La stanza è risultata molto piccola e la pulizia pessima. Lenzuola macchiate e sotto il letto fazzoletti sporchi. Peraltro, l'affaccio era sul cortile di una scuola con annesse urla e suono della campanella. La porta dell'hotel, inoltre, rimane aperta tutta la notte e quindi può entrare chiunque. Nonostante, quindi, la posizione (ottima perché vicino Montmarte) e il personale molto gentile, la camera e la struttura risultano alquanto deludenti e non corrispondenti al prezzo.
The room turned out to be very small and the cleanliness was terrible. The sheets were stained and under the bed dirty handkerchiefs. Moreover, the affaccio was on the courtyard of a school with a school with a screaming annexe and the sound of the bell. The hotel door, moreover, remains open all night and therefore anyone can enter. Despite the location (great because near Montmarte) and the very kind staff, the room and the structure are rather disappointing and do not correspond to the price.
De kamer is aftands. De dekens en lakens zijn versleten, met gaten. De bed lampjes zijn van de muur gesloopt. Op het afdak, buiten het raam, liggen condooms. Het lijkt wel een perskamer. Er is geen waterkoker in de kamer. Het verfwerk bladdert af. De afstandsbediening voor de tv ontbreekt. Lage prijs, voor Parijs, maar het geld niet waard.
The room is in ruins. The blankets and sheets are worn, with holes. The bed lamps are knocked off the wall. On the ceiling, outside the window, there are condoms. It looks like a perskamer. There is no kettle in the room. The paintwork is fading. The remote control for the TV is missing. Low price, for Paris, but not worth the money.
Bei Ankunft wusste niemand von unserer Reservierung. Wir mussten mit dem Chef telefonieren nachdem der Mitarbeiter uns einfach das Handy in die Hand drückte. Bei Bezahlung wollte uns der Mitarbeiter betrügen. Einige Tage später wurde uns der bereits bar bezahlte Betrag noch von der Karte abgebucht. Hoffentlich bekommen wir das Geld wieder. Zimmer dreckig und verraucht. Das einzig gute war wirklich die Lage. Definitiv meiden!
On arrival no one knew about our reservation. we had to phone the boss after the employee simply handed us the mobile phone. at the time of payment the employee tried to cheat us. a few days later the amount already paid in cash was still debited from our card. hopefully we get the money back. room dirty and smoky. the only good thing was the situation. definitely girls!
Me and my friend do not recommend here to anyone while there are other places that you can stay at the same price
I was expecting a hostel but this was third rate hotel.
Hostel smelled like sewer gas the entire time of our stay When requested, the room was not cleaned/no bedding was replaced Exterior door was never locked, only security was the door to our room

This place is below every existing standard. It is dirty and it's furniture and bathrooms are completely broken, the rooms smell bad (we had 2 rooms and both were the same). Not recommendable at all and a very bad experience.

Endroit très sale. Des gens criaient dans la nuit. Les deux personnes à l’accueil n’ont rien fait pour changer cela. Je déconseille fortement : même si le prix est bas, ça ne vaut pas le coup si c’est pour ne pas dormir de la nuit.
The two people at the reception did nothing to change that. i strongly advise against: even if the price is low, it is not worth the shot if it is to keep you up at night.

Great location, but you get what you are paying for. The hotel is cheap for a reason, the rooms are small and not in a good shape. We had two rooms, in both rooms the bathroom doors were broken and were unusable. The bathrooms were really dirty. The sheets and towels were cleanish, but definitely had seen better days. The guys who were working in the hotel were nice and accommodating.

troubled area, very expensive for this hotel Glad I only stayed one night
The towels smelled like cigarettes, the heater suddenly turned off at night, leaving us with very cold water in the middle of winter, the bedsheets don't seem to be changed habitually, and there was a smell from the bathroom.
Basic rooms. Cleaner than expected, but the TV didnt work. No towels provided. Wifi doesnt reach the rooms. No control over the radiator / heating. Thin walls so can get noisy from other rooms, but not too much noise from the street. Overall quality reflective of price per room. OK for a short stay where you spend most of your day outside. Strong smell of smoke in the room wasn't very pleasant. No storage for clothes. Lot's of inactive sockets and light switches.

Quite frankly this hotel does the bare minimum and only the bare minimum. Room was clean when I checked in, however they never cleaned it during my 5 night stay. Floor was uneven. Horrible wooden spiral staircase with no elevator. The bathroom was better than my already low expectations. Also apparently the people that stay here are really noisy and nothing is done about that. Also I got a private twin room. There was just one large bed instead of two twins. So that was blatantly misleading.
Endroit correct niveau qualité/prix, mais il fait très froid dans les chambres et l'humidité est très présente.
