Great location and nice kitchen. Bathrooms and beds just fine but i am pretty sure I had bedbugs. Great staff, clean and quiet.

I got eaten up by bugs! I had more than 15 bites on my body the day after staying here — very itchy & red. I was home the nights before, it could only have come from this hostel. Doctor said bed bugs or fleas. I reached out to the hostel with the doctors note & photos, trying to give them a chance to quietly fix the problem & refund me. They did not apologize and offered me only a 50% refund, and that only after I told them I would leave a bad review. Avoid unless you want to be scratching big bug bites for days. Google doesn’t let me post the photos of the bites on my back & stomach but there are many.

Does not feel safe, reception is arrogant. Beds and bathrooms are dirty and too small. There is no space for luggage. Expectation: high risk for bed bugs die to changing travellers.

I like this hostel and used it very often leaving them many 10's reviews, but sadly this last time I was bitten by bedbugs in one of their beds. I know these types of situations can be hard to avoid in a hostel, but instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally and giving me all the support I needed, all I got was lack of responsibility and excuses. They denied the problem, never apologized and just tried to get rid of me by offering only a refund for the next two nights of my original reservation and asking me to move somewhere else. Their attitude in this situation was totally unacceptable. I hope the rest of the guests have been luckier than me because after three days the suffering caused by the itching of the bites still does not go away, neither with hydrocortisone nor with antihistamine gel... I just hope that the bedbugs have not settled in my luggage too.

Beds very uncomfortable, possibly bed bugs. My bed was given to someone else when I still had one night to go. Unfriendly vibe
