Our beds had bed bugs, the toilet and sink were broken. The front desk was able to move our room for free which we appreciated but we still are now at risk of being infected with bed bugs.

The Hostel was at an alright location and okay for the price. Nevertheless, as you can tell from the other reviews, the staff at this hostel was beyond rude. As we were trying to check in, we were ignored for a good few minutes, until the man, who was smoking behind the reception, unwillingly did his job. After yelling at us for apparently not doing the online check-in correctly, which was also impossible because of how outdated the website was, we were finally given our keys. the room was fine,...

Don’t book here. Definition of you get what you pay for. It’s uncomfortable and dirty as if they don’t even clean the place. No point in booking with another person because they don’t room you together, it’s an “automatic system” and on top of all this, the workers are passive aggressive and rude. We left in the middle of the night to a hotel. The location is the only plus but transportation is reliable in Milan so you can stay anywhere and easily get to and from the city center....

The room was very cold and tge blanket was thin. I had to sleep with a sweater and jacket on. After a cold night I was looking forward to a hot shower only to find out the shower was cold water only.

It was horrible, a thick wooden shelf fell on my head as I was trying to sleep, I tried sending a refund request directly to their email, but since they haven't answered I'll just leave the bad review here. I will never go to that hostel again, and sadly because my girlfriend was having her first experience with hostels, probably won't be using Hostelworld from now on. But hey at least the location of the hostel was good :/

it's the worst hostel I have ever been to. Staff is too arrogant and unfriendly; you should feel flattered if they look at you while speaking to you and the guy there kept saying am the manager in the middle of normal conversions I don't know why! No heating, No hot water even tissue was not there after 2 days they stopped providing them. When I asked about the air conditioner they started saying lies about law while they had it working in the reception area plus many lies for bad service.

Recepcionista mal humorada e rude! Quartos mistos sem segurança, pedi para ir em um quarto feminino porque não me senti segura e fui ignorada. Banheiro imundo, sujo, fedido! A localização é boa e estratégica, fiz tudo andando, mas o hostel eu não recomendo!

Les chambres sont très corrects, mais l’ambiance n’est pas chaleureuse, pas idéal si vous êtes seul et venu faire des rencontres…!

prima kamer, alleen sleutel voor de locker werkte niet. ze zeiden dat get gefixt zou worden. maar geen idee of dat ooit gebeurt. naast dat prima hostel. vannhet ontbijt moet je niet veel verwachten het is alleen koffie if thee met een Croissant. lekker maar weinig. personeel was okey, soms een beetje kort. voorziningen waren top zelfs een pooltafel.

Hostel cómodo. Contaba con lockers y ropa blanca. Buena ubicación. El desayuno muy escaso, café y croissant.

buona opzione economica e posizionata bene vicino al centro, molti servizi offerti abbastanza pulito ma lo scarico della doccia l'ho trovato un po' intasato personale molto gentile e disponibile, l'unica cosa mancante delle tendine nei letti per privacy

La cocina es todo lo que esta MAL. Sucia, sin vajilla ni cubiertos. Es preferible que no tenga cocina a que pongan “amplia cocina”. Eramos dos, elegimos una habitación de 3 y por suerte estaba medio vacio el lugar y nos acomodaron juntas, porque el sistema te acomoda al azar y en muchos casos terminas en habitaciones distintas. Una de las chicas del staff es bastante ortiva. No volveria a ir

Fine enough

Hostel propre et plutôt agréable pour le prix mais quelques problèmes : les volets d’ne fermaient pas et l’isolation est presque inexistante. Des suppléments sont prévus pou me n’importe quelle petite chose (serviettes, erreur de numéro de lit, late Check out…)

Worst hostel experience so far. The plug next to the bed didn’t work, the room was absolutely infested with mosquitos and I had two of the worst nights sleep of my life thanks to a lady snoring all night. I was not allowed to change room or bed and the vibe was just generally unpleasant.

Decent but the vibe was terrible it was dark everywhere only lit with blue light, the people in my room kept harassing me , there was nobody staying in the hostel that looked under 35 u would not recomend if you are like 18-21 paid a little extra for breakfast witch was a pastry and cup of tea, not a social hostel at all, the only thing I did kinda like was that it felt like I was in the 2000s lol

An den Backsteinen des Hauses kann man noch die gute Verarbeitung des Bauernhofes sehen,nachdem die natuerliche Drueckhoehle der Berge alles Zink in Minerals Salz kristalle verarbeitet war.wird heute nicht mehr produziert.knarrende Treppe verraet das ernorme Alte des Denkmal geschuetzten Hauses.Suessigkeiten und bar sind ohne traditionellem Automaten ausgestattet.es ist Bunt und verleit der moderne eine Susse,wobei es nicht um Geschmacksfragen ankommt.

Really great hostel! The location is awesome, only about a 15 minute walk from the Duomo. Everything was really clean, and it was easy to check in. My only irritation was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but that’s also fine if you bring your own bar anyway. ¡Un hostel increíble! La ubicación es genial, solamente 15 minutos del Duomo. Todo fue muy limpio, y fue fácil registrarme. La única cosita es que no había jabón de manos en el baño, pero no es tan importante si traiga...
