+ The pool

- I have stayed in more than 60+ hostels over 35 countries and this hostel was definitely one of the worst. A room that no more than 20 square meters stuffed with 3 double beds. 15 people in one tiny room felt like a monkey in a cage. Not a pleasant night on a hot summer day. No airconditioner. There is no luggage room. Price - quality is definitely not right here.

- The swimming pool at the hotel-hostel was really nice and enjoyable. The staff were generally okay and friendly. However, there are some downsides that significantly affected my stay. Unfortunately, the staff leave the premises by 11 PM, so after that time, there’s hardly anyone monitoring guest behavior. At night, people were loudly shouting and making noise, making it impossible to get any sleep. There was no quiet at all, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably warm. My room was very hot, and it also wasn’t very clean—I found four spiders and even an ant on my pillow, which was quite disturbing. The pillows themselves were very thick and high, making them quite uncomfortable.

- The room was not the one we were sold in the pictures when booking. We were totally duped, and when we complained, we were told they were full. Three of us had to share one bed. Not good

+ The buildings and sightseeing of the city are beautiful and close to the main railway station. The staff is kind, but not really helpful. Facilities: you have fridge and enough space outside the room to store whatever you bring Parking is free.

- We rented a room for three people and it was so small that we couldn't even store our luggage. They should never rent a room like that for three people. A smell of rotten onions in the air since the rubbish was being stored within the building. We had to book another hotel and moved out and we were lucky we could find one. Otherwise our holiday would be ruined. Before that, however, we had requested another room and they said everything was already booked. Then when we handled over the room key they said they could get us another room for a higher price. So, the staff does not really know what to do in situations like that. Furthermore, the pictures on the site didn't correspond to the room we got and that I blame not only on the hotel and hostel but also on booking.com because they should verify these sort of details by all means. I honestly expected a refund.

+ This is the most honest detailed review you can get about this hostel and you can of course make up your mind whether you want to spend the night at this place or not. let's begin with finding the hostel which was very easy and because it's very close to the Train Station, a 5 min walk. The place itself looks like an old mansion and had a very big royal like garden and entrance as well. Check in was easy and full of instructions, and the ladyalmost explained everything. There is a very big dining hall which has all kind of kitchneries such as plates, cups, mugs, bowls, free to use and of course you'll need to clean them upon usage. A very tiny small kitchen with a stove and boiler to use for all guests.

- The Dorm: It's a close to the garden. Has 3 main big rooms A, B, & C, and each room holds 16 Bed or more, or at least the one I'm located in which is a male dorm, has 16 bed. 🤦🏻‍♂️ 16 bed and a night for 42 Swiss franc ? Ah and don't be fooled by the pictures they have on Booking showing only 6 beds as I was fooled too thinking that this is gonna be the normal 6 bed dorm. The thing is that huge dorm which has 3 main rooms and each room has almost 16 bed I assume, has only 2 toilets and 2 showers 😂 are you kidding me? Really? Every bed of course has its own light and the room itself has its own light and imagine that you should sleep with 16 person (Luckily not all beds are busy) but for now I have almost 10 busy beds and one skweaky door each and every guest including myself opens it and close it with its noise. Forget about Calmess and forget about sleeping if you happen to be a light sleeper like myself. Ah in case you need an ear plug to sleep you need to pay 1 Swiss franc, if you need a shampoo, if you need a towel, if you need anything you need to pay... Plus the 42 Swiss franc à night. That's the 1st night and I have no idea how I will spent that night with all this nonsense. Wi-Fi has no password... Great! But doesn't provide internet in the dorm 😂 it's down as we speak. 2nd night up ahead, I thought that the place is getting less busy with guests but turned out that it's not, very good business it seems. Forgot to mention that room "C" has 2 doors, one that takes you out to the garden and one that takes you in the mansion itself. And people who smokes really likes the second door close to the garden very much. All kind of people randomness are welcomed of course, from people leaving main doors open, leaving their bed lights tuned on, mobile notifications, etc.... Unfortunately the city is very expensive, and tbh this hostel is the least among them all.

+ Infelizmente não consegui ficar nem 1 minuto no quarto pelo forte fedor, não é culpa do hostel. Porem quando reclamei e mostrei minha indignação com o atendente ele não se dispôs a fazer nada, poderia ter oferecido um outro quarto

- Viel zu kleiner Raum mit Stockbetten ( 9 - 10 )überfrachtet, kein Fenster zum öffnen,Lüftung ging nicht, fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für Handtücher - kleine Spintfächer - alles überladen mit muffigen Kleiderbergen und Handtüchern - unhygienisch und unzumutbar !

- Le dortoir n'avait pas de rideaux pour s'isoler un minimum et les murs sont tellement fins qu'on entend les voisins parler à voix basse. La porte de la douche ne se fermait pas à clef

+ Sehr schöne Lage, 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Aussichtspunkt, die Sonnenaufgang zu genießen. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof ,15 Minuten zum See.

+ Albergo molto bello a pochi minuti dal centro situato in un contesto verde bellissimo. Camera pulita, spaziosa e letto molto comodo Personale gentilissimo e disponibile Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

- La nostra camera era situata nella palazzina davanti all’albergo principale e proprio a ridosso della ferrovia quindi il rumore del passaggio dei treni è inevitabile Bagno piccolo e ricavato nella stanza con parete in vetrocemento, vasca/doccia alta e un po’ pericolosa
