Rooms too small. No bus route connections. Stay at the bus hostel for easy access to places.

At first this location seemed great. It is quite central and we enjoyed the wristband and app access. However we have had a terrible time actually staying here and 100% would not stay again. We were kept awake constantly every single night by slamming doors which shook the entire pod and the temperature inside the pods was not adjustable so it was extremely hot. Between these two factors, neither of us was able to sleep more than 2-3 hours per night. The doors slamming was an extremely frustrati...

My room was spotlessly clean and designed very comfortably. The reason I gave two stars is a major design flaw that I couldn't mitigate - every time someone would enter or leave an adjacent pod their door would slam and my bed shook violently like someone is trying to wake me up. This happened to me at odd hours (midnight, 5am), and was for me impossible to not wake up from.

Not very descriptive about the accommodations and was stunned to see it was like a hostel but smaller, closer to an airport pods...had to step out of pod just to open my suitcase. Communal bathrooms on each floor for each gender. Glad it was just one night. Internet was good and place is quiet. Room has good mechanical vent as there are no windows. If you’ve ever spent time in jail, boy, do they have a room you are going to love. If you arrive late, you will struggle to get in the door. Had to pound the glass. Only one pillow and no ability to change the thermostat. No top sheet. At least the machines you order from have more personality than the Icelandic people.

Decent-ish overall. Kept finding white hairs in our bed so we think they didn't clean the bedding very well. Only enough space for one person to stand up at a time. I would recommend only one person per room even though the bed is big enough for two. Very minimal service and staffing. Parking garage to blocks down is about $20 a day.

After 2 nights here we both got a cold and sore backs as no room for seating and only a raised bed ( though comfortable). The rooms are airless and claustrophobic and air conditioning poor. Possibly for 1person with minimal luggage for 1 night only would work . The downstairs facilities were clean and modern and stylish and nice hot tub and showers/ toilets. Cityhub in Reykjavik, Iceland, charged our credit card four separate times!! We should have only had charges of €163.40 and €343.45. Instead, we were charged $191.53, $397.61, $400.26, and $404.72!! So we are now left to fight to get the overcharges back from this place, which left us with a terrible feeling at the end of our stay. Heel fijn en betaalbaar. Vriendelijke hosts, gezellige sfeer, super locatie. Ik was met mijn dochter van 12 en zij vond het geweldig. En de hottub op het dak is een leuke extra.

Super Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung in perfekter Lage. Einziges Manko: die Lüftung in den Pods ist recht laut und direkt über dem Kopf

Top-Lage mitten im Zentrum, Hot-Pot am Dach und super Preis! Die Schlafboxen haben eingebaute Musikboxen, sind sehr gut klimatisiert und man bekommt von den Nachbarn gar nichts mit, auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn man am Abend in die Stadt schauen möchte! Die Gmeinschaftsduschen und -toiletten sind sehr sauber und man bekommt auch einen Bademantel kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt - für ca. €5 gibt‘s bei einem Automaten Badelatschen für‘s Spa-Feeling. Empfang ist super freundlich...

Mackjärn, micro och vattenkokare finns i det gemensamma ”köket”. Utöver det inga andra köksredskap, så inte så stor möjlighet att laga nån mer avancerad maträtt än nudlar och mackor. Lugar perfecto para descansar, el baño tiene gel, champú, gel de manos y crema hidratante de “rituals”. El de chicas secador de pelo dison. Las instalaciones completamente nuevas y modernas, el jacuzzi espectacular mientras está nevando.

Un hôtel où l’expérience voyageur est vraiment optimale ! Tout est bien pensé, tout est fait pour être confortable et agréable. Un maximum de digitalisation tout en gardant la bienveillance de l’être humain. On y a passé deux nuits, et on est revenu pour trois de plus! L’hôtel est super bien situé dans Reykjavik. The best hostel ! Las cabinas son muy confortables. Todo está limpio y moderno. Todo es muy practico desdr el primer momento del check-in.
