After reading so many good reviews I was excited and booked 4 nights but very quickly disappointed. No kitchen, there are a few bowls and cutlery and after using I asked where to wash them and wash told the bathroom. They literally just get rinsed in the sink, disgusting. Zero atmosphere. Showers don’t hang on the wall. You have to hold it yourself. One bathroom with zero privacy if girls are in there doing makeup. Also aircon turned off every night in the middle of the night.

- The shower leaked constantly all over the floor. The room wasn’t cleaned in the time we were there so the tiny bathroom bin was full soon into our stay and wasn’t emptied, dirty towels not removed and replaced and bed not made. Coffee cups and kettle provided but no coffee or tea so pointless.

- Bathroom's hot water didn't last long
- Helaas werkte de airco de eerste nacht niet. Maar verder was het een heerlijke plek. Wel wat lastig om te vinden als je s nachts aan komt. Maar gelukkig hielp iemand ons van een plaatselijke restaurant.
+ Clean and spacious rooms
- The entrance is a bit unkept with what looked like renovations. It was quite cold but no duvet cover or blankets are provided. After enquiry the next day it seems additional bedding are stored behind the headboard but this was unknown. So we had to split available bedding between 2 rooms. There are air-cons though.
+ The employee was great. It was self check in, but she responded within 10 minutes. We had issue with the room, which was taken care of (as it was fixed at the spot this would not affect the rating). Employee and location are great and for this I would give 10, but there were other reasons for 8.
- 1. Before I made the booking I called number provided (not the woman that was handling reservation). The person was very pretentious, with huge lack of hospitality. Acting like she is above me for asking simple question. 2. Overrated, not good price for value. It is January in Trogir which is totally off the season, week day and it was 6pm. Room is cute, but not worth 63eur for one night in empty old town. 3. Last, but not the least... No heater in the bathroom. I understand that Trogir is summer destination, but if you leave it open for bookings at least have the heater in the bathroom. It was - 2°C (28,4 F) and as I am coming from the Adriatic coast even if this is not common temperature for this area, during the winter is around 10C which still requires the heater.

- Treppenaufgang recht ungepflegt. Kommunikation ein bisschen schwach. Kein Kaffeepulver oder Tee, obwohl ein Wasserkocher da ist.

- Difficile da trovare ne sono indicazione nessun cartello solo delle foto fatti di giorno con la luce del sole inviate da proprietario ma io di notte non ho potuto trovare nessun punto di riferimento

+ Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral mitten in den kleinen Gässchen von Trogir.

+ Fina moderna rum med bra standard. Sköna sängar. Vattenkokare, litet kylskåp , AC, m.m. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt i Trogir.
