Bed bugs no locks on doors no water

Smells really bad. I am sorry because the woman is really night and the rooms are great but it has this humidity smell from all the AC with moisture.. I just can’t I had to wash everything after 2 nights and sleep with tiger ball under my nose

awaiting owner email repsonse after contacting the website about a refund and told the owner should be able to fix it up. location is not the best, and was not made aware about specifics (tarrif to cross bridge, religious ceremony happening in which I could not leave the hostel - left 2 nights early due to this and the location)

no free water!!! no fridge to use- only private kitchen

I left after 1 night. The neighborhood is not clean. There was a puppy in a cage the size of a birdcage. I watched him the whole day and night (I couldn't sleep because of that). In that time he was never let out, never fed or given water. Myself and another guest were giving him food and water. The host said it was none of her business. And that he had been in there for "months". The property overall was adequate, the room tiny. but the lack of concern turned my stomach. Nice hostess otherwise.

This is not a hostel. It is a home stay, as the name suggests. There is no community kitchen as the only kitchen belongs to the owner. They are really friendly and nice and let us use the cutlery. But there is no hostel vibe. Really small dorms, the pool is really small as well and the location is not really good. Many drivers of Grab and Gojek canceled because of the location. Located in a dirty neighborhood.

We stayed here the night before an early ferry. The room was so clean just needed a lick of paint is all. The areas not great but that's no one's fault and it does the job for the ferry. The staff are lovely and we were made a really tasty toastie to take with us for the boat which was so great.

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Cependant piscine vraiment minuscule, vraiment pas grand chose autour, assez excentré de tout. Pas idéal pour des voyageurs solo qui veulent faire des rencontres. Les chambres étaient cependant très cleans mais très petites

Sehr leckeres Frühstück und recht nah am Flughafen. Bei meinen Ausflügen war es immer ein verlässlicher Ort zur Entspannung und Planung.

Staff were the best bit about this hostel going above and beyond to introduce me to Balinese culture, breakfast was also brilliant, would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our night here. Facilities were great, room was perfect, pool was lovely. The host was super sweet and made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. Couldn’t recommend more!

I was extremely happy with the hostel. The area is a bit away from Denpasar Center, with fewer tourists and a much more authentic vibe – exactly what I was looking for. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The hostel itself is simple, but the small pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

The owner was an extremely lovely woman, she was very welcoming and friendly. Even though we arrived for check in at 2am because of my flight she still came to the door with a smile. She helped my friend and I get up to Amed by speaking and negotiating to different drivers who were trying to scam us, very accommodating with lovely breakfast and coffee. Would 100% recommend staying here it was a home away from home

The service was kind and the rooms as well as toilets are clean. It is such a quiet place in the middle of locals next to some local food business. I recommend it if u want a different way to see the reality of Bali.

We had a lovely time here! The free breakfast is very tasty, it has a nice pool and the vibes were very good. The owner of the hostel is fantastic, kind and so sweet. Our flight changed all of a sudden to an hour and a half earlier and we were afraid we weren't going to make it. The lovely owner drove us herself to the airport when the grab didn't show up and we managed to catch our flight. An amazing experience

Fantastic place to stay. Not what I expected in terms of location, I came in the low season so maybe it is a quieter area of Bali but I met only locals in Serangan. Owner is fantastic, she is so lovely, made breakfast and helped me order a boat to Nusa Penida and helped me speak Indonesian to my Gojek driver ! The room was great and clean, I stayed in the double which was great value, the air con was fantastic after a warm day in the sun.

Landing at this Serangan homestay was a fantastic way for me to land into Bali for the first time, slow, quiet and away from the crowds. This is a fishing village that does not try to be something else with authentic and delicious seafood warungs. You’ll need a ride to go anywhere else but that was not an issue for me. The place is simple and well kept. The host, Kadek is wonderful. I enjoyed the breakfast and our chats so much I want to come back on my way back to the airport. Terama kahsi!

Was a good stay the night before my ferry to Nusa lembongan. Very kind staff, wakes up early to make you breakfast that was really tasty. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

The hostel was a really lovely, family-run place. It was very clean and tidy. The rooms had AC and the beds were comfy. The dorms were a bit crowded when full. Breakfast was a cheese, egg, tomato toastie made with the eggs from the owner‘s chickens. But a very nice hostel, only 15 minutes from Serangan Harbour. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Small, clean property close to the airport. Owner is super nice and gives lots of great recommendations. Great if you’re looking for a quieter place close to transport links.

Everything was great. The beds were comfy, towels were provided, the breakfast was good and fresh. My only negative is, that there is no water station on site. You have to buy it at the shop, which is less than 1 minute from the hostel, but they only take cash.

Great location to stay near the ferry port - 15 minute walk. Owner was very friendly and helpful and reassured me when worried over getting the ferry

Super sweet and helpful owners. Nice breakfast. The rooms were a little cold but thats just preference I think. Would definetely go there again.

I stayed for 1 night only. The rooms are pretty small, the bathrooms were only two in the floor with toilette and shower together. It was really nice that before going to sleep i got to meet all the people staying in my room and had a brief chat, that was super nice! Overall, I'd say good for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't stay longer.
