the beds are itchy scratchy, uncomfortable the whole night. get rid of the mites or bugs... sun the mattresses and kill all the bed BUGS!

The last night my friend saw 1 bedbugs. They acted properly and could was all our stuff for free.

Bedbugs bite me and they changed me to other bed, I appreciate they did my laundry for free, but honestly the rooms are not cleaned properly. Under the mattress of my new bed there was a lot of trash and a tampon... at least there was free of Bedbugs.

Marumi yung cr. Pag hindi ka nag request na puno na basurahan sa cr hindi nila kukunin or lilinisin. Meron bed bugs. Hindi na kmi nag reklamo yung picture ng bed bugs nasa cp ng isang kasama ko kaya hindi ko ma download dito.

BED BUGS: Dear everyone, I liked the team a lot, the hostel looked nice and the location was great. Unfortunately, in this hostel I got bed bugs. I saw them myself and they also bit me. I am sad to give this review. But I guess it is important to inform people about this issue. I told the team and they helped me with cleaning and gave back the money. But for example, when I gave them my laundry for washing, I got them back in the old plastic bags. So the risk of keeping the bed bugs is still high, even though they tried to help me with everything. I hope the problem is already fixed and I wish just the best for the hostel.

Tout était parfait jusqu’à ce que je me rende compte que j’ai attrapé des punaises de lit dans cet hostel qui pourtant était très propre. Je me suis retrouvé avec des dizaines de piqûres sur tout le corps. J’étais dans le lit numéro 25 donc faites attention..

the location was good and the beds were big. However we didn’t have hot water at all during our stay & the room was really hot in the night even with ac. Unfortunately we did get bed bugs at this hostel but Nhi was very understanding & gave us a partial refund and paid for us to get all our things professionally cleaned. Overall the staff were really kind and welcoming.
