Lo unico bueno es la ubicación y el duelo parece buen tipo, por el resto un desastre, cero seguridad, un ambiente espantoso, lleno de moscas, en mi experiencia estaba durmiendo y tipo 1 de la madrugada llegaron 2 personas me despertaron, me pedían que saque mis zapatillas afuera, nose porque, me trataron mal y a la habitación podía entrar cualquier persona. No lo recomiendo para nada

Our experience was AWFUL. The WORST POSSIBLE stay at a hostel. Rooms and beds were DIRTY. The staff was RUDE and insulting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS WOMEN. We felt INSECURE and VULNERABLE. Ragged bedwear in sticky and filthy rooms. DO NOT STAY at this hostel. We were refused the complaint book. We checked out earlier than planned (even losing money).

I would avoid this hostel like the plague. It is completely infested with bed bugs. We stayed here 1 night and were covered in bites the next day and onward.

Door to my room did not lock, but had a lock from the outside? Weird. Showers were kinda grimy with zero room to put your toiletries or clothes without everything getting soaked, the bedding had stains, kitchen garbage was overflowing. No curtains as shown in pics. Though the location is close to bus station and town centre and the hosts are friendly. Expensive for the level of cleanliness i experienced.

A hospedaria está localizada em Portugal, e uma recepcionista me atendeu em espanhol, e aos demais estrangeiros, também em espanhol e inglês . Me comunico bem em espanhol, mas a língua do país é Português. A recepcionista Nataly não atende com empatia. Os demais, ótimos. A cozinha não deveria fechar antes das 23h. Os quartos carecem de uma desinsetização periódica. Não há condicionador de ar. O uso do ventilador me causou rinite, e balançava a cortina da cama sobre mim.

I have mixed reviews about the staff it really depends on who you get. All th guests were Portuguese when I was there so really no one to socialise with because they stay together and I was changed from my original booking to another room where it was just me and a girl that lived there and didn’t acknowledge me so I guess it’s fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep but if you’re trying to meet people this is a terrible hostel. Don’t go there if you’re a light sleeper

I dont know where to start. I mean loaction was okay but a little hard to find without google. I had to ring the bell 5 times to get in. He asker where i was from and seemed annoyed I said California. Than was informed I would have private room okay thats a plus. There was no atmosphere anyways so its okay. Woken up by loud stomping noise from 3:48-7:20 in the morning. Only got 4 hours sleep each night Mens and womens bathroom separated which is annoying. Nice backyard though! :) also no lockers

The volunteers or workers both didn’t really seem to want to help, the people who stayed here were also not very friendly and just a bit strange. The location is pretty good but it’s on a strange feeling street. Very very Okay, if you just need a place to sleep it will work fine.

La porte de ma chambre (dortoir de 4 personnes) ne fermait pas véritablement. Il n'y a d'ailleurs besoin d'aucune clef pour accéder à l'immeuble ou aux chambres, seul un code d'accès à l'immeuble. L'immeuble et les équipements, notamment les douches, sont assez vieux, fonctionnels mais peu modernes, avec un confort basique.

The rooms very cold during the night, i guess cause of the not so good isolation, but i asked for a heater, so that was ok. Bathrooms need little improvement. Anyways it was nice i had a good stay in a small Hostel during Winter time.

Shower stalls and toilet stalls are tight. No place for personal items..

Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux dans ce chouette Hostel ! Construit dans une vieille maison, c'est spacieux, assez propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Je recommande chaleureusement. 😊🤗

Very good place to stay Nelson is the best!!! welcome to Portugal 🇵🇹 Very clean tidy, full equipped kitchen washing machine and drying machine. Near everything walking 🚶 Totally Recommend...

Very nice

I definitely recommend this hostel. In addition to the structure, organization and cleanliness, the staff are very friendly and kind. It is worth mentioning that the location is excellent, close to several attractions, restaurants and the city center.

Le personnel et les bénévoles sont super sympathique, on s’est organisé un souper lors de mon deuxième soir. C’était super propre, très chaleureux. Bien situé!!! Je recommande !
