Fuimos de viaje de estudios y el hotel es horrible sobre todo las habitaciones,algunas tenían chinches,en otras no funcionaban las duchas o no había agua caliente o se inundaba la habitación si te duchabas,la sisterna en varias habitaciones no funcionaban al igual que el secador y aunque te quejabas venía el de mantenimiento y lo intentaba “arreglar”,pero nunca lo terminaba de arreglar.Algunos de los de recepción eran bastante bordes y no daban soluciones.Los desayunos no estaban muy bueno pero bueno más o menos se podía conformar,nosotros no comíamos ni cenábamos ahí por lo cual no puedo opinar de la comida y cena.No recomiendo para nada alojarse aquí.Lo único bueno que se le puede sacar al hotel es la ubicación y las zonas sociales.

Bed bugs in my bed and also in the bed of the person next to me They changed rooms which was good but still bed bugs when travelling for a month is poor

People were complaining of BED BUGS!! so be careful. Staff were all great but for the amount paid wasn’t keen on facilities. Air con barely got colder than room temp and you can’t bring in any food/drink so you have to pay for their expensive stuff.

L’auberge est sympa cependant je ne recommande pas du tout le lieu pour une femme qui voyage seule. Le quartier n’est pas safe. De plus, j’ai retrouvé des piqûres de punaise de lit un peu partout sur mon corps lors de mon séjour dans l’auberge. Je n’ai pas cherché bien loin avant de tomber sur des avis qui expose le même problème..

Just wanted to respond since they wanted to respond to my review: For starters, I didn’t find any bed bugs in my belongings, we found them in the bed both on and under the sheet. Which had you spoken to your staff or even read my email, I attached photos, I also have video footage which came quite in handy with my bank. Please note and see how unhelpful this hostel is that they would rather blame their guests (not just me - read the other reviews which also mention this same exact issue) than fix their actual problem and make improvements. At the end of the day, I gain absolutely nothing from leaving a bad review - I’m sharing this so I could maybe help another traveler from having a poor experience. I’m sure potential customers reading this can draw their own conclusions but this hotel can continue to attack honest reviews rather than apply changes to their facilities to better their business. My bank investigated the charges, I provided sufficient evidence and thankfully my claim was handled swiftly. Clearly this hostel has no intent to accept responsibility. Good luck, your business model sure needs it. Zero stars if possible! Saw a review posted 5 days ago sharing the same grievances, I also saw bed bugs in our room 511! I had the same experience - “manager not available” email their team yada yada. I got a bogus email back saying their pest control found nothing BUT no proof attached. I literally have photos and they’re trying to claim there weren’t any. Make it make sense lol Avoid this place like the plague - apart from being a health hazard, surrounding area is dirty and unsafe. They may claim otherwise but I spoke to locals and taxi drivers and they all said the same. Service was awful, I saw the front desk team not only be rude to other guests but experienced it first hand. Wish I never stayed here. Everyone should draw their own conclusions based on the reviews rather than their calculated responses. Do better!

There are bed bugs!! Woke up itching all over and had swollen eyes, with the classic bed bug bites on my arms, chest and legs!! Complained to the front desk who said the manager was not here so couldn’t do anything and said to wait for the manager, but I had a train to catch. They said to email the reception and they’ll give me a refund but they have just ignored my email. The reception didn’t offer any help except saying they’ll check for bed bugs in the room (which means they’ll just put the sheets in the wash and not do anything else). It was room 406 so avoid the room if you’re placed there!!! Shocking coming from such an expensive hostel (€60+ a night is a disgraceful price for the bed bugs)! I have stayed in SO MANY hostels around the world for a much cheaper price and experienced no bed bugs. This is the first time I’ve experienced bed bugs and it’s in a 4 star hostel for €60 a night.
