+ The close location to the dock is the only good thing about the property.

- Staff/owners are scammers. Uncomfortable beds and bed bugs! Unprofessional staff. No noise cancellation rooms. No back up generators for constant power outages. Everything was awful.

- Em van contactar per WhattsApp per dir-me que tenien més reserves que habitacions i que no hi podiem anar. Els vaig demanar que em cancelecin la reserva per poder gestionar-ho amb booking pero només em van enviar una proposta de modificació de dates que no em servia :(

+ Great breakfast

- Firstly I will start with that I think we were just very unfortunate during our stay. We arrived booking a private room with private bathroom and noticed on our 2nd day that the water in the wet room / shower room was not draining. When reported the team essentially said there was a leak and they couldn’t do anything until the following day. As one can imagine constantly walking through stagnant water to use the toilet is disgusting. When checking out we asked if there was any chance we could be compensated as a result of a non fully functioning room and we were met with hostility from the staff. We were told that we were frauds, that we didn’t report soon enough and they even resulted to unprofessional snide comments and threats. Unfortunately one cannot report a problem until they realise there is on and in this case we needed to use the full facilities to realise they were not working as they should. The response of the staff was unacceptable and ruined our stay. I can share screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation for reference. In addition to the above, noise is the general issue from Mr Mullets. However this can be solved by ear plugs.

+ Bonita vista, desayuno incluido aunque es muuuuy pequeño. Esta bien ubicado, cerca de salida de tours y del muelle.

+ Hospedaje Gonzalez is located in a strategic area of San Pedro La Laguna. I had read previous reviews mentioning that the hospedaje was difficult to find, but I’m happy to say that this has improved, as there is now a large sign at the entrance of the street. My room was on the top floor (there is no elevator), and while it was simple, it was comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there was no hot water available. This is a basic hospedaje, so it’s important not to expect a five-star luxury hotel. However, it offers excellent value for money considering its central location (just five minutes from the port) and the fact that a small breakfast is included.

- When I arrived, no one was available to check me in, and I had another commitment in San Marcos La Laguna. I managed to get the attention of an elderly woman who seemed to live or work there, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in a room and return later to complete the check-in. That said, it was a bit frustrating because I had emailed in advance to let them know that I needed to drop off my luggage quickly before heading to the other village.

+ Op twee minuten lopen van de pier en midden in het centrum, zit dit fijne plekje met enorm gastvrije mensen. Je ontbijt op het dakterras met uitzicht op het meer.

+ Stunning lake view. Close location to ferry. Warm hospitality. Reasonable price.

- Water pressure low in shower

+ I like the view from the balcony and because it was close to everything, good breakfast (eggs, pancakes and banana)

- The matress was a bit hard and the shower was cold

+ O melhor foi a localização, o quarto era bem simples e limpo, como está nas fotos. Custo benefíco muito bom.

- As janales do banehro não eram proprieamente janelas, e sim aberturas no alto, que não dava arra fechar. A noite a temperatura cai bastente e entra um vento frio, tornando o momento do banho meio ruim.
