Dangerous - steep stairs!!! No railings. If you fall you will break your neck or worse!! I had to crawl down with a heavy bag. Absolutely no help. This hostel should be investigated for safety. The dorm bed was rock hard. I don’t recommend this place, especially for women!

staff not friendly nor spoke english. they seemed surprised when backpackers were checking in. the kitchen was bare. theres one washroom per floor = 8 rooms where some are privates and dorm rooms, definetly the fewest washroom ive seen for that many beds. It was more of a cheap local hotel than anything. I would check out another hostel in San Miguel.

Super well located hostel and very nice staff. But the dorms are not comfortable at all, my mattress was almost non-existent, there's just one outlet for the entire bedroom, no personal lights... and the wifi doesn't work outside, which is the only place to hangout.

This began as a good hostel experience however the cleaning crew for every morning would grab clothes and items that were left on the bed and throw them around to other beds just to make the beds without caring to remember where the clothes came from. This would lead to clothes getting mixed up with other members. On my last day my sunglasses got stolen by the cleaning crew. They just smiled and pretended to not have seen them when I questioned them.

el hostal me parecio que cuenta con buena ubicacion pero las camas estan tan juntas que escuhas los ronquidos y pedos de todos los que se hospedan, le faltan utencilios para poder cocinar y en los baños falta poner papel y jabon para lavarse las manos ya que nunca hay

Nice place, though a bit far from the center. Very nice garden and patio, however it was a bit cold, and there was no indoor lounge area. The room was cold also and we had to get extra blaikets the next day. Wifii was iffy. There was someone on the desk the whole time. The hot water went out for awhile and they had some trouble fixing it. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

It's a really amazing place, so clean, It's worth it for the price if you're on a budget and don't mind sharing room with other guests

Hostel calme lorsque visité, mais propre et propice au repos. Il y avait de l'eau chaude lors de mon séjour. Bon emplacement, dortoirs assez aérés. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le patio arrière et l'espace cuisine et détente. Je recommande.

If you’re looking for a backpackers, to hang out with other people, this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for something that is in a great location, very clean, quiet, garden, good kitchen outdoor area then I definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, lockers, hot water, kitchen minimal No indoor communal space if cold outside as kitchen is outside. Absolutely no atmosphere or hostel spirit if that’s what you’re looking for Just a place to sleep Only one bathroom for several rooms Depending on timing sometimes have to wait for bathroom.

Good value for money hotel. Rooms are clean and comfy. the kitchen is the garden is also convenient but could use a bit more things to cook. When i went there there were no other backpackers. It's more an hotel with families are people of all ages than a social hostel! still good though!

For the price this is a hostel that provides everything you need. It’s basic but good. The only thing lacking would be information on the city itself. I was surprised to receive no introduction or info on the town from staff when we arrived. Cleanliness is very good except the shower curtain in the bathroom upstairs needs changing!

I was sleeping more than 6. hours. a night. great beds, great hosts. great.. management. situated nicely. moy bien!!
