Fatal avise que llegaría s tal hora y cuando llegue no había información ni personal, aparte me dejaron literal dormir afuera NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, aparte no me dieron alguna solución solo se escudaron que si quería reservara nuevamente

Estafa. no tienen atención las 24hs, avisan de eso, pero no ofrecen ninguna ayuda para alguien que llega post 00hs. Es un hostal o venden tornillos???? increible, me cobraron la noche a pesar de que no pude ingresar. Solo agradezco la amabilidad de Yandi, uno de los recepcionistas.
The pictures are completely different from the reality of the hostel.
Cheap hostel to spend a day or two but without any atmospere. Reaaally small bathroom and pretty uncomfortable. The only positive is the location actually. The stuff was also nice!
beaucoup de bruit de l'extérieur ainsi que dans l'auberge du coup j'ai presque pas dormi
Dice tener un telefono 24h y nadie contesta. No destaca por su limpieza. Considero bien establecer horarios de la cocina pero de ahi a cerrar con llave durante la noche, ni agua se puede beber. Francamente no lo recomiendo. Lo unico bueno su ubicacion.
Não gostei, não me mostraram que tinha cozinha, só mostraram o banheiro fora do quarto, no anúncio escolhi o quarto compartilhado mais caro pq tinha banheiro, mas chegando lá era só chuveiro, banheiro era fora.
Solo nos quedamos 2 noches y se sentía inseguro el lugar de echo se metieron a robar en una de las noches que estuvimos ahí. La chica de recepción muy antipática, el único amable un chico cubano también de recepción que nos ayudó con dudas. El baño súper incómodo y pequeñito lo único rescatable es la ubicación en fin es relación “calidad-precio” no me volvería a quedar ahí.
Not recommended at all! Everything needs repair. very old and used. Staff not kind. Not safe! My locker did not have back wall and room's door does not have key !!! The room 9m2 for 4 people !

La verdad muy bien la experiencia hemos venido en temporada baja y supongo que al no estar tan lleno han tenido el detalle de darnos una mejora en la habitación lo cual se aprecia mucho, las duchas con buena presión, el agua caliente bien, la limpieza general muy bien, cocina amplia y la atención de Camila que nos recibió y nos explicó todo de 10 y el otro chico que está en la mañana muy majo también. Sin duda volveré.

Tuve la suerte de que la habitación me tocó sola :) pero no había agua caliente :( y no cierran bien las puertas, el locker no tiene candado
The location is absolutely the best thing about this hostel. Safe place, easy to get to because it's in a 3 min distance from the metro. Staffs were nice, but the hostel could improve the hostel vibe, there was not much to do in the common area and I got no recommendations from the staffs as well. Room and bathrooms were clean, but they definetly need to put an AC or a better fan in the room, cause it was extremely hot and this was the worst thing in the hostel.

Sólo enunciar mi máxima satisfacción por el servicio que brinda el hostal de la calle C Arenal, fundamentalmente por la eficiencia y diligencia del personal a cargo de la atención al húesped. Sé que seguiréis así, y les deseo sigan haciéndolo tan óptimamente. Saludos.
A little bit hard to get to, it’s just next to the Callao station but the entrance is not so obviously marked. Had a very nice stay there though. The receptionist was very kind and the location is perfect to walk or take the metro to all the city landmarks.
This is a must hostel! The staff was really helpfull and the location is on point. Its just not really social and is a bit too small in terms of bathroom but definitely worth your money.

It's a pretty good hostel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room and the bathroom were clean, and it's right next to the city centre. The only downside is that there aren't any activities and it's not very social.

Son unos estafadores ! Llegue al hostal y estaba cerrado y si me descontaron la noche, ahora para q me devuelvan el dinero haciendo gestiones.

Todo bien; excepto porque nos despertamos un día con la policía en el dormitorio al costado del nuestro. Menudo susto para ser las 8 am. Igual la ubicación es muy buena y se mantiene limpio

realmente me encantó todo,central,bonito, seguro y muy limpio el chico de repecpcion super atento brother gracias por orientaciones ¡recomendado!

Aunque mi esposo y yo solo estuvimos una noche, la estadia fue genual, la atencion y el aseo excelentes, y la ubicacion perfecta. Sin duda volveriamos a hospedarnos aca. Muchas gracias
We got a private room instead of a dorm which was great for us. It’s more like a hotel than a hostel, and the kitchen doesn’t have a hob (only microwave and toaster and kettle), but these weren’t issues for us! Would stay again, very central.
