Serena Tam Coc Hotel & Villa

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The male receptionist was extremely rude accusing us of things. Does not mention anywhere in the “Available for Fee” section that you must pay to use towels or the laundry service which they add in when you pay to check out, without signage or written in facility section. Not to mention babies and kids were staying in the dorm shared rooms where baby was crying all night…other hostels must be 18+ to stay in dorms. Only 1 bathroom for dorms which doesnt d...

Hostel isn’t on grab yet as it’s fairly new so you get picked up on main road and have to walk down some dark streets to get there. It’s quite a way out but not by too much. It had a smell to it and it only had one bathroom and toilet which was inconvenient

Ok property a little bit out of tam coc. facilities were pretty good but it was very loud with noise from other rooms quite audible. didn't try the included breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Awesome staff that put in the extra effort to really meet all our needs. Breakfast area with stunning views. Beautiful pool area. Quick Laundry service and free breakfast.

Booked this place last minute and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the staff were super friendly, and the price was great for what you get. It’s about 1km from Tam Coc boat station, so nice and quiet but still easy to get around. Bike rental and laundry were really convenient too. Would definitely recommend!

It's a new hotel, everything is new and modern. The grounds are beautiful, and a plus is that the staff are very friendly; they are always cheerful and helpful. They also have bicycles and motorbikes for rent at a reasonable price.

I spent a month traveling in Vietnam. This was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, everything is modern. What's special is that the staff were very friendly and always smiling. They also helped us with booking transportation. The laundry service was also very quick. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.

Had a private room here which was very nice with comfy beds. Also we had arrived early morning on a sleeper bus - we had forgotten to book a hostel with 24hr reception so we just had to rest/ sleep on the loungers by the pool for a while. But then the staff were kind enough to let us check into our rooms early so we could get proper sleep. You will need to rent a scooter if you stay here to get around, but there are a couple cafes in walking distance. Theres no vibe here in the communal areas.

Great facility can rent motor bikes from them. Super clean super nice staff with beautiful room (me and my gf were in a private dorm). It’s a little outside the main town but the walk really is not that bad probs about 10 minutes and worth it for how nice the place is. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was a bit far from the main town.... But if you are looking for a night out in the town, but want peace and quiet in bed, this is the place to stay.... Staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. This hotel is a good place to stay if you want to be noise free from the crowd 👌👌

A relatively new building, friendly staff and the room had plenty of storage with a modern bathroom and big comfy bed! The bike rental is useful, but not free (50,000 dong a day) we also were able to book a sleeper bus directly though the hotel. Overall, a lovey stay 😁
