I never got a response regarding the refund of my money, the reservation made.
The AC in the room didn’t work so it was hot and smelt bad. I asked the staff about it multiple times and they were quite condescending.
Someone stole my hat. I was on the 1st floor and there is a window next to alley and when the window is open people are outside and you can hear them and see them there is no security. At 1am I can hear ppl inside by the room and the washrooms and showers are not clean. Plus the toilets don’t flush. Also breakfast option is bad
I hated this place so much I left after 2 days of a 7 day stay. The bathroom situation is one that I’ve never seen before. The shower turns off after 12 seconds and you have to keep pushing a button to make it stay on. Zero privacy after the shower in a gym like changing area. No where to put your things in the shower or sink area, not a single hook. I saw a man coming out of the woman’s bathroom…the one with a wide open changing area. AirCon doesn’t work with the window open and me and ...
Not that good for the price… it was so really noisy at night. Some people next door did party for a whole night.
The beds were fine (please change the ladder). The rooms will stink every morning, they don’t get a lot of circulation (AC turns on at random points). the girls bathroom was rank. The sinks and showers were always full of hair. Stayed here in September, can’t comment on other people’s experience, but there will be old people with breathing difficulties wandering around like ghosts. They will stare at you, don’t speak English and will raise multiple questions.
Spent 1 night here and it wasn’t too good of an experience. Firstly, we had to pay a €100 deposit for the 1 night and you have to make your own bed and take the sheets off and give them back to them. The shower is basically communal with just a shower curtain for privacy and the top bunks only have privacy on the side.
Sadly not at all a Youth hostel. I’m 31 and was easily the youngest person in the building by at least 20 years (not joking). Sadly, this felt more of a trucks ‘rest stop’ as opposed to a hostel- full of older men who are quite unclean and appears they have been staying for quite some time. Not the cleanest, but I don’t think that’s the staff’s fault, I witnessed some quite unclean areas as a result of the people staying!
Honestly a really disappointing stay in We Hostel. The staff were nice and the location was pretty good. However the rest was really subpar. Security wasn’t great there really should have been some form of security at the door to check people coming in. The bathrooms were an absolute disgrace, the layout of it had absolutely no privacy. The worst part of this stay was the atmosphere. They could do a lot of good in organising nights going out like bar crawls because it was absolutely dead.
nice rooftop and reception area. No privacy in the shower. glass doors in a communal bathroom. very uncomfortable

Excellent location just a little bit away from the center, the attention of the staff more than impeccable and the security too

Alles einfach top!
Everything is just perfect!
We had a nice stay, it was clean and we felt safe.
Great place. Super sociable, the pool table was a charm. The bathrooms were so roomy and separated male/female. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect if you're travelling solo.

There is no kitchen and no oven, but the hostel is very clean and has a very friendly staff who are very helpful and friendly.
Definitely didn’t live up to the “youth” hostel name. A few older and loco folk floating around that seem to be staying here long term and makes it feel less safe/comfortable. Rooms didn’t have great ventilation and hence smelt a bit gross. On the positive side, it’s a decent location and one of the cheapest options we could find on the island. Curtains on the bed were nice and lots of locker space. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again.
Too bad the roof terrace is not accessible... reserved for guests This is not sold like that on the sites... This is the only bémol
homeless and junkies, who are smoking W in the balcony. This hostel has absolutely no security measures, and there is no locks on the bathrooms/showers therefore anyone can walk in. Bathroom lights are censored so it goes pitch black while showering. Kitchen is revolting - and right next to the bedrooms (like 3 steps) so you can hear noise all night Bedrooms have no lights and no AC control? The only pro: if your a dockwalker its a great location
I had a wonderful stay here, thanks in large part to Patri and Xabi. They were always so warm and helpful, and even let me keep my bike on the first floor so it was safely out of the way. The hostel itself is spotless—there’s no loud music or noise at all, so I slept better than I have in ages. The only thing worth noting is that the kitchen is pretty limited, so you might have to wait for your turn to use the oven, microwave, rice cooker, or air fryer. There isn’t a stove, but with a bit...
Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was very prime, at the heart of the city, in the vicinity of all the popular monuments. The staff was absolutely friendly. The hostel was packed with amenities as well as entertainment systems in place. Honorable mention to Mr. Ricardo Sanz for being such a wonderful sport as well as entertaining person for late night talks. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palma, Mallorca.

Second time here, and i would repeat
I fell good in this hostel I like to raccomanded!
Great hostel. Was a bit far from the city center but not really an issue as palma has a well connected transport system. Staff were nice!
Nice hostel. We were there in the off season so not many people there which was disappointing, nothing against the hostel. It is in a good location, but is ~1 km to an active area. During high season I could see this might have an active fun vibe give the lounge area and billiards table. Only recommendations would be to have a small shelf in the showers, and larger holes for the storage lockers so we can use a proper lock.
I went during the winter and it felt more like a truck stop/ half way house
