Yangshuo Sudder Street Guesthouse

Location is far away from center, but transport is easy. No towels. No soap and shampoo. One of our nights we had no electricity.

The location is perfect with wonderful views too. The hostel has such a great vibe. However, the mattresses in the dorm were pretty thin and the bathroom was in dire need of deep clean/renovation with lots of layered on grime. But this didn’t bother me much because of how great the hostel was in other ways.

We enjoyed our stay at Yangshuo! Staff is friendly, the location is great and the room had great views on the mountains. The downstairs space is cozy with the fireplace and nice garden. Only points of improvement is the hygiene of the shower in the room and the common kitchen. A floor mat in the bathroom would be nice to prevent slipperyness, but there is a sign that there are no towels allowed on the floor. The kitchen was equipped, but maybe clean sponges for doing the dishes would be nice.

Super fijn hostel! Locatie is perfect en de gemeenschappelijke ruimte is ook perfect om anderen te ontmoeten. Beetje weinig wc’s en kleine ruimte maar verder lagen de bedden ook goed. Aanrader!

Absolutely amazing! It s in the perfect spot, not too far from the city but still far enough to enjoy some quiet moment. Next door there is a very nice restaurant. Every single member of the staff is amazing and ready to help. Very sociable hostel. Rooms are very spacious and facilities are great! You can rent e scooter and bike s too! Staff will help with recommendation on what to do, where to go, and help booking transport for your next trip. Thanks everyone!

Located a short walk from the centre but along an easily walkable route. The hostel is very clean but wasn’t the most social.

The view from the rooms is very beautiful, location is quite convenient, near the center. Room is nice, the mattress is the most comfortable I've tried in China.

Fantastic hostel, staff are really helpful and speak great English with lots of handy recommendations. Lovely views, clean, warm shower - is 15-20 mins walk from town centre but some places nearby to eat were good. Would highly recommend

The best hostel I stayed in in China! There was a social vibe, easy to rent scooters and good English speaking staff who were helpful. The rooms were clean, comfy matrass (hard to find in China) with a curtain. Only the swimming pool didnt look maintained, but it was pretty cold anyways so would use it

solid place! I stayed for about 5 days and enjoyed my time immensely. room was spacious and clean (mixed 4 bed dorm), lovely area out back to sit and view the mountains with a small pool, and laundry upstairs on the roof free of charge to use. staff were helpful and the best part was you can rent electric scooters for like 25 yuan for the whole day and ride around the town/mountains. I met some great people there and had good fun. only critique is the small kitchen area was a bit dirty

Das beste und schönste hostel in dem ich je war. Sehr sozial und mit unvergleichbarer aussicht.

Really high quality hostel. Very social. Facilities are really good. Great showers. They sell tickets for local attractions. Free breakfast is really good. Staff are extremely helpful. Plentiful food nearby. Quite a few people got upgraded from 4 bed dorms to double rooms.
