Nice location- but a weird place. They had bedbugs! And some of my things were stolen..

The atmosphere was ok but when me and my friend went up to our dorm room our mattresses were covered in either mould or bedbugs. The workers offered to pay for the washing of all our clothes and bags and said they could put us in another room but we over all felt uncomfortable staying there any longer. And they have refused to give us a refund of our overall payment even though we stayed no longer then 3 hours.

I arrived, and the receptionist said that the girls get free alcohol to get them drunk so you can have sex with them. In explaining the 'blind date' function for Valentine's Day. There were bed bugs in the beds and due to them overbooking I was forced to leave in the morning as I hadn't paid in advance for the next night and others had, despite being told I could pay in the morning. Not that I would like to stay another night anyway.

By far the wors place that i stay, full of bedbugs.

The staff is very rude. I arrived at 4:30pm and the reception was closed. I asked somebody that was staying in the hostel if they knew if somebody was working and he pointed out the staff member. When I asked him if I could check in here said he wasn't working yet, and I had to wait until 5pm. When I said I was tired and asked if he could please help me he said I could go look for my key at the reception. Internet is not free! They will give you free wifi for couple hours when you check in, but there is a catch! You need to give them a 5 star review. You pay $30 dollars for a key deposit, at the end of your stay you get 27 back because $3 is for washing your sheets. It doesn't make any sense to me since that's why you pay a daily rate. If something gets broken or stolen in the hostel every guest has to split the cost and pay. They do make you sign a mini contract that states that. The worst part. It's really dirty and they are having serious issues with bed bugs. Luckily I made the choice to not stay there even though I already had paid for 3 nights. I met people the next day that stayed there and 3 people got BED BUGS!

Not worth the money or time. Checked in on a VERY hot day, had to wait an hour for our beds. Once upstairs found out the rooms were hotter than outside and bathrooms were very dirty. We left finally because our roommates told us they had bed bugs and my did they have the bites to prove it. PROS: Great location and friendly staff & other guests.
