+ Lo único bueno fue la cercanía a la terminal del tren y lo céntrico
- Es muy sucio, había chinches y pequeños animalitos en la habitación, no pude dormir por la picazón y el personal muy hostil

- Encontramos chinche en nuestra cama y el alojamiento no se hace responsable de ello. Teniendo pruebas fotográficas de ello.

+ La ubicación es inmejorable. La atención de las personas de recepción es buena. El precio es muy bajo en comparación a otros lugares por la zona.
- Tienen infestación de chinches! El lugar está muy pero muy sucio! Las alfombras de todo el lugar están llenas de roña. Es un hostal que se vende como hotel. No lo recomiendo.
- There was a guy who snores so loudly ... the 2 nd night we asked the hotel Receptionist to try to help us ... he did nt show any sign of empathy... telling us that the hitel is fully booked .. while we noticed that there is lot of beds available ... the receptionist wasn t professionnal and didnt even bother him self

- I have used Booking.com many times, but this is the first time scammers contacted me via email and WhatsApp, pretending to be the property. They sent a very convincing fake website and asked for passport and card details. My reservation and contact information were clearly leaked. I booked only through Booking.com and shared my details nowhere else. The situation was highly organized and raises serious concerns about data security. When I reported this to the property, their response was careless and dismissive. I do not recommend this place at all.

- After the first night, I discovered bites all over my body, reddened skin, and swelling in places along my arm, neck, stomach, and back... it's terrible! I suffered all day because my whole body was itching. I decided to inspect the mattress in the room and was horrified because it was dirty and I found traces and bodies of dead bedbugs on it!!!! And so my entire stay in Brussels was ruined! I contacted reception and explained our problem, and the staff offered to change rooms, which was good. But instead of a double bed in the room, they gave us a room with two separate beds, a lower and an upper bunk... just the room I wanted. And of course, the payment wasn't reimbursed... HORRIBLE! When I asked to see the first aid kit so I could at least help myself, they refused, saying there weren't any.

The room and facilities meet the basic needs, and the location is excellent—perfect for getting around Brussels and visiting the main attractions on foot or by public transportation. The perfect address if you want to live centrally and cheap
Excelente ubicación, limpio y agradable. Lo malo: no tienen mesas para estar como área común, ni refrigerador, ni microwave.
The bad thing: they have no tables to sit at as a common area, no refrigerator, no microwave.
Hostel central but noisy, 15 mins from station. Room hot & no curtains so kept awake with noise/light esp weekend. Room practical but small. Good shower. Carpet in the hostel needs a good clean! Staff on desk really helpful. We didn't eat here.
Location is great and staff were nice. Other than that, not many great things to say. For some reason I was assigned to a top bunk even though 2/3 bottom bunks remained empty all night. That’s like hostel 101 to let people have the bottom bunks first. But the real problem I have is - who makes guests pay extra for luggage storage? I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world and never have had to pay extra to keep my bags in a room. 3€! AND it’s located between floors, so no elevator access...

No common area (they said there was one but it was in use?? It’s a COMMON area isn’t it???). Very crammed rooms and yes I know it’s hostel but we literally could not move in the rooms, I’m sure people wouldn’t mind paying 5 euros more to be able to move around in a 4 person dorm instead of a 5. Especially with no desk space or a table to at least put stuff on instead of your bed on the top bunk…
I stayed in a single room. The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, as it was located near the staircase, the sound insulation was not great. There was noticeable noise from people passing by and talking from around 11:00 PM onwards, and I was also disturbed by noise before 6:00 AM.
Prima hostel! Bij het inchecken werd er nog gevraagd of ik onder of boven wilde slapen. In de kamer was er 1 badkamer wat te weinig is al de kamer helemaal vol is. Verder niets te klagen.
Good hostel! at the check-in they even asked if i wanted to sleep on top or under. in the room there was 1 bathroom which is too small all the room is completely full. further nothing to complain about.

Lugar muy centrico, esta rodeado de restaurantes y bares.por lo que puede ser algo ruidoso pero nada excesivo. Sllo creo que la alfrombra que tiene ya esta muy vieja, por lo que siempre se ve algo sucio o deacuidado aunque hagan el aseo.
It's a very central place, it's surrounded by restaurants and bars, so it can be a little noisy but nothing excessive. i think the carpet you have is already very old, so you always see something dirty or unkempt even if they clean it up.
Perfect location. Nice dorms with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Curtains for privacy. Very clean. Helpful staff. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.
La ubicación del hostel es muy buena y está bien para 1 noche. Lamentable tuvimos problemas en el hostel con la seguridad y con la reserva pero pudieron solucionarlo. A destacar a el recepcionista Kenny que fue muy amable, dispuesto y atento con nosotros. No tiene salas comunes para comer y el desayuno es escaso. Calidad precio creo que está ok.
The location of the hostel is very good and is good for 1 night. unfortunately we had problems in the hostel with security and with the reservation but they were able to solve it. to highlight the receptionist Kenny who was very friendly, willing and attentive with us. it has no common rooms to eat and breakfast is scarce. quality price I think it's ok.
They made a mistake in my bed, I arrived and someone else was in mine, the receptionist did not know where to accommodate the person who was in my bed. Someone strange got in and stole 2 pillows and ran out of the hostel.

Unfortunately I got eaten alive by bugs. I have tons of bites on my feet, ankles, arms… basically anywhere exposed without clothes. I am disgusted and so uncomfortable. I will never ever stay at a hostel ever again! I also got stuck in the elevator of a few minutes which was really scary. Had to pry the doors open to get out.
This hostel is in a fantastic spot right by many attractions and a 20-30 min walk from two train stations. However I was unimpressed with the general cleanliness of my room. The bedsheet had hair on it and was stained, so was the carpet. It was also the ricketiest bed I've slept on out of the 6-7 hostels I've stayed at so far. That being said, there was hot water, and the wifi worked well. The check in and out process was quick and easy. 3.5 stars.
My linens were clean and the bathroom especially was spotless. The lockers were big enough for my backpack, but not my roller suitcase. The room was quite small but my dorm mates were friendly. With the window open the street noise was loud even from the top floor, but when it was shut you could barely hear anything.
