Sea Beach Hostel & Club (AoNang Beachfront)

They had bed bugs and just moved us room and then tried to say there wasn’t any when we had photos and bites of all of them

There were bedbugs in the beds, we informed staff the evening they were found. We were moved rooms but staff did not tell any of the other clients staying in the room. There was also vomit in the sink and toilet at 5am we went out for the day it was still there at 5pm.

I was looking forward to coming to this hostel due to the good reviews. The only good thing about it was the location next to the beach. The washrooms were so dirty, I’ve seen shit, vomit and the next day it would still be there. It smelled like sweat and was super humid inside. You can’t sleep before 2.am because of the music, but also people screaming in the hallways all night. Rooms were left open at all times.. also there were bedbugs in another room and staff didn’t inform others.

Tjekkede ind om eftermiddagen, hvorefter vi opdager sengelus / bed bugs. Hostelet kan ikke tilbyde et andet værelse / andre senge til os, og kan heller ikke hjælpe med at finde et andet sted at overnatte. De vil heller ikke yde en kompensation - hverken for transport andensteds eller til at dække øgede udgifter til booking af andet hostel i anden by. En af os blev bidt flere steder i løbet af de få timer vi var på værelset og vi håber virkelig ikke vi får lus med videre.

dirty bathrooms. most of the time no toiletpaper in the toilet rooms. not very clean. construction work next to the hostel. had 3 nights there and after the 2nd i had a lot of stitches on my legs, probably bed bugs.. looked on the blanket and there where dirty senses probably from the bed bugs. had to change the room.
