Room stank so bad we had to keep the windows open the entire time. Still it did not help.
The system is so worse. I have not seen such a hostel ever. Everywhere in the world hostels and hotels works 7/24. I arrived there 2am and guess what? I cant communicate with the hostel and I cant find the enterance. I found that myself but when I enter I shocked, there was no any light in the hostel. I tought it was wrong place. I found another hotel for a night and came here for morning and the receptionist guy told me that it works only in daytime🤣🤣. what ?!! Crazy system, never go ther...

The only redeeming quality about this dungeon is the fact that it is close to the main station. The rooms are dark, wet and depressing with seasonings of mould. The only way I’d stay here again is if I could only pay 2 euro, instead of 40!!!!
Los baños están con las paredes perdidas. Las cobijas no son de un material confortable No cuenta con un espacio apto para cocinar en relación a la cantidad de huéspedes. Es sumamente pequeño y con muy pocos utensilios. El microondas muy pequeño y la plantilla eléctrica además de pequeña no funcionaba y al informar al personal no hubo ninguna preocupacion por parte de ellos
The bathrooms are with the walls lost. The covers are not of a comfortable material. It does not have a suitable cooking space in relation to the number of guests. It is extremely small and with very few utensils. The microwave is very small and the electrical enclosure besides small did not work and when informing the staff there was no concern on their part
Dopo tutta la giornata fuori siamo rientrati a casa e su uno dei nostri letti era a dormire un altro ospite. Innanzi tutto sull’app era scritto “reception 24h”, cosa non vera in quanto non era presente nessuno all’orario del nostro arrivo (2:00 di notte). Affisso alla porta c’era un foglio con un numero di emergenza da poter contattare, chiamato ma senza risposta. After a long day out we came home and on one of our beds another guest was sleeping. firstly everything on the app was written "reception 24h, which is not true as no one was present at the time of our arrival (2:00 am). posted at the door was a leaflet with an emergency number to contact, called but not answered. finally we slept in two on a bed in a square, using a blanket as a cushion. no refund received.
Entrar a la habitación es un caos, 4 pisos de escaleras hacia arriba y 2 pisos hacia abajo ademas de 3 puertas de seguridad. El ascensor no funciona. La limpieza es minima y el baño deteriorado. Ni una toalla para manos. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación. Solo lleguen a dormir y lleven su toalla, sabana y desinfectante en aerosol
Entering the room is a mess, 4 floors of stairs up and 2 floors down plus 3 security doors. The elevator doesn't work. The cleanliness is minimal and the bathroom is deteriorated. Not a hand towel. The only good thing is the location. Just get to sleep and bring your towel, a savannah and aerosol disinfectant

El lugar no es muy cómodo. la infraestructura esta deteriorada. El locker que me dieron estaba roto, y hubo gente que entró de madrugada metiendo mucha bulla sin importar que había gente descansando. Respecto al personal, no era muy amable. El personal de aseo, sin consultarme, movió todas mis cosas a otra cama, lo que encontré muy irregular. Por otro lado, el chico de recepción al momento de pagar me cobró un impuesto muy elevado, como si me estuviese alojando en un hotel de 4 estrellas....
The place is not very comfortable. the infrastructure is deteriorated. the locker that I was given was broken, and there were people who came in at dawn putting in a lot of noise no matter that people were resting. As for the staff, they were not very friendly. the staff of the toilet, without consulting me, moved all my things to another bed, which I found very irregular. on the other hand, the receptionist at the time of paying charged me a very high tax, as if I were staying in a 4-star hotel...

Hard to find at first. Easy check in. Doors with codes or keys and cameras(not in room) but locking yourself out!!!, especially after hours, you are on your own obviously. Booked a bed in a room of 5, there were 8 beds there, with someone sleeping in my bed after I had my things on it. One bathroom for the room(no other wc's available), without mats - floor always wet. No a/c so window open to the street all the time. You can hear EVERYTHING - inside and out. No kitchen or washing machine.
I read the other reviews so I was warned about it being hard to find and still struggled to find where it was, since the Google Maps location says third floor and there is a sign there that says "friendship palace", however the actual place is on the first floor. Positives: The receptionist was super friendly to me and the beds felt private, bathroom was clean and beautiful. Lockers are good, I brought my own lock. Shower had only warm water....never got even close to hot.
Okay for a one night last minute stay when you have limited choice but so expensive for what you get (I guess that’s Rome for you though). Took ages to find (reception is on the 1st floor fyi) and the whole building just felt sketchy. Sketchy area but right by the train station so perfect for an early morning train. Room was clean enough and bed comfy but I would only stay here again if I had no other choice
Un hostel muy céntrico y que realmente está pensado para el servicio. Lo único mejoraría un poco la Limpieza en las habitaciones. Pero todo lo demás Excelente

Sub par. Only positive is it’s close to the train station. Neighborhood is mid, it’s dirty, and staff is cold.
They gave me a dirty bed that wasn’t made. The blanket was covering the bed number. The bunk on top didn’t have a number but was made, so I assumed that was mine and someone else was using the bottom. When I found out hours later the staff member quite literally yelled at me for being stupid. It was the chubby Indian guy, I wanted to fight him he was so rude. How are you gonna assign me a dirty unmade bed and get mad at me for assuming it was being used? Also the name is different from onlin...
Was not so easy to find and the staff didn't help much. The bathroom smells of pee.

Good place if you're just looking to stay the night. Had a lot of trouble finding the place; there are no signs. staff were super helpful. Expensive for what it is but better than anything else in Rome and it's right beside the train station

The bed had no upper sheet, just a bedcover which was in direct contact with the skin. I found bed bugs and asked the reception to change bed. The room and restroom were pretty clean and the room had a/c.

The reviews for this place did not inspire confidence but honestly it was pretty good! Not social but I got along really well with my dorm mates and it’s a fantastic location right next to the train station

Quite a strange place. There are two different named hostels there, but with the same reception. kinda shady if you ask me. My room had AC though not all have it. Sounded great but it ended up blowing on my bed which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the cover doesn't have a duvet, just looks like a day-cover. felt really rough and dirty, I just hope they wash them...
The receptions are very kind and warm. My first stop in solo travel ever. It’s a little hard to find. There is no sign, but a small plate on a doorbell. A half mile southwest there are great reasonably priced resturaunts before you get to the tourist slop in the center. Great option if you don’t wanna walk all the way to Trastevere.
