From having bed bugs, to staff who treat guests like they are nothing. Worst hostel i have ever been too. Staff is very rude and they make sure to shownyou you are no welcome. On my last day the receptionist from Laus kicked me out because i told a crackhead woman who smelled terrible to go away from the front of my room as i almost vomited myself. i asked for the refund she didn't wanna give it to me. After the manager told her to give to me she threw my money to the floor for me to catch it.

Yes, this is a great location for a party. The hostel is below what I'd class as basic. There is absolutely nothing other than a bunk. Okay, and a fridge (which was actually essential for medication) but that was it. No where to cook. If you have friends and want to stay in the District VII area this place is fun. But the bed bugs, and heat in the dorms is something.

Il pub sotto è carino, soprattutto per giovani. Scarsa igiene. Il letto dove ho dormito era invaso da cimici da letto. Il giorno dopo mi sono trovata delle punture sul corpo.

accommodation well located, the only salvageable thing about the place the noise from the bar is not so annoying if you are in one of the rooms far away, it is possible to sleep at least, the big problem in this place is the cleanliness. I made a reservation for 5 nights but I could only sleep one in that place. They do the cleaning in the most exposed places, but when they look around the edges of the bed or in the corners, they later realize that they have rarely or never cleaned there. I even found bed bugs.

Good location, you get what you pay for. It’s great if you love to party and staying late out as there is a night club under the hostel and very loud until 4am. Great if that’s what your looking for. However the cleanliness is very much lacking, the toilets were gross with a broken toilet seat. The last night I woke up work over 60 bed bug bites. So please keep that in mind and the problem really needs to be sorted out. My partner also got a couple bed bug bites on her legs but not as much as mine as I got

I woke up covered in bed bug bites here :( Choose another hostel by any means. My skin is sensitive and I would’ve noticed if I had them before, we’ve been very careful about checking. We almost left immediately after checking in and stayed against better judgement. Hostel itself felt dirty and many things were falling apart (ex toilet seat, lockers, etc)

L'expérience du personnel est mitigée: quelques interactions à la réception peuvent être utiles ou amicales, mais la couverture de la réception peut être limitée, l'aide à la caisse ou à l'arrivée tardive peut être peu fiable et le traitement des conflits peut être difficile. Certaines chambres privées semblent plus pratiques que les dortoirs, en particulier pour éviter le bruit et la pression de la salle de bain commune, mais la configuration générale est toujours rude.
Signaux à vérifier
- La musique très forte dans les clubs peut continuer jusqu'à environ 4 ou 5 heures du matin.
- La propreté peut être médiocre dans les chambres, les salles de bains, les draps, les réfrigérateurs et les espaces communs.
- Les dortoirs peuvent être chauds, bouchées, bondées et inconfortables, avec des lits qui grincent et des matelas minces.
- La réception n'est pas toujours disponible en retard, et l'aide pour l'enregistrement, la caisse, les dépôts ou les problèmes peut être limitée.
- Les préoccupations en matière de sécurité et de confidentialité incluent les casiers cassés ou faibles, le personnel entrant dans les chambres, les affectations de chambre peu claires et les personnes passant par les zones de couchage.
- L'accès à la cuisine et aux espaces communs peut être limité, mal équipé ou lié aux heures de réception.
- C'est un choix raisonnable pour une plateforme de nuit très bon marché; les dormeurs légers et les femmes seules devraient être prudents.
