Aveiro Rossio Hostel

Despite repeated efforts to cancel my booking with a month’s notice, my cancellation was not accepted and I was charged anyway. Very frustrating experience. No stars.

Overall does the job for staying centrally in Aveiro close to all sights but that's about it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating which is always nice. But the hostel itself was inside a construction zone and that kind of took the charm right out of the stay considering what I payed. The beds were ok at best and the hostel didn't really have much of an atmosphere otherwise. Cleanliness was good though so there's that !

L'ostello è rumorosissimo, sia per la strada che per la mancanza di rispetto di orari del silenzio, c'era gente che faceva macello in corridoio alle 4 del mattino, in più la stanza era un po' agghiacciante perché aveva il pavimento in pendenza.

This hostel is in a good area and is clean and the free breakfast is great! However, everyone was super loud as guests were yelling up and down across levels in the stairwell at 1am and just overall wasn’t a quiet place to sleep

Consigo que la seguridad puede mejorar un poco, no hay trabas en las habitaciones.

Hostel's position is nice, but in the hostel itself is nothings special. It seems like they have problems with overbooking, i booked for 3 nights and had to stay at a different room every night, to be fair the last one was an upgrade. The reception was nice, they did their best, but still if you book for a room, you'd prefer to sleep in that one, instead of moving every night.

Did not have a good experience at this hostel. I did not feel safe because the doors didn't have locks. A random dude walked in to our room and looked around in the middle of the night, vomited in our bathroom, and then proceeded to sleep on one of the empty beds that is not his. Also, the facilities were in poor condition. In the top-most floor we couldn't even lift our heads when using the bathroom sink. There was nowhere to hang towels. The fruits provided for breakfast were rotten. I get the...

Nice place good location! would say the atmosphere was a bit dead. not many activities ran by the hostel. Otherwise it was good!

muy buen servicio, por motivos del hostal me asignaron una habitacion privada ya que tenianun grupo de personas en la habitacion ddonde estaria, eso demuestra que son un hostal que esta enfocado en entregar un buen servicio a sus clientes.

Not a bad Hostel, but it definitely need improvements. Showers are very small, on the Men bathroom was only one working. For hot water, I had to wait for some time, (it was little irritating) which I didn't know at first. Some guests were loud during morning hours, despite the "Quiet Hours" exist. Hygiene is not bad, but I think it would be better if the guest could also do their part respecting the rules. Other than that, beds were comfy and nice, staff were friendly and was ready to help!

La hostal es muy linda. Incluye desayuno muy completo y variado . El living es como estar en el de tu casa . Mejoraría la calidad de los colchones y almohadas ,eran muy malos . La chica que atiende es amable , el chico muy indiferente

I was so happy I booked this place. It was super clean, tidy &had just everything I needed. Joana also left me a bottle of water & coffee pod.It was safe and secure and it was close to everything I wanted to see. I went on a gondola (molicieros) ride at sunset as soon as I got settled in. The next day I took the 36 bus to Costa nova $ walked on the boardwalk up to the lighthouse. After I had lunch, I took the 36 bus back. It was a great day. This place is very close to the train station.

Great location near all the best things to see and do. The staff were truly lovely. I wasn’t able to get my locker key to work so check in with the staff if it doesn’t.

(6 bett gemischt) Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Lage war top. Mitarbeiter freundlich und Frühstück lecker. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Cute hostel. Everything was perfect.

Overall a great hostel! Good lcoation and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Good kitchen facilities and a lovely common area. Only things to note are the lockers are relatively small- fit a small carryon bag and a little more but not a larger carryon. And the bunks don't have privacy curtains.

Très chouette hostel, à proximité du centre. Le personnel est gentil, la cuisine, les chambres et les salles de bain sont très propres. Les lits étaient super confortables, la déco très belle. Je recommande cette hostel.

Great staff and lovely garden! Just note only 2 bathroom for 12 people in the actual room, but there are 2 toilets downstairs. Not very social but would happily stay again! Bed very comfy
