Bed bugs — I was badly bitten and saw them in the bed. Unprofessional, rude service (it's quite rare to see such terrible service).

Yes, I heard you. The girl on the lower bunk called me a weirdo behind my back for piling my quilt on the floor. I didn't explain myself then. Well, let me tell you now: I found bedbugs crawling out in swarms. Now you know why? Enjoy your stay.

Cleaning staff opened my curtain while I was still asleep at 11:15 AM and made me leave the room even though check-out wasn’t until noon!!! It was an extreme violation of my privacy and it left me feeling very shook and uncomfortable. Very unprofessional from that staff member. It’s a shame because the two ladies working at reception were very kind but my whole stay felt tainted by this experience of being interrupted and kicked out 45 minutes before the listed check out time. There was also a bed bug in my bed and the room was the tiniest hostel room I have ever stayed in, absolutely no room for luggage.

Warning! Bed Bugs! This is the worst hostel I stayed at! I stayed at the 4 person dorm and it was so tiny there was no space for our luggage. My friend and I had to put our backpacks in our bed. And worst of all there are bedbugs. I got many stitches and the itch really bad. We did not get a refund nor did the receptionist said sorry.

We were in the 4 bed mixed dorm and it was so incredibly small we had to put our backpacks in our beds in order to be able to get anywhere. The beds were uncomfortable and had no security in the upper beds so things kept falling down. The space overall wasn’t clean. And my friend had bedbugs in her bed and couldn’t sleep at all. When we decided to change our hostel and asked for a refund the receptionist didn’t even apologize she just told us because it was to late she couldn’t give us a refund because she

Leider nicht so sauber - sowohl das Bett als auch der Rest des Zimmers. Wir hatten Bettwanzen im Zimmer und haben dann problemlos für eine Nacht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Danach sollten wir angeblich wieder in das alte Zimmer zurück, was wir nicht wollten, weshalb wir einen Aufpreis für ein anderes Zimmer zahlen mussten. Allerdings war unser altes Zimmer trotzdem nicht nutzbar, was den Aufpreis für das andere Zimmer nicht ganz rechtfertigt. Bei unserer Nachfrage wurden wir unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in das Zimmer zurück wollten und deshalb selbst schuld seien.

Bed Bugs

Worst hostel I ever stayed. Dirty bathrooms. The room is poorly isolated towards the street, you hear all the noises from the street from 5 in the morning. There are mosquitos in the bedroom. Not one single night of good sleep. Worst of all, the poor breakfast and awful coffe. There were ants in the sugar pot. There is no common area to chill out or socialize. One night when I came back, a huge rat came out of the kitchen and ran into the hostel! One the second night, one guest of my dorm complained about bed bugs. The matress was full! The management did nothing about It and they didn't even vacate the room or warned the other guests. When I wanted a refund, they didn't want to and instead offered another room. AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Many mosquitoes in the bathroom & toilet areas, maybe due to blocked drainage. I was also bitten by bed bugs from the 1st to 4th nights but did not realise the bites were from bed bugs until I saw the bed bugs around 3am on my 2nd last night. I informed the reception & showed them photos of the bugs & the maintenance staff fixed this problem by changing the mattress & all the beddings & maybe, spraying the bed frames too ...it was done when I went out during the day. I hope that is a permanent fix.

I stayed on this place 3rd times already, strategic location and near the bus stop is a point plus. Clean room and no bed bug like the other said. Firts and second time was ok, my third times is a mess. everything ruined by the receptionist girl who is very rude. I won't come back anyomore. Better you save your pocket and time. Dont ruin your vacation on this place

BEDBUGS!!! I'm deeply impressed how offensive and insulting staff can be. I couldn't recommend this place less. We ended up sleeping on the floor of the reception because they didn't provide us with another room nor cared about the bed bug situation. In all my years of travelling I've never been treated like that before. DON'T GO THERE!

Owner was very helpful when the need was high. The bed and shower were ok. We were not notified when they sprayed against bed-bugs in another room. Our room filled up with a horrible chemical smell the whole and night. I needed to learn about this chemical poisoning through reviews of others. I'm not pleased at all with that. Breakfast was simple jam, butter, toast, coffee or tea, and pieces of 2 kinds of fruits. WiFi was slow. Vey difficult to make online calls.

Be aware! We stayed in the private double room and we had a lot of bed bug bites the day after!
