    The breakfast was nice and most of the staff were nice. The guy upon check out was rude and when he didn't understand us or managed to express himself clear in english we got an extra fee although he was the one who said "I didn't understand you". It's sad that his way of behaving was the last we got from the hotel as the other staff in reception and restaurant had a much better attitude. We also changed room twice, first because our room had extremely loud music until very late, louder than just some buzz from the street. The second room was smelly and I could not stand it. I never complained at a hotel before, but from what we paid and considering they should be a five star hotel it definitely was NOT value for money.
