Es un hotel demasiado caro, muy básico todo el aire acondicionado no te dejaba bajar menos de 27 grados cuando afuera hacia 35 grados, no estaba desinfectado había hormiga, no se si era otra cosas pero me picaron me dejaron grande marca en el piel todavía lo tengo ya ha pasado una semana, cuando al trato y servicio muy básico nada el tema del agua caliente era muy poca duracion en diez minutos se acababa el agua y terminaba balando con agua muy fría, en hall haba olor pis de gato

I wouldn’t go back to this place not even for FREE! It’s dirty, there’s NO AC! In the middle of summer. But in the App when you book it tells you it the facility has AC. BUT, they do not explain that “only certain rooms have AC.” The dorms are like a jail room. I don’t have a better comparison and I’ve never been in jail. But this is as far, the worse place that I’ve stayed at my entire life. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, but that same night I booked a hotel for the next day....

Buena ubicación, pero la señora de la recepción muy mala onda, se enoja con facilidad. Me hizo problemas porque agarré agua de una jarra para mí infusión( mate), que era para todos y que me sirva del baño. Al fin y al cabo era agua de la canilla, no era para hacer escándalo. El último día se cortó la luz y no hubo una de emergencia. Después de caminar todo el día estuve 1h en la puerta esperando que se solucione el problema y sin carga en el celular. There were bedbugs (chinches/cimice) in the bed. Of course it's not 100% their fault, but they only made a partial refund because I had slept one night. Well no, I woke up at 3 am with red spots all over my body and I needed to go to the hospital. They didn't seem to care about the situation. So I wouldn't go there again after that nightmare. Hay chinches en la cama. Aunque no es su culpa totalmente, cuando les comenté, no mostraron interés y me devolvieron la mitad del pago.

Booked for one night as I was arriving late and needed somewhere close to Metro Station. First problem for me was the fact I was charged €10 for checking in 25 minutes late..maybe €5, but €10 is a lot for 25 minutes. I did call earlier in the day to inform them of my late arrival, so it wasn't a surprise to them. Secondly, the Airconditioning didnt work,Rome is currently 30 + degrees and it was a room of 6 people, so boiling! There was a small fan but didn't do much. The staff was all frie...

Only thing going for it is good location. It's terribly hot and you have to pay more to use the air conditioner. It has a nice elevator though

It’s okay. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Very thin walls so could hear the woman next door on the phone till 1am. Good security, can only get in with your key card. Was only here for one night so can’t say much else!

They charged us 10 euro TIP for checking in late. Then charged us another 10 euro for CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE OF THE A/C. We stayed there less than 12 hours. The staff were rude and inpatient as well.

This is a Hostel for old people. If you’re looking for party or meeting people is not the right place. But in overall only for resting and spend the day as a tourist is good enough.

Great staff, this was the best part. rooms are clean, location central, hot water, only wish there were more bathrooms

Washrooms were relatively clean. We did see some stains on the blanket so we didn't use it.

Cressy was one of the most kindest hostels I’ve visited!! the hospitality was amazing and it was a very calm and welcoming environment! Would absolutely recommend and visit again!

Freddy was great! Right next to the train station and the workers were super nice and accommodating.

Fantastico rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione ottima, anche pulizia e la signora che riceve e' molto gentile. Tranquillissimo per dormire silenzio e buio totale, materasso comodo.., c'erano 2 ragazze nella mia camera molto tranquille. C'era incluso asciugamano e sapone nel nel bagno. . Molto buono

LOVED this place!!! Perfect little hostel with an amazing location. Bus stop right in front of the door. Has an elevator/lift. Staff is phenomenal! Loved this place so much!

Ho pensato che fosse un buon posto, l'unico problema è che, a parte il primo giorno, non ho mai trovato nessuno alla reception, quindi nessuno ha potuto risolvere il fatto che non c'era mai acqua calda; questo sarebbe l'altro problema: non c'era mai acqua calda.

Simple but very clean accommodation on 5th floor. Our private room looked out on the Baths of Diocletian!

I loved my stay at Cressy, the staff were very kind and accommodating. It is definitely not a party hostel, very quiet which I liked. Rooms are low capacity and there is not much privacy, but I stayed in a female dorm and had great roommates. I felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Towels are included and the rooms & washrooms were pretty clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very convenient place to stay. Roberto was very helpful.

Good value hostel near the main station. Its an old building with old facilities but everything is clean and working. Family run place sorelativlely mall and no common area or kitchen, which shouldn't matter coz ur in Italy! Small hostel, meaning fewer occupants but still quite social and roomy.

Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Room was clean, towels provided without a fee. Perfect for someone who will be out and about a lot throughout the day and just needs a comfy bed. Bathroom had everything we needed! Felt safe and perfect location. Definitely recommend!

só falta um espaço para comer, mas o hostel é muito limpo

obviously more of a guesthouse than a hostel so no social things to do really. other than decent place not far from train station at all and on good street with lots to do
