No último dia vimos alguns percevejos na porta do nosso quarto, mas não tivemos problemas com isso dentro do quarto e roubaram as coisas que haviamos deixado no frigorifico, mas em relação a isso, não é culpa do hotel.

Found bites on my arms and shoulders I'm assuming from bed bugs.

Todas no quarto estavam reclamando de picadas no corpo, parecendo bed bug.

On my last evening, while I was in the reception hall, I felt insect bites, I think they are bedbugs. Unfortunately, I would have liked to attach photos of my body, but booking only accepts photos taken at the hotel or the city. In my opinion, you should not stay more than two nights in these hostels.

A fuir , punaise de lit ! Je me suis réveillée avec 8 piqûre de punaise de lit . La réception était désolée à m’a de m’offrir un café pour seule réponse …

Yo había pensado que era un hostal excelente hasta que encontréis chinches

Todo estuvo bien la verdad el lugar está muy bien solo fue el tema de la limpieza ya que encontramos chinches en la habitación y baño y lo del hostal su solución fue darnos un desayuno gratis o una botella de agua

Location to the train station was probably the only redeemable factor for this hotel. First impressions were decent, seeing that the design of the place was modern. People driving with their own cars may find it hard to deal with parking...ultimately sucking up 17 euros per day to park in the back if street parking is impossible. Experience over the next couple of days was very questionable...the toilet smelled awful because the bowl cleaner was nasty, mold growing in the shower, and a first for my family - bed bugs. To which, we woke up various mornings having bites which just solidifies a thought that the rooms aren't cleaned very well. The common kitchen is a decent idea but I don't really like the thought of sharing utensils, a sink, and a fridge with strangers who out of mistake misuse or take items from others if they aren't labeled. Breakfast was also decent as well. Prepare to see large groups of students during the summer months (Jun-Jul) so eating early may be a better choice for those that want a quieter experience. I wish there were more hot meal options but for the price it was average. Ultimately on the last day one of the staff got extremely pressed at us for parking the car next to the side exit for the parking lot...despite us being told at check-in that we were allowed to park there temporarily to unload/load bags into our car. I saw her eventually just chatting up with a coworker at the benches nearby having a smoke. If I could give this place zero stars...I would. I just think it's another case of "you get what you pay for," and nothing more. Then again a majority of Milan was pretty gross to me so being able to call this the cleanest spot during my stay there doesn't say much. Bed bugs and an inexcusably smelly toilet just overall ruin what could have been a decent experience.

Le dernier jour une amie s est fait piqué et elle a soulevé les draps .... pas d alèse et surtout des punaises de lit . 1 semaine après elle a des boutons sur tout le corps . L auberge semblait embêter zt nous a même rembourser l intégralité de l hébergement mais je tiens à la signaler c etait les chambres 707 et 714. Jspr que le nécessaire à été effectuer pour les futurs résidents..

Worst experience of my lifeeee there was bed bugs everywhere I had to stay up all night for my flight and no one cared about the situation and we also had roommates that they didn’t even let them know about situation u guys made my trip one of the worst experience

Eigentlich war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und alles in gutem Zustand und recht sauber. Die Lounge war jetzt nicht der gesprächigste Ort aber recht schön eingerichtet. Für den Preis Ok. Leider bekam ich es jedoch in der letzten Nacht mit Bettwanzen zu tun. Zudem möchte man es nicht nochmal mit der extrem nervigen Meininger Hotline zu tun bekommen.

Super hôtel personnel sympa! On a réserver 2 nuits première nuit ma fille ce réveille avec des boutons aux niveau des pieds j'inspecte le lit et la catastrophe des punaises de lit nous sommes partie au milieu de la nuit 3h du matin je suis dégoûter parce que je dois tout traiter maintenant ça a gâcher notre séjour nous l'avons écourter et sommes rentrer donc faites très attention et inspecter les lits avant de vous y installer !dommage parce que l'hôtel et très propre !
