The hotel is a terrible place and their criminals I booked a hotel and I arrive they are telling me that the room is occupied by someone else while I've already paid for it and I ask them to refund me my money back and they refuse to refund me the money till today ,it was a terrible experience that I have in Jordan,I still want them to refund me my money back.
Dont be fooled by the fake reviews. I barely entered reception before leaving to find somewhere else (at 1AM!!)
The staff at Sun Rise are incredibly generous and welcoming. They are always eager to help and to get to know new guests. I would recommend that anyone visiting Jordan stay here.
Very well priced and the staff are lovely. They will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and looked after. They are super happy to give you advice on the country and how best to go about travel here and will help organise any and everything you could possibly need.
Jaber and Odai are very nice and helpful people they made my stay very enjoyable.
