la stanza tutto sommato era carina, ma non sanno cosa è l' igiene. Se solo penso al bagno ancora mi viene da vomitare, se non volete rischiare di prendere qualche malattia lo sconsiglio vivamente
The whole room was nice, but they didn't know what hygiene is. if I just think about the bathroom I still feel like vomiting, otherwise you risk getting some disease.

XENOFOFIA The guy at the front desk—a tall young man with a mustache—is extremely rude and xenophobic. These were his exact words: ‘It’s very safe here because there are no migrants or gypsies.’ He said this to a young woman of Turkish nationality who was simply asking for help to order a taxi, and he was incredibly rude to her. The hostel smells terrible, it's filthy every day, and there are no rules whatsoever."
Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata pessima. Spazi comuni sempre sporchi.anche se c’è un cartello che avvisa di lavare i piatti dopo l’utilizzo, il lavandino è rimasto nella stessa condizione pietosa per 3 giorni, nel microonde è sicuramente esploso qualcosa che una volta forse era commestibile, ora sembra un’arma nucleare.Nel piano delle stanze anche lì l’igiene è carente.Una receptionist ad una nostra richiesta di aiuto urgente non ha mosso un dito neanche per provare a capire cosa ...
Unfortunately the experience was terrible.Common spaces always dirty.even if there is a sign warning to wash the dishes after use, the sink has remained in the same pitiful condition for 3 days, in the microwave definitely exploded something that once perhaps was edible, now it looks like a nuclear weapon.On the floor of the rooms even there hygiene is lacking.A receptionist at our urgent request for help did not move a finger to try to understand what was happening.
The hostel is way more dark and dirty than in the picture. I had to sign a contract to be quiet between 10 pm-7am, but I could only sleep 3 hours due to screeming teenagers all night. When I asked for assistance from the reception, they could only complain and make no promises to get silence Also, the bathrooms were very dirty, with nonstop smell of depilatory cream stinging through the halls and a rotten tomaten underneath the bed. - you have to give in cash for the key deposit. - the showers have NO privacy - only a frosted plastic curtain which is see through, and it cannot be locked. the showers are on 10 second timers - you have to push the button constantly. - the majority of people staying here are men - most are old (50+) and it gave a real creepy vibe - I booked an 8 bed dorm but was put in a 16 bed dorm - No plugs in the room! Llegamos y la electricidad no iba en todas la habitaciones de la planta, y quisieron solucionarlo en vez de cambiándoles de habitación pues dándonos una regleta. Después, el baño y todo en general muy sucio. Una peste que se huele nada más abrir la puerta. We arrived and the electricity was out in all the rooms on the floor, and they wanted to fix it instead of changing them rooms by giving us a regletta. then the bathroom and everything in general was very dirty. a bug that smells nothing but open the door. the receptionists don't help or understand you at all, and the cleaning ladies wake you up super early disturbing you when they don't have to go into your room at all. there are rooms that communicate with each other, so privacy.
Horrible hostel, the building is on top of some sort of sewage/garbage area so everywhere but the rooms smells like garbage most of the time. The shower literally had black mold above it and the facilities were all broken/dirty, the toilet wasn’t even screwed properly to the ground so it moved around when you sat on it. the staff came in every morning anywhere from 9-11 to clean no matter how many people were in the room still sleeping and were extremely loud and just oblivious to the guests. ...
Mucho ruido, jóvenes de fiesta en habitaciones, tomando alcohol y golpeando puertas hasta después del horario permitido. Baños sucios, falta iluminación en las habitaciones, cuchetas inestables, mucho por mejorar.
A lot of noise, young people partying in rooms, drinking alcohol and banging on doors until after the allowed hours. dirty bathrooms, lack of lighting in rooms, unstable beds, a lot to improve.
It was ok, but expensive for the service provided

The hostel is in a very good location, making it easy to move around and reach main attractions. The rooms were warm and well-heated, so staying there during winter was not a problem at all. One downside is that the common showers are shared between men and women and are not separated, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Overall, it was a decent stay with a good location and adequate facilities.

it was great, I saw many negative reviews but those were for the upper floors, since my bed was on the firet one, I don't know how are they

Place was clean overall but kitchen and bathroom appliances were not in the best shape. WIFI was unstable in the room, the connection kept dropping off. Walls in the rooms are so thin, you could hear everyone in the hallways, so don't expect a quiet night. Location was great

I am pleased to show this place to all the customers. Location is very good, near the center. Traffic is easy. Staff members are professional. I am satisfied to stay here.
Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata pessima. Zimmer an sich waren eigentlich top Duschen hatten eine Milchglastür und es gab keinen Stauraum in der Duschkabine. Viel zu wenig Sanitäranlagen Dafür ist die Lage super und preislich ist es auch top
The rooms themselves were actually top shower had a Milchglastür and there was no Stauraum in the Duschkabine.
Room felt unclean, the toilet didn’t lock, not worth the walk up those stairs.
It was ok, but expensive for the service provided

The location is great, it's near to the Old Town. The security is okay, you have a normal locker, and there are two doors that can be locked by number code. The staff is nice. The rooms and the beds are clean. It doesn't have an own building so it isn't so spacious. Three or four rooms have only a total of one men's bathroom and one women's bathroom. It's kinda annoying.
The hostel is in a central position. Big problems: the elevator hasn't worked for a long time (there's at least 5 floors). The bathrooms would even be clean if they weren't used by so many people: 2 wcs, 4 sinks and 3 showers for ~40 people at max capacity. The kitchen is quite big and every floor has one of its own.The bedrooms have a locker per person but not enough hangers; the beds are comfy. There's a free service for keeping luggages at the hostel until 6pm of check-out day.

highly recommend for a trip to Prague, staff are friendly and helpful. good location means main sights are walkable
