   The location and the atmosphere I felt racist from the staff; after 10 people checked out, only I was asked for a towel because I'm not European or because my skin isn't white. They would even send people to search my room just when it was my turn, as if I were going to steal something.And who would have thought it? I even made an extension and it happened, both checkouts

   The location is good and the atmosphere is youthful I felt racist from the staff; after 10 people checked out, only I was asked for a towel because I'm not European or because my skin isn't white. They would even send people to search my room just when it was my turn, as if I were going to steal something.And who would have thought it? I even made an extension and it happened, both checkouts

   Be wary! If you dont have your passport with you - in our case as we had travelled from our place in phuket - they will cancel you booking and take 50% of the total cost for the booking. I have no issue with certson policies but dont take 50% of the total of my booking whem I onyl booked 10mins before, thats very unfair given thats its an obscure policy that no where on the island has and its plain robbery really.

   On the of the worst hostels I stayed in. No curtains in the rooms so you can imagine the nightmare of sharing a room with the wrong folk. The staff are so rude especially the old feminine Thai dude. There is no common area to meet other people it's literally located in a dead end of a busy street, no facilities no organized activities whatsover. Also the hostel is located next to a brothel (massage parlor) litterally next door so expect harassment everytime when going in or out.

   very unfriendly staff, very dirty place. They keep the passports for the duration of the stay with no possibility to give them a money deposit instead. Apparently they don't know how to take pictures of them (like all the other hostels and hotels we've been in) and just brought the argument that this was their policy. I wouldn't even have a problem with leaving the passports but the place seems very sketchy. You were the only place of our 2 month trip that acted so complicated. We did not feel welcomed and were happy to leave the place.

   Worst hotel ive stayed in, dirty, bathrooms were terrible with no hot water or toilet seats, worms coming out the walls. Also got locked in the room

   They won't give you a room unless you let them keep your passport for the duration of your stay. They also ask you to pay upon leaving. Never do this, you would be at their mercy for anything they want. You don't want to pay for this overcharged fee that came out of nowhere ? Then you don't get your passport back

    The location is the best part but besides this not much to offer. The staff were rude and shouted when the door didn’t open properly. Also security didn’t let us in without keycard even though we proved numerous times and still refused. The room was smelly; had mosquitos and cockroaches. Was excited to leave

    LOCK YOUR THINGS UP THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! At first we thought this was a really friendly hostel and staff were very welcoming. We booked the boat party through them so they knew we were out for the day (everyone in our room was also on this boat party). When we got back from the boat party I said to my friend “someone has been through my bag”. As our passports had been taken at arrival I hadn’t locked my bag up because I forgot I had money in there. All of my smaller bags in my rucksack had been opened and when it came to paying at the end all my money had been stolen from my documents folder (£130). When I was stuck at the end she said to me ‘you can’t trust your friends and you can’t trust the staff’. She then proceeded to get very angry at me even though I had never accused her of anything. Very very rude at check out and extremely aggressive. As soon as we left the property she blocked me from being able to leave a review on hostel world.

    Great hostel! The location was fantastic, right in the centre - and security on the door all the time so felt very safe. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size, bit basic - and my room only had 3 lockers as one was broken so i was without a locker - and £300 got stolen from me but i can’t be sure if this was other hostel stayers or something - so i can’t blame the hostel for this. Unfortunate but other than that the hostel was fine!

    The place was fine, nothing great about it except for the location. They insist on holding on to your passport which is super creepy and we had to submit our passport to the front else we won't get the room. Staff had no idea of what is the definition of hospitality.

    Lo único bueno la ubicación.Nos robaron 1500 dólares del locker con candado, el cual se puede levantar el colchón y meter la mano.Cero seguridad.No se hicieron cargo de nada.la manager quien no quiso darnos su nombre y demoró horas en aparecer con total resaca para no darnos ninguna respuesta y hablarnos mal.Falta de profesionalismo total. Nos acusó de haber gritado a empleados y de acusar a housekeeping cuando simplemente planteamos lo sucedido. Eviten ese lugar!!

They also didnt gave us a bill for the payement as we found out later so we asked if it would be possible to get a bill so we have a certificate that we payed.     WORST EXPIERENCE EVER!! First of all we booked over Hostelworld and the pictures on Hostelworld did not come close to how the Hostel was in reality. When we checked in, we were received by european girl who was totally stoned and by another very unfriendly hostel manager. When i wanted to pay by cash the manager tried to scam me as he gave me the wrong change. After we payed they told us that we HAD to give in our passports and after asking again if it would be possible to instead leave money (500 Baht as in all other hostels) they told us very annoyed that it isnt an option. They also didnt gave us a bill for the payement as we found out later so we asked if it would be possible to get a bill so we have a certificate that we payed. As we asked for the bill the manager reacted very unfriendly, annoyed and reluctantly gave us a bill. The Bedrooms were very dirty and the air conditioner was controlled by the Hostel (it was activated from 5pm to 11am) which means you werent able to f.e. turn it off at night therefore it sometimes got very cold and you werent able to sleep. The Bathroom was also super dirty, f.e. we had blood stains on our Toilet for the whole 3 Days we stayed there, which also shows that they do not clean the Bathroom at all. The „Nightwatcher“ sleeped the whole Night so it was very easy to steel to the passports at the reception. You might think at least the Location is good but the Hostel was located in a very dirty alley and you heard the loud music from the Bars in the City. So overall i can only recommend: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Trust me.
