Hostel Bureau

at first this was a nice hostel with the staff at reception being extremely nice but the rooms arent cleaned properly, there is BED BUGS ive got hundreds of bites. the showers are dirty and have nowhere to put your clothes. the common area is nice but during the day filled with loud school kids. the owner/manager is rude she saw my bag on the floor instead of asking me to move it she kicked it as hard as she could wich is disrepectful. the only reason to stay here would be the location.

Bed bugs. I complained showing staff my bites and followed it up with an email attaching photos after I had to move to a hotel and all they offered me was a free nights stay there .. when I obviously will never be returning. Very upset with the amount of bug bites and the way it has been delt with. I will be recommending people NOT to stay there.

hostel was great and rooms were spacious, only issue is me and a girl from my hostel room both got bed bug bites (99% sure, beds are cleaned though so cant say 100%)

This was the most expensive hostel in Croatia that I stayed at and offered the least value. Only stayed here because other hostel had reviews of bed bugs. It felt very gross - showers were lined with black mold. One of those places where you take the quickest shower possible because you feel gross. Walked back one night and no one was at reception, anyone can get in. Have to pay for sheets and don’t think the comforters are washed. Good location, but that’s the only thing going for it. Otherwise dirty and unclean, sad place. It would be one thing if this place was like 15 euros a night, but for charging as much as they did it’s not at all worth it.
