They sent us to another hostel where we were given a 12 bed dorm instead of a 4 bed dorm like we paid for. The man at the other hostel was very kind and said we could have our money back (minus the online deposit) and that the 4 bed dorm wasnt available. Don't know why they let us book it if the dorm wasnt available. Had to find another place last minute.
