llegamos y no había agua caliente y al persona no importarle ni había respuesta a cuándo repararian el servicio. Después simplemente no había agua. el horario de acceso es restringido a las 11 PM. tuvimos que tocar más de media hora la puerta para que nos permitieran el acceso.

We arrived and there was no hot water and the person didn't care or there was no response to when they would fix the service. after that there was simply no water. the access hours are restricted to 11 PM. we had to knock on the door for over half an hour to be allowed access.
