El encargado no hablaba ni español ni inglés, no había manera de comunicarse con él. De echo, creo que no era ni el encargado oficial. Reserve una habitación privada de 3 camas y después de 20min esperando en recepción nos dieron 2 hab, 1 privada y una de dos camas. No había manera de cambiarlo porque el “encargado” no le daba la gana. Después de instalarnos en las habs, este señor nos dio una habitación sucia de 3 camas juntas deplorable. The manager spoke neither spanish nor english, there was no way to communicate with him. echo, i think it was not even the official manager. booked a private room with 3 beds and after 20min waiting at the reception they gave us 2 habs, 1 private and one double bed. there was no way to change it because the manager didn't feel like it. after we settled in the habs, this señor gave us a filthy room with 3 deplorable beds together. the shower and bathroom are dirty as well as the saunas.
