I got bitten by bed bugs.

Une catastrophe du début à la fin ! Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. Nous sommes venus en groupe de 51 élèves et 5 professeurs, et notre séjour dans cette auberge a été une véritable horreur. • Les repas étaient immangeables : les pique-niques fournis ressemblaient à de la nourriture pour animaux (photos à l’appui), avec une odeur et un goût infects. Inacceptable pour un établissement censé accueillir des groupes. • Mensonge sur les chambres : le site annonçait des chambres de 2 à 8 personnes maximum, et cela avait été confirmé par téléphone. En réalité, nous avons découvert des dortoirs allant jusqu’à 20 personnes, avec des chambres de 8 fusionnées en une seule. Un manque de transparence inacceptable. • Confort inexistant : • Banquette déchirée dans la chambre. • Fenêtre cassée, impossible à fermer = froid glacial dans la chambre. • Douches inondées en permanence. • Aucun rangement (ni étagères, ni placards), alors qu’on était nombreux à partager une chambre avec des valises et sacs pour une semaine. • Draps ultra fins, couvertures de type militaire, oreillers en mauvais état (et une forte suspicion de punaises de lit !). • Personnel désagréable et peu accueillant, très sec dans leur manière de parler et pas du tout à l’écoute des problèmes rencontrés. • Alarme incendie à 2h du matin sans raison, réveillant tout le monde en pleine nuit sans aucune explication. En bref, un établissement mal entretenu, mensonger, inconfortable et avec un service exécrable. À fuir absolument si vous cherchez un hébergement digne de ce nom !

Pour notre voyage ça a été. Cependant je suis rentrée hier et viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai ramené une punaise de lit !!!! On en avait aussi vu une dans la chambre. Faites très attention !

Woke up with bed bug bites EVERYWHERE. There are barely any power outlets in the entire facility and in the rooms. There's only one key for an entire room and the place isn't secure. No lockers or anywhere to leave your personal belongings AND only one key and nobody locks the room so can't leave it in there either. No AC, rooms smell bad, can't control temperature of scolding showers. They take "youth" hostel seriously....there was a massive group of literal school children staying there when I was there. If it was cheap, I'd understand the lack of security, bed bugs, and bare minimum but it's not....just stay somewhere else. Edited to include: if many of the reviews are saying similar things, there must be truth in them 😁 Just because the lobby is nice, doesn't make up for the other frustrations and lack of basic amenities and safety. You know when they start sarcastically answering, that they're on the defense ;)

Bonjour, déception nous étions parqués dans des chambres de 16 qui n'était pas, J'ai été piquer de partout par des punaises de lit à faire tant que vous le pouvez

Ich war mit der Schule dort. Somit hatte ich nicht unbedingt eine Wahl der Unterkunft. Diese hätte ich jedoch auf keinen Fall ausgewählt. Man befindet sich mit sehr vielen Leuten in einem Zimmer und teilweise sogar mit Fremden. In den Zimmern gab es teilweise Bettwanzen und nicht genügend richtige Betten, weshalb eine Person im Bettkasten schlafen musste. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr ausgewogen und das Einzige einigermaßen genießbare Brot war immer sofort vergriffen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die schöne Eingangshalle können leider nicht über die ganzen negativen Punkte hinwegsehen lassen. Außerdem war der Innenhpf sehr schön und die Lage ist sehr zentral, doch auch dies hilft nicht weiter. Daraufhin absolut nicht empfehlenswert und lieb gemeinte zwei Sterne.

Wir waren mit der Schule hier und haben versucht, so wenig Zeit wie möglich in der Herberge zu verbringen. Die Lage ist zwar top und der Innenhof gemütlich, doch die Schlafzimmer empfand ich als sehr unangenehm. Da Betten in die Mitte des Zimmers auf den Boden gestellt wurden, um 11 Leute in ein Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde es sehr eng. Um einiges schlimmer waren jedoch die Bettwanzen, die bei uns in ungefähr jedem zweiten Bett waren. Die Schlüssel für die Zimmer könnte tagsüber jeder an der Rezeption erfragen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, doch für den niedrigen Preis mehr oder weniger angemessen. Ich würde bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris lieber etwas mehr zahlen und dafür ein deutlich angenehmeres Zimmer haben, ich kann diese Jugendherberge leider nicht empfehlen.

Two words. Bed bugs.

Une auberge très bien placé, un hall magnifique et une superbe architecture, un plaisir pour les yeux...auquel s’ajoute un petit déjeuné complet et très appréciable au matin... si l’on pouvait seulement se contenter de cela ! C’est apparement ce que voudrai les propriétaires... SCANDALE ! je n’aime pas y crier, ce n’est d’autant plus pas à mon habitude de laisser mes avis sur internet. Mais la situation est inquiétante. Nous sommes arrivés, mes amis et moi, dans une chambre « à partager » avec d’autres voyageurs, étrangers, ce qui ne nous a pas déplus.. quelques brèves conversations avec notre anglais approximatif, ma foi plutôt sympathique. La première soirée ( après un voyage long et fatiguant ) nous a réservé quelques surprises, une douche gelé, et une altercation avec une souris sur le palier ! Nous sommes ensuite descendu pour rejoindre nos camarades, ENTASSÉES ( oui ! ) à 18 dans une chambre contenant 2 petites pièces, dont une sans fenêtres, contenant deux petits lavabos; et dans l’attente de draps depuis plusieurs heures; « - ils arrivent ».. ils ne sont jamais arrivé.. Après tout, nous ne sommes pas attachés à un luxe, c’est pourquoi mes camarades ce sont passé de draps ( après tout ils n’avaient pas vraiment le choix ).. si seulement les draps étaient propre.. !!!!!!Poils, cheveux et punaise de lit, c’est tout sauf propre, un véritable manque de respect. Suite à cette première nuit, des piqûres de punaises sont apparus sur le corps de certains camarades. Nous sommes donc partis pour notre deuxième journée dans la belle capitale accompagné de nos « cartons pique-nique » proposé par nos hôtes.. Des cartons contenant quelques une de ses portions de salades de pâtes pouvant à peine satisfaire l’appétit d’une fillette ou bien même l’une de ses conserves de pâté, assimilé par certains camarades a de la « pâte pour chat ». BREF. Un repas plutôt décevant, qui a malheureusement dû être complété par nos soins.. je vous vois arriver, vous et vos réponses méprisantes, ce n’est malheureusement pas un caprice, simplement une triste réalité constaté par des élèves de filière sanitaire et sociale entièrement conscient et très sensible à leur chance d’avoir « à manger dans leurs assiettes ». Deuxième soir, une douche brûlante bous attendaient.. nous sommes alors reparti le lendemain, tous agacés de l’auberge et de notre expérience qui fait malheureusement tâches à côté de mes premiers mots, un gâchis aux vues du potentiel de l’établissement. Vous semblez visiblement ne pas accepté la critique, malgré le fait qu’elle puisse refléter la réalité. « La vie repose sur une perpétuelle remise en question de soi ». Sur ce, bonne continuation

Bel établissement, bel halle d’entrée, bien placé, mais les points positifs s’arrêtent là... J’ai atterri dans une chambre de 17 personnes ce qui est énorme pour le peu de place qu’il y avait, 4 prises pour 17 personnes, 2 lavabos. Les lits étaient sales, (poils, cheveux, tâches de sang....) nous n’avons pas eu de draps après plusieurs demandes. Les lits étaient remplis de punaise de lit, certaines personnes de ma chambre en ont même ramener chez eux (avec grosse plaque sur le corps). Les douches sont trop chaude ou trop froide, impossible de gérer la température puisqu’il s’agit juste d’un bouton. Je déconseille fortement cet auberge !!!!!!!!

Établissement très bien placé, très belle architecture à l’accueil et sur l’extérieur mais ce n’est que d’apparence... la première nuit nous n’avons pas eu de draps, les matelas sur lesquels nous avons dormi étaient sales (des poils et des cheveux), certains de mes camarades de classes ont retrouvé des punaises de lit et sont rentrés chez eux avec des boutons sur le corps, nous avons aussi fait la rencontre d’une souris... je ne recommande pas cet établissement dirigé par un personnel qui n’accepte malheureusement pas la critique! Il faut savoir se remettre en question...

A fuir ! Nous sommes allés avec ma classe dans cette auberge et je n’y retournerai plus. Les chambres de 18 personnes ne contiennent pas de draps , je suis rentré avec des boutons sur les cuisses , piquée par des PUNAISES DE LIT , c’est inacceptable ! Sans parler de ma camarade qui a marché sur une souris VIVANTE ! Repas fourni par l’auberge DEGUEULASSE et c’est peu de le dire Voyage gâché, à éviter ! Ne vous fier pas aux commentaires positifs car il est facile de s’en auto poster Si j’avais pu ne mettre aucune étoile je l’aurai fait

Emplacement et personnel très agréable, cependant les DOUCHES étaient FROIDES, suivi de PUNAISES DE LIT.. auberge à éviter..!

Non ho mai dato nessuna valutazione, ma in questo caso mi ritrovo obbligato a farlo per sensibilizzarvi ed a incitarvi a non metterci ASSOLUTAMENTE piede. Verso la fine del mese di novembre, mi sono recato a Parigi avendo degli obiettivi pedagogici con la mia classe universitaria composta da 23 studenti. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che 17 persone erano messe nella stessa camera (condizione di massimo 6 persone per camera non rispettata come precedentemente negoziato via e-mail). Le docce erano completamente fredde e sporche, con lavandini intasati, "decorati" da ciocche di capelli a non finire. Le camere erano ordinate all'arrivo, ma attenzione, mai giudicare l'aspetto estetico semplicemente per il fatto che era quasi impossibile respirare a causa di un odore di chiuso e di polvere. Il peggio è che numerosi studenti si sono ritrovati con punture e cicatrici dovute alle cimici da letto! Uno studente si è addirittura recato dal medico a causa delle cicatrici evidenti e fastidiose. La stellina giustifica la colazione commestibile e alla comprensione e simpatia di un giovane ragazzo alla reception. Posto assolutamente da evitare.

Petit étoile pour le petit déj et l’emplacement. Nous étions 17 dans une chambre, je me suis dit qu’on allait faire avec et là d’un coup HOP je découvre des piqûres aux mains et au dos : Punaises de lit ! 🙂 ce que je craignais le plus.

Un voyage de quelques jours avec ma classe. Les draps paraissaient propres mais au final nous nous sommes retrouvé avec des punaises de lit en rentrant chez nous. Les douches n’étais pas très propres ainsi que l’eau qui était parfois trop chaude ou trop froide et avec ou sans pression d’eau. La chambre de 17 filles contenaient juste deux petits lavabo. Cependant nous avions un bon petit déjeuner et un bon emplacement pour nos sorties prévues.

Mes camarades ont été gentils que moi. Mais ce ne sera pas mon cas d’être gentil !!! Tout allait bien jusqu’au jour où je me réveille le cou et les bras remplies de piqûre de punaise de lit !! Je mets une étoile car j’ai aimé le petit déjeuner et être avec mes amies mais c’est tout !! Après pour ce prix la, on va me dire qu’il ne faut pas me plaindre et je suis d’accord. Mais quand la propreté est touché alors permettez moi de me plaindre !!!

Un dortoir pour 17 filles équipé de 4 prises et deux lavabos et sans aucuns rangements. Nous sommes revenus avec des piqûres de punaises de lit, nous avons eu droit à des douches froides, des toilettes crasseux (pipi debout, même pour les filles pendant 3 jours). En rentrant nous devons donc tout désinfecter pour éviter de contaminer notre chez nous. Cependant, une 2e étoile pour un gentil monsieur qui faisait son possible pour répondre à nos demandes, ce que nous avons apprécié.

BED BUGS!!! There are a lot of issues with this hostel, but they all pale since the place is infested with bed bugs. They will not refund money and they are unsympathetic. Which makes sense because they would not make any money because of all the people complaining and leaving because of the bugs. They moved me rooms which did not help because the new room had bugs as well. They offered for me to talk to a mysterious manager who was never around. Please save yourself the trouble and do not stay here.

Caution! The reception might look clean. But the beds were infested with bedbugs. The receptionist did not want to admit this. We do not recommend to stay in this hostel!

Nightmare dressed like a daydream! At first we had a really good impression: beautiful lobby, pretty garden, decent breakfast... but don't go there if you don't want bedbug bites or money stolen! We have spent the past week in this hostel. One night, a half-naked man came into our room. Luckily, a girl woke up and scared him away, but we thought he was some random drunk person looking for their room at night. Only the day after we realized he had searched our bags and stole money. We were not the only victims of theft this night, as several other people had been stolen money or phones. When we went to the reception, the guy did not care at all and blamed it on us. I can imagine this is a case of organized criminality, as rarely a traveler takes the time to report the case to the police. If this happens to you, please go, this needs to stop! The beds and matresses are bedbug infested. I have countless bedbug bites after my stay in this hostel, as does my friend. When we informed the reception the guy said: "What do you expect? This is a hostel!" Now I am worried now that my home is bedbug infested as well. I have been to a lot of hostels and none was as bad as this. If I go to a hostel, I expect less comfort, but not a total lack of security and hygiene. Do not stay at this hostel, the good impression is deceiving!

Wir waren für 5 Tage in dem Hostel und erstmal schien alles super zu sein, Frühstück war gut, die Eingangshalle sah ganz nett aus...in der 4ten Nacht sind wir aufgewacht, weil ein fremder, halbnackter Mann unsere Sachen mit einer Taschenlampe durchsucht hat. Am nächsten Morgen (leider zu spät) haben wir bemerkt, dass unser Bargeld geklaut wurde. Wir haben den Vorfall an der Rezeption gemeldet, doch uns wurde in keinster Weise geholfen und es wurde überhaupt kein Interesse gezeigt. Wir erfuhren von anderen, dass sie auch in der Nacht beklaut wurden. Hinzu kommt noch, dass unsere Betten teilweise mit Bettwanzen befallen waren. Auch das haben wir gemeldet und bekamen nur die Antwort, was wir denn von einem Hostel erwarten würden. Sehr dummes Verhalten von den Mitarbeitern, auf jeden Fall mehr Schein als sein und absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man keine Einbrecher und Wanzen mag.

Absolute Katastrophe und nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Studienfahrt 4 Nächte dort und es wurde mitten in der Nacht während wir schliefen in fast jedem Zimmer eingebrochen und Bargeld mit Wertsachen entwendet. Die Zimmer waren 2 mal abgeschlossen und die Fenster zu, noch dazu hat keiner etwas bemerkt sehr ominös! Es wird nicht kontrolliert in welchem Zimmer man wohnt (jediglich nach der Zimmernummer gefragt) darum könnte eigentlich jeder an einen anderen Zimmerschlüssel rankommen. Die Schlüssel haben zum Teil auf einem Stockwerk für mehrere Zimmer von uns gepasst noch dazu kommt, dass der Schlüssel für einen unserer Zimmer gefehlt hat und die Rezeption unseren Mitschülern daraufhin den Generalschlüssel gegeben hat. Nach dem Diebstahl zeigte das Personal keinerlei Interesse an einer Aufklärung des Diebstahls - geschweigedenn in Form eines Polizeirufs. Es wurde sogar behauptet, man wisse nicht, wo sich die nächste Polizeistation befindet. In mehreren Betten fanden wir Bettwanzen vor, es gab keine Klobrillen und das Wasser war entweder viel zu heiß oder viel zu kalt. Die Zimmer waren soweit sonst ordentlich auch das Gebäude an sich. Wir haben unsere Zimmer stets über Nacht 2 mal abgeschlossen und fanden unsere Türe jeden Morgen aufgeschlossen vor. Tagsüber haben wir den Schlüssel ordnungsgemäß beim verlassen des Hostels bei der Rezeption abgegeben und baten die Putzkräfte die Fenster nicht zu öffnen (unserem Wunsch wurde keine Beachtung geschenkt) Das Frühstück war dürftig, die Baguettes waren bretthart und mehrere Tage alt. Der Kaffee wurde uns in einer Müslischüssel verabreicht. Unsere Lehrer wurden mit wildfremden leuten in ein zimmer gebucht.

In mehreren Zimmern Bettwanzen gefunden noch dazu wurden in einer Nacht 3000 Euro aus vielen verschiedenen Zimmern geklaut und die Rezeption war nicht wirklich interessiert daran. Das Frühstück sollte es bis 9:15 Uhr geben, allerdings ist um halb 9 normalerweise schon fast alles weg. Noch dazu gibt es keine Klobrillen und das Wasser ist morgens teilweise kalt. Deshalb einfach nur "furchtbar". edit: Dazu kommt noch, dass es teilweise keine Kontrolle an der Rezeption gibt. Das heißt es könnte jeder an die Schlüssel, welche dort abgegeben werden müssen solange niemand im Zimmer ist, herankommen. Auch wenn diese Herberge mit 30 Euro wirklich preiswert ist, rechtfertigt dies eine solche Nachlässigkeit in keiner Weise!

First I’d like to say that I would give 0 if possible. The lobby and entrance fool you into thinking this is an adorable little hostel but the rooms, bathroom, and service tell a different story. Almost all the bed sheets had stains and/or cigarette holes in them (including the replacement sheets they gave some of us when we complained). The showers rarely stay one temperature (I think I got a full 1min of like warm water once). We found a bandaid and gum stuck (visibly) to one of the beds, and when we mentioned this to reception they said someone would come in the morning and remove it, they never did. A slightly more minor, but still frustrating thing, was the wi-fi, they entered the login and password for us because it was a “secret” but the WiFi would disconnect on its own as soon as you turn your phone off and ask you for the log in credentials again. <br/>To end off this review I would like to say that multiple friends of mine also left bad reviews and all got a joint response basically saying how we must remember how they are a student hostel that provides us a service and we should be grateful. However what we are not grateful for is the bed bug infestation they gave us that we then brought to our other hostel and had to pay €50 per 2-3 people to get all our things cleaned, I believe this is enough reason for a refund but I leave the choice up to everyone reading thin. <br/>P.S. to BVJ please do not bother copy pasting the same response to me as you did to the rest of my friends, if you have something helpful I will willingly listen.

A hell hole if I ever saw one. As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I needed to warn others about this vile hostel. When I arrived, I opened the door to a filthy room. My “clean” sheets had hair all over them, my blanket and curtains seemingly had semen and other unknown stains on them. There was soap in only one bathroom in the hostel, and the other bathroom on my floor had a counter with three empty holes where sinks should have been. The showers were atrocious, and I could’ve cleaned them better with my eyes closed than whoever was supposed to be maintaining them. And worst of all, my group returned with bedbugs. Several people in my group not only saw bedbugs on their mattresses, but also left with many bites from these pests after staff failed to properly take care of the problem. Many of us notified staff and after failing to move us to different rooms (which from what I saw, probably wouldn’t have been better anyway), they have since denied any responsibility and refused to refund us in any way. Now, we’ve unfortunately brought bedbugs with us as we travel. I noticed they house many young children and I hope their parents leave a similar review when their young children, who will not recognize the signs of this bedbug infestation, bring them home with them. Lastly, the fact that this poor excuse for an establishment is spending the time to refute several bedbug complaints shows not only that they are doing nothing to fix the problem, but also that they are incredibly unprofessional. 1 star is a generous rating to say the very least.

Bed bugs

Beautiful hostel, excellent location, helpful staff - but in the morning I awoke to discover a BED BUG feasting on me, resulting in four or five uncomfortable bites on my neck. It could have come from the previous hostel, or even from the theatre I attended the night before - but chances are it was resident here. (Too late, I subsequently read all of the other reviews complaining of bed bugs here!!) Pity, as otherwise it's lovely.

Auberge insalubre, douches bouchées et très sales (cheveux sur les murs, terres, papiers, urines, moisissures). Chambres gazées à l’insecticide pour éradiquer les punaises de lit, ils n’ont pas attendus 48h pour nous faire dormir dans une chambre irrespirable (juste des prises désodorisantes comme excuse). Personnel pas sympathique et hautain lorsque nous nous sommes plaints, aucun arrangement possible avec ce genre de personne qui ne dormirait même pas dans cette auberge pour leurs vacances. Fortement déçus

I stayed the night here last night. I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff. I read reports of bed bugs but I didn't have any or see any for that matter. I enjoyed the scenery and the complimentary breakfast, WiFi, and city maps. It's located perfectly as to being both quiet and close to many of the beautiful historical sites that the core of Paris has to offer. I highly recommend this hostel. My only suggestion for the owner is to put up some clothing hooks in the washrooms.

The place is beautiful and at a great location. The staff are nice too. But like mentioned before there's a bed bug problem there. I made my reservation through hostelworld which reviews had no mention of bedbugs. When I got there at 2:15pm the receptionist said I couldn't check into my room until 2:30pm. So with the extra free time I read Google reviews and saw the bed bug reviews a week and month before the time I came in. When I finally got to my room I checked the sheets and mattresses and saw a bed bug on the mattress. After reading the reviews and seeing their response. I just checked out right then and there. Wish I would have said something and read the reviews on Google. It's a nice place just needs some work and to take that bed bug thing seriously.

Bed bugs!! Des PUSES! CHINCHES DE CAMA! I wish I could show you my body after two nights with bedbugs at this hostel. When I brought the bedbug issue to the owner/manager he took no responsibility over the situation. He changed our room but didnt warn the other 6 girls in the dorm of the situation. He just made the bed and acted as if nothing happened. He said people bring them in and its not in his control. When I showed him that I was getting an allergic reaction to the bits he just indicated the nearest pharmacy. We didn't get refunded and he didn't offer to pay for the medicine. Complete AVOID if you're in Paris!

Staff very nice but I stayed on room #1 and couldn't sleep something was biting me and I notice they were bedbugs. It was very destace full! I move to another bed in the middle of the night and it was very hot too. Not a good place for me and another two travelers complaint about same thing!

My friend and I booked a stay here for 3 nights this past week and were utterly shocked at how it went. We showed up early and kept our bags in a room in the basement, which was unlocked. No one seemed to be around so we risked it. When we came back that evening to check in, they asked us to pay in cash and explained we got the last 2 beds. - Firstly, there were no working locks on the rooms. There was one key that the front desk kept, and otherwise everything was just open. - There was no place to store our things inside the rooms, so people had strewn things in every usable corner. - There was also one outlet for a room of 11 people - We paid roughly $46.55 (€40) for the beds, but one of which was a pull out trussle bed - The showers were abysmally filthy, with dirt and grime in every corner, to the point that I decided not to shower that evening But more importantly, after checking in and getting settled, we met some other travelers in the lobby area — one of which who had bites on his arm and showed us a video he'd taken a few minutes prior of bedbugs crawling out from his mattress and all over his bed. The man at the front desk refused to offer a refund, and refused to even call his boss. He said there was nothing he could do, and instructed the kids to either stay up in the lobby all night or go back to sleep in the bug-infested bed until morning. Considering bedbugs travel, we certainly weren't going to risk getting them by staying in our room, and neither were the boys who had complained. We slept in their cafeteria on the benches. The next day, when we said we needed to cancel our next 2 nights so as not to get bed bugs, they refused to refund us. They said they put the sheets in the dryer, that was it. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were given a generic email address and a phone number that was disconnected. The person on duty admitted he had the cell phone of his boss but refused to bother him with it, and didn't have the authority to help us. The only thing we could do was email a seemingly fictitious boss, whose number was fake, and hope he emailed back. We did email that morning. Got no response. At this point we were still paying for a bed, but not daring to stay there and staying somewhere clean instead. Only after threatening to write reviews like this one did we get a response — which said bedbugs don't travel from room to room and that there was no reason to refund us, so they wouldn't. They did, however, cancel our booking, so they could put someone else in the bed but still keep our money. We still have not received a refund, and surely never will. There's no way to contact management, and I'm skeptical there even is management to contact. Please, please stay away from this place. Not only is it still infected with bedbugs, there is no management, and they took our money but canceled the booking so that they wouldn't have to give us our money back.

*BED BUG INFESTATION* This hostel is not worth the money - I promise you. The highlights: - No locked luggage room - No locks on the bedroom doors (only one key and the last person out locks it) - Communal bathroom is FILTHY. Grime in every corner. - No lockers - I was given a trundle bed to sleep on. Not a bunk bed. For $45 USD. - BED BUG INFESTATION that they refuse to deal with - Management team that is too afraid to call their boss Here's the story - We arrived late and were shuffled into a dark room with things strewn everywhere. It was vile so I went into the "communal area" aka the lobby to hang out and a kid came down with bites, videos and photos of bed bugs. The receptionist refused to do anything for him. His entire room was now in the lobby. I was not about to risk getting bed bugs since they are an infestation type of bug and this place is clearly not clean. So I grabbed my friend and we moved into the lobby. Our only option was to sleep in the cafeteria banquettes. It was uncomfortable, unsafe and dirty. In the morning we were told to wait to talk to the manager who told us he was just a receptionist and couldn't offer us a refund because we did not physically see a bug in our room. He gave us a fake number to his boss and an email address that we still haven't received a response back from. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place. It is dirty. It is unsafe. The management put another kid in the bed bug infested bed after the guys relocated to the cafeteria that night. They also cancelled our booking so they could book our beds but refused to give us a refund. BED BUGS. DIRTY. VILE. AVOID THIS PLACE.

HELP. On remerciera tout d’abord la fenêtre qui ne fermait pas dans la chambre ainsi que les chauffages qui ne fonctionnaient pas (en hiver c’est vraiment merveilleux). Un merci également à l´arraignée retrouvée morte dans le lit. Une mention spéciale pour les douches et sanitaires DÉGUEULASSES. Mais aussi et surtout, on retiendra les PUNAISES DE LIT pour les innombrables piqûres sur tout le corps et pour toutes les affaires à désinfecter en rentrant. Et j’en passe. Non sincèrement, je ne laisse jamais d’avis, mais là, AU SECOURS, sans déconner n’y allez pas

À ÉVITER! Cette le hall d'entrée nous laisse sans voix mais c'est surement le seul point positif! Les chambres sont glaciales et le chauffage met des heures pour s'allumer. Vous pouvez également avec la joie de retrouver des punaises de lit dans vos draps et merci aux boutons qu'elles laissent mais surtout aux machines qu'il faut faire en rentrant chez vous pour tuer les oeufs qu'elles font dans vos habits. Vous mangerez également dans in pièces qui est me terrains de jeux des souris (preuve à l'appuie). Mais cela ne s'arrête pas là. Nous voulions nous réveiller vers 8 h pour profiter de Paris et etre en forme mais apparemment la femme de ménage en a décidé autrement, effectivement elle passait la serpillière à 6h45 dans le couloir en chantant à haute voix! Les douches et toilettes sont ignobles! Et certaines douche viennent inondées la salle de douche car l'eau ne coule pas dans le bac à douche mais directement sur le parquet. Bref une joie réellement!

5 nuits pitoyables. <br>Un asticot dans la porte en bois de la douche minuscule, puis rencontre avec un rat dans le hall et avec une punaise de lit dans les draps. Taches de peinture sur un drap et une couverture. <br>Les toilettes sont tres sales et les douches presque autant. Nous avons fini par nous laver les cheveux dans le lavabo de la chambre. <br> <br>Même le Wi-Fi coûte 2€ par jour et est très très aléatoire. À fuir malgré l'excellente situation geographique.

Had to stay here, due to their Montmarte location being under renovtion. Sigh: dirt, the shower stalls flood the shower room due to nothing to keep the water IN the shower. Shower doors are rotten because of this. 2:.....bedbugs, bedbugs, bed bugs! Choose a different location. Mice everywhere in courtyard and inside breakfast area. ZERO mouse traps of ANY kind, even a hostel cat would help

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS! Make sure to check your bed thoroughly when you arrive in your room. Unfortunately I forgot to do so and got absolutely bitten to death during my stay here, I found several bedbugs under my mattress in the morning. I reported this to staff who were very apologetic but I am not sure if they have actually resolved the issue.

J'ai passé 3 nuits d'enfer! Le décors est joli certes mais NE PAS SE FIER AUX APPARENCES DE PROPRE : Au moment de me coucher j'ai eu la surprise de trouver une punaise de lit!!! je l'ai écrasée et montrée à l'accueil, elle était pleine de sang (pas le mien) en soulevant le matelas j'en ai trouvé deux autres! On m'a changé de lit... Ensuite, les gens qui rentrent à 3h30 du matin en allumant les lumières (il n'y a pas de veilleuse et les lavabos sont dans la chambre) qui prennent bien leur temps pour faire la toilette...deux à trois par nuit, ça fait beaucoup! J'ai un voisin la dernière nuit qui est rentré à 5h environ, il a mangé ses chips en faisant du bruit (avec sa bouche et paquet en plastique), je suis parti prévenir la personne de l'accueil car ce voisin n'a pas compris que c'est dehors qu'il faut manger... Le voisin s'est vite barré de l'hôtel en douce sans passer par l'accueil (un migrant? un squatteur?) On peut y rentrer comme dans un moulin : on sonne, à l'interphone, on nous ouvre, ni bonjour ni foutre ni M... de l'accueil, on a passe comme un fantôme (pas très sécurisant pour les affaires)! Paiement en liquide! 5€ de location de serviette, toilettes sans lunette, douches douteuses... un bon point, le petit déjeuner à volonté (sauf le café), et c'est situé dans un bon quartier.

i have been thinking about to keep my issue in silence but can't anymore , im infected my bed bugs in this hostal and brought with me back home , i have my whole body bitten ,im covered in red dots , the most horrible part is that i dont know how to deal with this issue i don't know how to get the bugs out of my house i have washed all of my cloths and bedding and still cant get rid of them
