If a clean hostel is all you’re looking for, that’s it. But otherwise we were happy to leave. I did not feel comfortable for many reasons. The guys would come and go into the womens dorm whenever they wanted. Sexist and racist „jokes“ and comments were made and when I went to the reception, the side door was completely open and one guy sitting naked in the bathtub. Not only is that completely unprofessional but also just making people feel very uncomfortable. In the morning you would wak...
The location of the hostel is around 20 mins from the centre, in a hill, in a quiet neighbourhood full of houses. Returning alone at night felt unsafe. The hostel was very clean but unfortunately did not have any guests except me. But the hostel did not have the common spaces that could encourage a social atmosphere. The hosts were friendly but sometimes demanding and insisting on their requests. They did not accept card. For a solo traveller, especially female, prefer a more central hostel.
The owners were a bit weird and in the morning they would perform a concert of noises from their nose and mouth that left me and my friend a bit disgusted. Also they are not very accommodating for people who are not from the hostel. Their Wi-Fi id also pretty bad
Clean and comfortable hostel. The host was very friendly to me but he also seems very strict. There is no shared space. It's a decent trek uphill to get to hostel from anywhere you usually want to be. But it felt safe and comfortable.
A pleasant stay
Rooms were big and pretty clean. Kitchen available but stove was not working (broken?). Kettle available. In the bathroom , shower is directly in the floor. No social life and owners were shouting (with themsleves and neighbours I guess?) which made a weird atmosphere.
Hostel is nice! Wlan doesn‘t work at all innthe rooms and outside its ok…
I chose this hostel because it had very good reviews here but my experience was totally different. The brothers who run the hostel are quite rude and they were annoyed always. I need to print my bus ticket and they charge me 0,50 euros per copy, probably the most expensive copies I ever paid. Every hostel does that for free. Also you can't use the kitchen and there is not any common are to meet other travellers. The hostel is very clean though and location is good
Nice enough hostel. Location is a bit far out of town and be warned you will need cash for your first nights stay at least on the spot when you arrive so take cash out before heading up the hill. Very clean and well kept but the owners can be a bit too much at times.
Hostel is in a good location, easy to find and access. Fairly clean and well kept. Eccentric and blunt hosts that might not be everyone’s cup of tea. WiFi? What WiFi?

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Was very very clean. Hosts were kind and attentive. Just a heads up they only accept cash. So make sure you have some cash on hand to finish paying the property. Close to old town and tram line. Only con is a very steep hill to get there. Would stay in again.
Yes, the location is excellent, but it’s the hospitality of the proprietors that makes this stand out. They are IMMENSELY helpful, gracious, and welcoming. They also work very hard to run a great place to stay. I encourage you to not only stay here, but to ask them about their experiences living in Sarajevo—it’s the people, after all, that make a place truly what it is. With gratitude!
Our host was very friendly and the room was very clean, tidy and cosy!
Nice hostel
A pleasant stay
Super accueil, le gérant nous a donné des conseils our découvrir Sarajevo ! Nous avons passé un super moment, c'était propre et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
Great welcome, the manager gave us some tips our discover Sarajevo ! we had a great time, it was clean and I will return with pleasure !
Mirza is an absolutely amazing host and does an exceptional job at keeping his guests not only in a safe and clean environment but one that has you telling your friends all about how great his place is. I would highly recommend this stay to any and everyone this family run place is amazing!
Our stay at Mirza's hotel was great!! the rooms and toilets are clean and nice. but most of all, Mirza is very helpful and attentive!! we had a very nice time chatting with him! i recommend it without hesitation and would return with pleasure! to Mirza soon!! :)
The owner was particularly nice, involved and helpful: he even helped us catch a taxi to the station at 6am ! the place is of exemplary and irreproachable cleanliness. the place is close to the city. all for an unbeatable price: I highly recommend !
hostel owner helped us incredibly well, he welcomed us late at night and even gave us an amazing upgrade. he gives maximum! Although he was welcoming to us, he spoke poorly of ethnical minorities.

I had a nice time in the tower hostel. It's very clean, decent wifi. There was no AC in my room. There is a kitchen with all the essentials. The host is very nice and can tell you a lot about the history of Sarajevo.
My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean, very friendly and helpful owners, very near the old center. I will hopefully be back soon!
We had a nice stay in the private twin room. The place is very clean and the room was small and comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is a close walk from the center but it is uphill. The wifi isn't always working, you need to check with the owners to fix it each time. They don't give keys to the outside gate so you need to ring the bell everytime if the door is locked. There is a very nice terrace with an amazing view.
I was looking for a hostel where I could have my own, quiet room for a reasonable price, and got exactly that. The thing that will make me remember this hostel is the warmth and hospitality of the host. We had conversations about all sorts of topics, which is also a good way to learn about Bosnian culture beyond going on tours and visiting museums. Don't forget to ask him where to buy the best burek!
very nice place!
Very nice place!
We stayed one night¡! in a 3-bed room and had a great time! Excellent value for money and really nice host, very welcoming, friendly and talkative. He let us come back after checkout to use the wifi and facilities. Parking onsite for free off the street. Nice place to stay, met some other people on the way out and they were friendly:) if we stayed longer we'd probably meet some other travellers.

Nice place. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was nice, and VERY talkative - also early in the morning. The wifi didn’t work in our room. The bathroom walls were made of blurred glass (you couldn’t see directly through it, but you could definitely sense what people were doing in there.
There was no parking at the hostel although it was advertised as providing free parking (apparently they are working on that). Also the wifi was really bad/ not really working. To get to our room we had to go through another person‘s room which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall we were still able to get a good nights rest there.
