place

Stayed at Sant Jordi for 3 nights in a 4 bed mixed dorm with unlimited breakfast included. Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful- Sacha and Josefina were always helpful with my requests like renting a towel and using the baggage storage + booking Ubers. Javi was also really helpful when I needed some help to find an Afro barbers. I would stay here again. Thanks guys!
It was a really great time—I met some cool people and we went to a party. I’ll definitely come back here sometime in the future! 😃

Top unterkunft, würde ich JEDEM empfehlen der nach Barcelona reist. Top Hostel mit top service, auch super viele aktivitäten die vom hostel angeboten werden! total toll!

Plenty of groups of HS students stayed over and kids can be rowdy and noisy. Not the hostels fault but, it is what it is. I wish the beds had curtains to give some privacy.
Not a bad hostel. Could use some improvements here and there. My outlet didn’t work by my bed and a lot of the outlets around the hostel were iffy. The staff was great. The location is close to the cathedral, but far from everything else. It is close to metro though.

Muito bem localizado, perto de metrô, mercado e do ponto de ônibus que vai pro aeroporto. Equipe super simpática e prestativa. Acomodações com boa estrutura e muito limpo. Recomendo!
