+ C'era solo un ragazzo italiano che lavorava al Bar , che era il top della disponibilità e gentilezza, il resto dello staff per niente gentili .

- The hotel's attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. A very poor experience. The hotel reservation indicated that it was pet-friendly and no extra fees would be charged, but this was not the case. Before booking, it was impossible to contact the hotel through the website. Once I booked and could contact the hotel to ask about the pet policy, I was forced to stay in a private room and pay an additional 54 euros. My original booking was only 36 euros. If I refused to pay extra, I was not allowed to stay, and they wouldn’t refund the money I had already paid. In the end, I was told that as long as you bring a pet, you have to stay in a different room and pay far more than you would expect. Not only did they refuse to refund the money already paid, but their attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. + Alguno de los trabajadores de la hostal son muy amables, pero hay un grave problema administrativo en la hostal, que hizo cambiar de uno muy bueno a una hostal de baja calidad. Hay que destacar que en el subsuelo cuenta con salas de trabajo/estudio y una muy buena lavandería a bajo costo.
- Me había alojado en un par de oportunidades hace un año, y la hostal cambio totalmente. Creo que es de las peores experiencias. El desayuno no vale la pena, es de muy muy mala calidad. No se justifica el precio para tener un pan envasado de mala calidad, un jugo azucarado, y poca variedad en general. Por otro lado la ubicación es muy mala, porque si bien queda relativamente cerca de la estación, hay que moverse a pie, dado que solo un autobus pasa a cinco minutos caminando de la hostal, pero este funciona hasta las 21.30. En la noche imposible, así que si estás desde el centro/cerca de la estación, se debe caminar media hora en zonas un poco solitarias. En lo particular tuve dos pésimas experiencias: el la mitad de la estancia la hice en una habitación compartida, la otra en una individual. En la compartida la ducha tenía solo una puerta, por ende el baño estaba asqueroso continuamente. Solo al tercer día, después de reclamar pusieron una cortina de plástico como reemplazo provisorio. Lo que debió ser una solución inmediata. Era imposible usar la ducha desde un extremo, porque se filtraba toda el agua. La otra mitad de la estancia me alojé en una habitación individual. Tuve problema para pagar por booking, porque la plataforma se caía. Finalmente se realicé la reserva directo a la hostal, y tuve una cadena de correos poco clara, y finalmente no me respetaron las condiciones iniciales (que envié con pantallazos de lo que aparecia en la web). En vivo nuevamente no lo tomaron en cuenta. No recomiendo esta hostal de ninguna forma.

- We arrived late at night and found a room where the bedsheets had not been changed. We could not see right away, the beds seemed made... As well the floor was dirty and the little bed tables. Skin, hair and nose booger everywhere. We were lucky that the friendly guy at the desk gave us new sheets for the 4 beds and we just changed everything ourselves. At 1 am this is tiring. Next day the cleaning lady wanted to change everything but we had changed already. At least she cleaned the floor.

- The bed and the quilt smell moldy, moist. The music noises from outside the room , which came from the garden made me feel uncomfortable and in the very early morning around 7:00, the music woke me up. I asked the counter to solve the problem, but, I got nothing.
+ Nic, ten obiekt to instna masakra. Brud, smród a do tego kiła i mogiła... takiego czegoś nie widzieliśmy nigdzie.
- Wszystko, pokój był obleśnie brudny. Ściany umazane, niestety nie byliśmy w stanie zidentyfikować substancji. W łazience unosił się zapach moczu. Trzeba było zamykać pokój żeby się nie udusić. Nie mówiąc już o tym, że pod prysznicem były czyjeś włosy.... Nocleg w combo kończył nasza 2 tygodniową podróż po Włoszech ale nigdzie, nie było tak obleśnie jak tu. Nie wiem skąd wynikają dobre opinie o tym obiekcie ale nasz pokój to był totalny syf. Gdybyśmy zostawali dłużej niż 2 noce to sprawa zostałaby zgłoszona do Bookingu. Nikomu nie polecam bo baliśmy się tam spać. Chcąc spędzić noc w tym obiekcje polecam wykupić pełen pakiet szczepień w razie zarazy... Jakby co, mamy zdjęcia tego cudownego pokoiku zostawione na pamiątkę... Nie pozdrawiamy
- Obiekt nie zgodził się na anulowanie pobytu pomimo tragicznych powodzi które nawiedziły region. Nie byliśmy w stanie fizycznie się w nim pojawić. Pomimo wielu prób obiekt skupiony był tylko na zysku. Inny obiekt w tym samym regionie zgodził się na anulację i zwrot środków mimo że również nie musiał z uwagi na regulamin.
- Hi, I have a problem the customer don’t want to settle me cause I chose the bed in female dormitory. They ask me about it am I sure that I order it for myself but after not received the answer they still confirm it, and I am not filing that it will be some of female gender. I am so confused they put me out of the place and I don’t have the place to live now, I also ask about refund but they refuse even that, I don’t know what to do(

Brilliant oasis with hotel-level quality I had a fantastic time at Combo. A good hostel, nice bed maybe a little cramped but it worked, a bit away from central so be prepared to walk a lot. They offered a lot of facilities and the laundry was really cheap and it smells good after.
Tout était très bien ! Personnel super accueillant, chambres propres et agréables. Seul bémol c'est assez loin du centre ville (mais proche de la gare, donc ça s'équilibre...?)

Lovely staff and comfortable beds but the hostel is very poorly located and not served by bus. not at all ideal for people travelling alone: the 1st store or restaurant is 30 minutes walk away. feeling of being isolated from everything.
Location to the centre isn’t the best but it is near the main station. The room layout was terrible and no curtains but it was value for money and I found it to be okay.
Fantastic stay close to Bologna train station (12-15 mins walk) in a modern hostel/effectively a hotel if booking the private rooms. Large rooms, comfy bed and shower/bathroom attached with ample storage. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags the next day and provided recommendations and travel steer for maximising our time in Bologna. Would highly recommend!
It's a quite big hostel with a lot of common areas and a big kitchen, that is okay equipped. The staff was really nice. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is close to the central station but it takes a while to get to the city centre. For a longer stay I'd look for an accomodation in the centre.
The positives are the staff were helpful. The negatives are a longer list: the kitchen was atrocious, for the 3 days I stayed there, it was dirty with no clean dishes whatsoever, there was 1 coffee cup to go around the whole hostel, and it just felt grimy. Further, for every 1 regular backpacker, there was 30 school kids, the hostel seemed more like a primary school turned hotel for kids rather than a hostel. I would highly recommend spending a tad extra to stay elsewhere (anywhere).
This Hostel was amazing! Unfortunately I only stayed one noght, but everything was clean, the stuff was really nice and it's very close to the trainstation. The bed was very comfortable (I didn't even want to get out of bed, that's how nice it was haha)! I slept like a log. It's definitely worth the little money that it costs
As someone who's not used to Hostels, I really felt comfortable at Combo Bologna. The staff at the reception are very kind and helpful; they made sure that I was well informed about the facilities. The rooms are spacious, and there's ample space for 4 people to move around easily. The vibe's amazing too, as are the outdoor seating arrangements. I didn't had the chance to try their food menu, but I'm very willing to try it out on my next visit. I'd gladly recommend them! Grazie Combo BO :)

I have found it to be very useful
Very nice hostel and incredibly good value for the price the only downside is the location which is quite far from the city but close to the station, but i think its a good 30 minute walk to the city itself which can feel exhausting especially since one needs to go through the station itself to get there and I wouldn't want to do that at night to be honest, since it's not the nicest station area. Everything else is top notch and there is really nothing to complain about.
That is a good place to stay
A very clean and comfortable hostel close to the city centre. It is great value for money and the staff were very friendly.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here. Nice common area downstairs, where you can enjoy coffee, etc. However, in the bedroom itself, I missed not having a table and normal chairs to sit on. The room is equipped with beds only. Bathroom is included, too- very clean and nice looking. What I found a bit annoying though was the electricity system, which works only by inserting a card into the slot by the entrance door...Little annoying...apart from this all was fine, thank you!
