Hotel Veneto

2 words: Bed bugs. This hotel may have been a 3 star in the past but is now beyond disappointing. We had to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night.

Tylko i wyłącznie lokalizacja Pogryzly mnie jakies robale w łózku, (prawdopodobnie bed bugs spotykane w NY)pokoj w stylu jest gdzie cialo ulozyc do snu ale nie ma to nic wspolnego z komfortem ani psychicznym ani zdrowotnym. Klaustrofobiczne pomieszczenie z oknem naprzeciw wentylatora pompy ciepła . Zdjęcie pokoju zmyślone. Oficyna. Otwierasz okno i studnia z rezonującą klimatyzacją. W nocy hałas slyszany przez zamknięte drzwi. Jest oczywiscie tv i sejf. Ale kto zostawilby w tym sejfie cokolwiek. Gdy stwierdzilem, ze oferta jest przekłamana, bo parkingu jednak brak... Pan z obsługi zaproponowal ze moze skasować booking. Kłamcy naciągacze. Skladam skarge do booking com. Najbardziej uciążliwe sa te ukąszenia. Taka pamiątką po pięknej Florencji.

A fantastic central location near local attractions. Approx. 12 minutes to the train station. Near restaurants and local transportation. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room was good for cold water storage. Hot water readily available. 24 hour reception staff one of whom an Italian was very friendly and helpful. Good Safety Deposit Box in bedroom. Clean towels. Policy of leaving all keys in reception. My room was very small 10ft x 8ft. Ensuite toilet/shower was tiny. No wardrobes or hangers in the room. The website photos of some the rooms are completely misleading for a lot of visitors. As a solo traveller who spends most of his time outdoors the room size was not an issue. I kept the large windows closed but I was bitten by mosquitoes or fleas or bedbugs and have multiple itchy bumps on my person. Not nice.
