- WORST HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE, DO NOT STAY HERES. I booked 3 nights for over $1000, there was no water running on the room, there were no towels on the room nor for the pool available, front desk had the worse attitude , no help at all. Also there was no parking or place to leave the car, to go to the beach you need to walk next to a super dusty road, with no towels because for $1000+ they could give you some. I wanted to cancel at least one night an leave and they DIDN'T refund anything at all, even I only manage to stay One out of the 3(yes, that bad that I lost $800) , still no help nor customer service. Super disappointed!!

Roaches. Both big and small.
+ The hostel has a great location and a beautiful design. It’s a nice place visually, and it has potential to be a great stay.
- Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The AC was broken, making the room extremely stuffy. The kitchen was very dirty, and the fridge was in a disgusting state. Every evening, there was loud music, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. Given these issues, the price-performance ratio was not good.
+ Notre chambre donnait sur un mur, absolument pas ce qui figurait sur les photos. Nous avons ete contraints de devoir passer 2h a chercher un autre hotel. Fort heureusement nous avons ete rembourses, mais nous nous serions passes de cet episode. Nos amis avaient des chambres a l etage et ont pu y sejourner mais le rapport qualite prix n est absolument pas justifie.

- - Aircondition Tropft in Steckdose, Licht flackert - Ameisen im Bett (Kopfteil) - keine richtige Türe zum schliessen und 1 cm grosser Spalt bei der Türe - sehr laut -Badezimmer wie in der Sauna (Plexiglasdach ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit) Sind früher abgereist, Geld haben wir nicht zurückerhalten und Personal interessierte sich nicht wieso Zimmer B2 nicht zu empfehlen
The place isn't a hostel, it's a fancy restaurant for tourists with money. No vibe at all. Also horrible customer service. I went to Max from reception with a problem, he then continued to completely misinterpret my problem even though I explained very clear. It was about a double booking. When I found out later I had only received half of the refund I was entitled to, I contacted them through email, was answered once before being ignored entirely. They won't help you if anything goes wrong.

Best place i have Ever stayed
+ Me encantó el lugar, sus instalaciones son muy lindas y el personal muy buena onda!
- El wifi no llegaba a la habitación y tampoco había señal dentro
+ Les instal•lacions, dos lavabos en un dormitori compartit.
- Molt soroll a totes hores i des de ben matí, dificil poder descansar.
Honestly hands down such an amazing place. I did a mix of dorms and a private room and I recommend as a solo traveller to do dorms for the first few nights to meet people. Amazing activities to do, food was superb. Watch out if you are staying around end of march time because there can be crabs in your room on the floor but they are harmless (only seen in the dorms.) I would come back here again!!
Super great location and a beautiful hostel inside and out. AC is a must and Somos is super comfortable for sleeping as well. Great vibe all around!

Perfect for comfort, I really needed it after weeks of regular hostels, the bed are the comfiest, the ac is nice, the dorms are amazing with 2 private bathrooms for each dorms, the location is great, and somos organizes some great events during the week. Everything is super clean, also people working there are lovely and super helpful. Just a little less social than other hostels, but otherwise it’s great.

Insane. The best hostel hands down. Feels like a 5 star resort for a fraction of the cost + you’ll meet the coolest realest people. I would definitely return!

+ One of my favorite spots in Santa Teresa. Very well located, great food, staff and overall vibe. All rooms are well decorated and clean (even the shared dorms).
- This place is very social and organizes a lot of cool events and parties (especially thursdays, fridays and saturdays). So if you like to sleep early, bring some noise cancelling headphones.

+ Les lits+++ dans les dortois sont immenses et très confortables. L'espace piscine/cuisine dans la jungle est très agréable. Localisation Propreté La salle de sport en rooftop en accès libre!
- Les clés! Il ne faut plus donner de clés dans les hostels, ça crée trop de contraintes d'y penser et de risque de perte. Je suis restée 30 min devant la chambre au milieu de la nuit.
