Muy mala experiencia. Mi taquilla asignada estaba ocupada por otro huésped, así que utilicé otra disponible. Sin avisar, el personal rompió mi candado para dársela a otra persona, sin intentar localizar al propietario. En una habitación pequeña, lo mínimo era preguntar. Al reclamar, dijeron que no era su problema y no ofrecieron solución ni candado de sustitución. Muy mala gestión, falta de profesionalidad y cero consideración por las pertenencias del cliente.
Very bad experience. my assigned locker was occupied by another guest, so I used another available one. without warning, the staff broke my lock to give it to someone else, without trying to locate the owner. in a small room, the minimum was to ask. complaining, they said it was not their problem and offered no solution or replacement lock. very poor management, lack of professionalism and zero consideration for the client's belongings.
Disgusting. The entire building smells of hot sewage and faeces, the kitchen is disgusting mess of trash and dirt, and the staff are vile. I have worked in hostels my entire life and this place was uninhabitable, not to mention a hollow shell of humanity. I left immediately and brought my holiday to an end. Oh, and of course they had a rat attitude to refunding a place that is a clear health and safety breach. Reported to the authorities and good riddance to their business. Avoid.
Atención al cliente totalmente decepcionante...cobran por todo., las instalaciones malas, camas, duchas,no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Totally disappointing customer service...they charge for everything, the crappy facilities, beds, showers, I don't recommend it at all.
Honestly worst hostel experience i had, the rooms is so hot beyond reason, and no before anyone says it’s because of the heatwave, i just went out and it’s actually cooler outside at night, yet the rooms are super hot, i can’t sleep so that’s who i have decided to write a review, thank god it was only 2 days bc of it was longer i would run away, and no u can’t open the window bc the super smart person who designed this made lucks on the window, super smart omg
Terrible experience. Overpriced (€65–80 dorms) in high season, extremely high hidden fees that are imposed selectively, rude staff, no A/C, constant noise. Beds are hot and uncomfortable. Unsafe neighborhood, groceries stolen from fridge. Not worth the stress. While in Mallorca, save yourself money and a headache - book a hotel.
No me dejaron entrar por ir con un niño de 7 años nos dejaron en la calle y tuve que buscar algo rapido para no quedarme en la calle y tuve que pelearme para que me icieran el reembolso segun ellos ya me lo an echo aun no lo e recibizo ice la reserva porque ya abiamos ido varias veces y siempre todo bien menos esta
They didn't let me in because I was going with a 7-year-old boy they left us on the street and I had to find something quick so I wouldn't be on the street and I had to fight to get my refund according to them and they already gave me a check even though I didn't get the reservation because we've already gone several times and always everything is fine except this
The moment after the cleaning staff passed there were still so many big hairs on the bedroom floor which was gross. Also the first night when I entered the room it smelled really bad. There was also a big bug in the drawer with forks… Bathroom was cleaner tho! Also staff could have been way more happy and friendly, gave me the feeling they didn’t like they’re job, time there. It’s a big hostel so you could make a lot of friends but it did not gave the social hostel vibe like on the pictu...
Nuestra experiencia fué pésima a raíz de una empleada del Hostel que nos trató muy descortezmente. No resolvió nuestros problemas de la habitación y no se ocupó en lo más mínimo de hacernos sentir cómodos. Pagamos por un producto que no recibimos. Eran 3 camas en habitación mixta con lockers. Los lockers no estaban operativos y ante nuestro reclamo ella nos respondió muy insolentemente, yo no puedo hacer nada . Encima de todo, nos trató mal, a mi y a mi hijo.
Our experience was terrible due to a hostel employee who treated us very rude. She did not solve our room problems and did not even bother to make us feel comfortable. We paid for a product we did not receive. They were 3 beds in a mixed room with lockers. The lockers were not operational and to our complaint she responded very insolently, yo can't do anything . Above all, she treated me and my son badly.

The online check-in which we were forced to do before entering the hostel took a long time and is not responsibility of the guest but of the staff which runs the reception. I stayed in many hostels in recent years and never came across a procedure like this. Pretty unnecessary also considering the fact that it didn’t even speed up the process of checking in. The four-bed dorm was extremely small not allowing to people stand between the beds. In conclusion; the hostel wasn’t worth its money...

I really liked that it was very clean. However, there is a lot of extras that you land up paying. It’s €6 for a towel, €5 to store your suitcase if you check out and need storage. I was hoping it would be a social hostel but there wasn’t facilities for that. Like a pool table or ping pong table would have been a fun way to meet people.
We had a nice room with 2 beds and enough room to put luggage ! Everything was very clean and the hostel mostly quiet. There was ample amount of toilets and showers, but not a lot of room in said showers to be able to change without having water everywhere ! The neighborhoood was nice, easy to walk to the city. I didnt really understand why they tried to make an online check in as the passports and paying the city tax was still needed when we arrived…
Sauberes Hostel in guter Lage. Checkin und Checkout waren sehr einfach und praktisch, wenn man mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen kommt.

It’s a really good hostel. The beds with curtains offer a lot of privacy! The location is great: the main bus station is nearby, and there is a supermarket right next to the hostel. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is well organized with plenty of fridges. What could be improved: - The music in the common areas was quite loud, and you could hear it in the rooms (not dramatically, but it could bother light sleepers). It would be nice if the music volume were reduced after 8 p.m. - Proper b...
Only stayed here for one night. Staff was really good, they last minute changed my booking to a female only dorm. I still think its quite expensive bc its not that outstanding and I payed €31/ night. Overall experience was good.
il mio letto era molto vicino all'armadio se fossi stata qualche kg in più avrei fatto difficolta a passare. nel bagno ci stavano solo 3 lavandini troppo pochi per tutte quelle persone. ci stavamo orari per poter usare la cucina (8am to 00) poi veniva chiusa a chiave. una sera ero in cucina alle 23.30 e la signora delle pulizie era quasi infastidita dalla mia presenza. nel compesso non ho avuto una buona esperienza, mi aspettavo di più
My bed was very close to the closet if I had been a few pounds overweight I would have had difficulty getting through. in the bathroom there were only 3 sinks too few for all those people. we had hours to use the kitchen (8am to 00) then it was locked. one night I was in the kitchen at 11.30pm and the cleaning lady was almost annoyed by my presence. in the compound I didn't have a good experience, I expected more
Si buscas un hostal para poder descansar después de días largos de turismo, o simplemente dormir bien, este no es el sitio ideal. Hay muchísimo ruido, tanto de la calle como dentro del propio hostal, y se hace bastante incómodo. El personal tampoco es muy amable y, en general, el ambiente no resulta agradable. Es la primera vez que me arrepiento de haberme alojado en un hostal. Quizás las otras sedes sean mejores.
If you are looking for a hostel to relax after a long day of sightseeing, or simply to sleep well, this is not the ideal place. There is a lot of noise, both from the street and inside the hostel itself, and it becomes quite uncomfortable. The staff is also not very friendly and, in general, the atmosphere is not pleasant. This is the first time I regret having stayed in a hostel. Maybe the other venues are better.

Overall it’s a good facility to stay but there was not much further than that. The vibe wasn’t really like a community but more like a dorm! There are not much activity or share space.

Pretty clean, safe, social hostel. Lots of shared spaces and I saw they offered organized events for guests to meet each other! Big kitchen and well organized. Tall beds with curtains, just wish there was more of a table/ledge to put phone, key card, small items, etc next to the power outlet. Big lockers!

Great sun in my room. courtyard is a gregreat hang spot as are the terraces.
beautiful location, only thing missing is an indoor hhanging place, but the outdoor chill vibes would be perfect in the summer 10/10
