   Absolutely disgraceful experience 0/10. This place is a complete scam. The staff are shockingly rude, shouting at customers instead of helping. Zero customer service they ignore you when you need. When my courier arrived with my luggage, I asked them to call me , they completely ignored the request. My bed was cleaned a full day before check-out. My charger disappeared and even a bottle of water was taken. This feels dishonest and borderline fraudulent. I would strongly advise to stay far away.

   I had checked in there and left my luggage earlier and when I returned there the receptionist did not let me sleep there even though I had slept there many times and said he could not let me in because I showed him my ID instead of my passport and I have always shown them my ID and there was no problem I did not sleep there he even behaved rudely with me provided that I explained to him normally that he knew that I had slept there many times and that none of the other staff had told me that I could not with the ID card and that it was only to establish whether the reservation was in my name. He even kicked me out and threw my phone and luggage on the street at 1 am. They did not even refund me the amount from the hostel!

   BUNCH OF RACISTS!! DO NOT COME!! 1) They moved my belongings twice and said the "system" said i wasn't checked in. 2) Demoted me to a room with more people. 3) Blocked my card twice on entry. 4) Staff harrassing me throughout my stay asking me tp identify myself in front of everyone. 5) the staff had the aucadity to tell me to calm down or hes going to call the police. Then again theres nothing white people do that people do that suprises me!

After booking the room online I need to check-in inside BELUSHIs the pub downstairs. I gave him my passport he told me he couldn’t find my name in there and I need to wait for at least an hour! That time they were nearly closing when we came back he ask for my passport and told him I already showed you my passport awhilst ago after saying that he just Cancelled my booking straight away talking to me about ATTITUDE! After making us wait and racistly ignoring to serve us clearly doing this purely out of business! Taking money and cancelling the booking if you’re not a man of his type! Hes a PRICK suckcocker would treat shit to those girls who he thinks as somebody above him and thinks can be a threat or competition! Basically a gay insecure guy who feels entitled with that hostel bnb! Give us back our money scam low life predators! The MOST RUDE HEARTLESS STAFF you can find!

They terminated my staying to complaints lies fake scams against me because of I given Reviews and feedback which is causing their business policies money loosing. They didn't given my money back they did seriously aggressive abusive behaviours Yesterday and today completely key worked locked which is seriously policies LAWS brokers. I did put on light for minutes after I got entered my room for sleeping wanted to Brush my teeth. One guest she started shouted aggressive violent threatened me to called the POLICE. Then she opened the door and started to called other rooms outside people that helped helped and I was totally shocked unexpected. After complaints RECEPTION man did so abusive aggressive towards me. Anyways I am going to another Hotel in Hayes. All toilets totally broken seriously unhygienic dirty basins awful living conditions. Sorry unable to described more as I am travelling to logged in another property. Serious Offensive Anti-social Criminals activities and harmful humans harming killing murdering targeted they did. I am not sure but will be reported to the POLICE. During this night time I should to be slept because of I paid money for living without refunded my money they blocked my key and terminated to staying. I suppose to be left 22nd not today.

   This unfortunately they deserves to put guests in vulnerable situations. It is hard to Organised appropriately because of lack of strict rules or customers Safeguarding issues. I do not have any suggestions as I received seriously unexpected feedback from the Reception. But how dare to do this issues women's harrasing abusing threatening others women's to called the POLICE totally unreasonably illegally no facts. MET POLICE as I believe known about me that what types of person I am. Brushing my teeth put light on the issue CALLED the police. UK not allowed to put on the light after 10 PM then she opened the door and started to called outside Roommates that helped helped. No facts no issues absolutely nothing facts only I have my tooth brush into my hands. COUNCIL Property or Housing needs should to be only who is eligible if anyone creates a fake issues so good to have never allowed anything in UK. Council or JOBCENTRE PLUS UC doesn't run HOTELS or HOTELS bussinness so they have much better knowledge what's the reasons unnecessarily harrassement issues arise by anyone. Forced talking or followed to others should to be taken appropriate actions by the Authorities. Where this types of Culprits Criminals coming in from. During the night time sleeping is necessary wheras she opened the door started to called unfamiliar unknown other Guests from the outside Rooms. Ashamed shocked regrets. I reported to the Council already MET POLICE needs my reviews feedback aswell. Totally attacking could be killed by someone else because of she opened the door to called others. Unfortunately my feedback looks like not being posted. Brush my teeth changing my clothing or put on the lights all I paid for. MET POLICE wouldn't mind good for me but risks killed murdered planned she has been taken and on the other hands RECEIPTION started abusing me threatening me aswell. He said to me that I was shouting with him, he said to me that I could leave this hostel right now without having refunded my money back. So yes it is failures of Safeguarding. COUNCIL MET POLICE needs to be CCV CAMERAS in all hostels hotels bussinness to check their unsafe environments and putting lives in danger situations.

   Nothing good .. all is bad. I check-in .. the room was so small for 6 beds.. no space where you can move or turn or put your stuff.. my bed sheet was dirty, no pillow in my bed the morning my neck was hurting, i asked for a towel for rent they said they have no towels, at the morning i went to the frontdesk to claim and one white reception guy while i speek with him he told me your mouth smell shit and he want to beat me because im complaining. The manager apologies but no actions done. I wanted leave the hostel after my first night but they refused to refund me .. so i left without any refund And they don’t wanted to refund my 2£ of room key by telling me they don’t have cash.. is this my problem? Without speaking about the dirt of the toilettes & showers 🤮

   I liked the hostel, as an unit. Bill was really pleasant and well-mannered. There were two other helpers, however, that were rude and extremely demeanor of us. And I noticed that it wasn't with only me. I couldn't book a female room, and the first room I got was with 5 male - one who was an actual creepy and got me nauseated. I, as a woman, tried getting another room that would make me feel secure. A guy allowed me to do so, but he reinforced a few times that it isn't as common to do so... But now, would you let a woman feel unsafe? There was a guy who actually came on to me on another room and I felt extremely helpless, cus I knew they wouldn't change rooms again (They changed me once, out of a favor, like stated, and I had two other rooms booked already). Anyways. I feel like, if you're a woman, try booking a female room. If not, find another hostel. They were helpful with me cus I overbooked, and I'm thankful for that, but otherwise... I dunno. And the mozzarella pizza has a really naughty cheese, you guys. Haha However the cleanliness was perfect. Much noise, but it's a bar, so it's quite normal and you can't be offended on that. They try really hard to get everybody engaged with a few activities here and then, thats quite nice. The cushion is a bit hard, tho, might depend on your weight, I think.

    This hostel is not safe for women. The lock to our female dorm did not work and they did not notice even though they cleaned before we got there (how do you manage). There were several men that made us feel unsafe. They stared, flashed my friend and made so much noice and broke the rules. Not to mention the fact that they went to the showers in just their underwear and p***** in the toilets without closing the doors. We told the staff and the they were so dismissive and did not do anything.

    Amazing location, hairdryer available First of all, you can't sit on your bed, there's a very short space between your bed and the one above you, so you gotta lay or stay out of bed - the bedroom has like less then 1m from one bunk bed to another, so you don't have space at all). The only girls bathroom is very dirty, old and small. There is no reception/hall, checkin is at the bar and there's only 2 attendants (to do both, the bar and reception, they were very nice to me but very busy all the time). The bar has a lot of drinks, but almost no options of food (half of the menu wasn't available). The bedroom lockers are veeeeeeeeery small (and unsafe, a roomate had his things stolen).

    Unfortunately a horrible experience. Felt very unsafe at this hostel and was unable to get any sleep. Had a person join the room at 3am completely intoxicated and smelt horrific and sounded like they were going to throw up. Did not help that I was the bunk under him. Ended up checking out at 4:45am

    Central and cheap On my first night, I returned late at night and found someone was in my bed. I looked around and asked them what bed they should be in but the room was full. I slept on the communal couch that night as I only had a few hours of sleep left to catch. The next day I returned and my roommate asked me what wallet I had as they had just lost their wallet and were paranoid where it had gone. No explanation was provided as to why my room had too many people on my first night and no apology or reimbursement was offered or considered. I had to ask for my linen to be changed a follow up time due to the incident the following day and left my stay there halfway through my booking due to the discomfort of the management and exchanges of the mentioned situation.

    Nothing. Cannot recommend this hostel at all. The staff was extremely rude and cancelled my reservation when I arrived. They also didn't refund the payments I had made online when I booked the accommodation. Therefore I lost over 100 euros.

    leaving I received a booking confirmation and turned up at the bar/reception. I was third in the queue. Before the person in front was served someone else barged in and the staff member went ahead and served them. Another member of staff took my id card for 5mins and took all the details and then took my debit card and charged me a fee for the key card. When it was my turn to check in about 10mins later they said my room had been taken by someone else. I had to find another hotel. They didn't refund my money for the key card.

    This hostel I'm afraid apart from one or two staff members where helpful the rest couldn't be bothered to say the least. London bridge compared to this hostel is definitely ten times better, especially with facilities of at hand dryers and lack of toilet roll being available. Myself and few others staying a few nights agreed they didn't feel safe or secure.Firstly it seems it takes folk that could be potentially homeless with mental health issues.I found that out having to change rooms from a demented dude accusing us of moving his clothes. Then having to wait till 3pm before able to book myself in after paying in advance.After travelling an early Morning flight from 6am arriving at about 9am. Then bring intruded by guests arriving in the room at 2am lighting up the bedroom with flashlights then talking loudly on phones it's out of order. I wasn't even shown any of the facilities just given a card to find myself lost round a dodgy building. Honestly it felt like a halfway house with some undesirables who where not friendly but gave devious paranoid looks. Also you have to be careful walking about at night through the Streets to the park.

    I could tell the staff cared and tried to help as much as possible. The rooms were super hot and dirty. There was mysterious brown smears all over the walls in the rooms. The three bed bunkbed is super inconvenient even as someone who is below average height. The girls bathroom floods frequently and there is only one. My bed both nights were taken by someone else and my second day someone — I assume a staff member because the sheets were changed — moved all of my stuff from my bed and gave it to someone else leaving me with no bed for the second night and a long adventure up and down the stairs to find a new clean bed. Luckily the staff were super nice and helped out, but I don’t understand why when I checked in and someone was in my bed they had no clean sheets at all to make the other one. The bathrooms were super dirty too and like I said the rooms were stuffy and small. You have to open the one small window to get air but the busy streets of London make it hard to sleep with the window open.

    Price and clean 1st night was a good sleep but someone was in my bed on the second night I had to make the sheets again on the top bunk they were supposed to be in, they snored like mad too. I had such a bad night ended up getting a hotel the next night

    I got kicked out with no refund after someone took my bed, 7 hours after I checked in, the staff said it was not their problem and I was homeless for one night as the guest refused to move bed and the staff refused to help.

    Nice common room downstairs and bar right next to the hostel My room was changed mid stay without telling me which means I returned to my original room to an newly made bed with all my stuff gone. Turns out the just put it in a trash bag and put it outside with the bins. Luckily all of it was still there but there were several other bags with personal stuff, so i wasn’t the only one who had this happen. Bathrooms were cleaned each morning around 9-10 am but unfortunately they were already pretty dirty by the evening, so taking a shower at night/ early morning felt quite uncomfortable.

    Location Extremely cramped and uncomfortable bed. You need to be a contortionist to get in. The man sleeping below came in at 2am and made a very loud noise and snored like a tractor.
