BED BUGS!! The staff did nothing about it. We left the first night (we booked 3) and they refused to give the money back. We went back 2 days in a row but no one was in the reception. Nobody answered the phone or the emails and whatsupp messages I sent. It has been over a week since we left and we still haven’t heard a single word from them. Worst experience ever. Do not book this hostel!!

Paid for a 4 bed, ended up in a 12 bed. With the staff saying it was Hostelworlds fault and they can’t refund as we’d already checked in? Made 0 sense. They also turn off the AC super early about 6am so you begin to boil nice and early

Very dirty and not social at all

Great staff and good location! The room however, was very dirty and it seemed like they never clean the floors.. The bedding had stains and hair on them, and there was a lot of mold in the rooms.

The location is excellent, just a short walk along the river into the Old Quarter. Sadly the female dorm smelt damp/mouldy which wasn’t pleasant. There was only one toilet/shower for all six girls in the dorm, and it hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom floor was filthy. There was another bathroom downstairs but it had no working light. The staff were helpful when I needed laundry doing. I think you get what you pay for with this hostel - it is cheap for a reason!

There were multiple incidents with another guest staying in our dorm room where he made female travellers extremely uncomfortable. At one point he tried to get into my friend’s bunk at 5am when she came back from the bathroom. My friend reported this to security who (without us telling them who the individual was) knowingly went over to his bunk because they were aware of previous complaints (which now had the curtains closed) and said he’s sleeping so security took no further action.

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và có ban công nhìn ra sông, cảnh buổi tối lung linh. Vị trí khách sạn quá thuận tiện, chỉ cần đi bộ vài bước là đến phố cổ và khu ẩm thực. Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, luôn hỏi han và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Rất đáng để quay lại!

Rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại đây! View sông thơ mộng, đặc biệt là lúc hoàng hôn. Từ khách sạn đi bộ vài phút là tới phố cổ, khu vực xung quanh lại đầy hàng quán nên không lo buồn. Nhân viên chu đáo, dễ thương, giúp đỡ khách rất tận tình.

Khách sạn có vị trí tuyệt vời, ngay gần phố cổ nên đi bộ dạo phố rất tiện. Phòng nhìn ra sông cực kỳ đẹp, buổi sáng mở cửa ra là thấy gió mát và khung cảnh yên bình. Xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn ngon và quán cà phê xinh xắn. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, luôn tươi cười và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

très joli hostel, idéalement situé avec piscine. Le dortoir était propre et spacieux, et le personnel est très sympa !

The place is very nice. In the center of the city so very convenient for every visit of the city ! the staf is very nice, everything is clean. The only thing is you do not have a common area to meet people. Otherwise, perfect !

I've stayed also at the da nang location of this franchise and the da nang one was much better in terms of facilities (i didn't have shampoo and body wash here) and in terms of friendliness (Ty, the guard of Seahorse, was truly amazing)

Beautiful stay with good staff and so nice location that's just steps away from the ancient town

Everything for my stay was so nice and cool. Staff is friendly and supportive with all my luggage and suitcases as well!

乾淨、通風、漂亮。工作人員友善又熱情，地點佳，價格也不錯。一定會再來！

It’s really good if all you need is a place to sleep. Very budget-friendly.
