Room was a good size We were told housekeeping would clean the room on day 3. If we didn’t want it cleaned, we were to leave the do not disturb sign on the door. We did - housekeeping still opened the door without identifying who they were and myself and my teenage daughter were getting changed for dinner. On the fourth day, we asked for the room to be cleaned. We came back and filthy sheets had been put on our beds, covered in stains and long hairs that didn’t belong to us. We didn’t get back to the room until 11pm and spent the next couple of hours trying to get our bedding changed or the room changed. In the end the night shift person came and took the dirty sheets and put only a fitted sheet on the beds and offered a free breakfast which is now appearing on an amended invoice after we have left the property so we’re unsure if we will get the charge for that. The next day, housekeeping questioned my husband as to where the sheets were AND my eldest daughter woke up with suspected bed bug bites. The next day, I asked at reception how I can complain to management and was told they couldn’t help. Would definitely not recommend.

Je suis revenue avec des piqûres de punaises de lit . Selon le médecin j’ai dû être piquée à l’hôtel. Je voulais donc vous le signaler ..j’étais chambre 122

The location was relatively convenient, and the room looked fine at first glance. The shower worked well, and check-in was easy. The area around the hotel didn’t feel very nice. The room was missing some basic things like a kettle, glasses, and even a safe to store valuables. The bed was just average, with mismatched pillows and pillowcases. The worst part — I found a bedbug under the bed the night before leaving. I took a photo and showed it at the reception in the morning. They gave me an email to contact, but after more than a month, no one has replied or apologized. We had to wash all our clothes in hot water afterward.

Meine Tochter berichtet nach der Rückkehr ihrer Abschlussfahrt von "Bettwanzenbefall" in ihren Zimmern. Mehrer Mitschüler und auch andere Personen von Reisegruppen zeigen die klassischen Symptome. In manchen Zimmern sei der Befall sogar extrem stark gewesen! Nach heutigem Stand wäre das Hostel wenig empfehlenswert.

Pas mal de commerces dans le quartier et des petits restaurants sympathiques. Facilement accessible. Le matin aperçu des minuscules bestioles par terre qui sont montées jusque sur le lit. Pas des punaises de lit de toute évidence.

L'emplacement est top, les lits confortables et les chambres plutôt calmes. Punaises de lit !!! Bedbugs dans les lits qui ont fait de nos nuits des moments pas sympa :( Sans parler de la peur d'en ramener chez soi ! Nous aurions apprécié une petite bouilloire pour se faire un café ou un thé au réveil.

Leider hatten wir Bettwanzen im Zimmer. Darüberhinaus hat das Personal unser Anliegen nicht richtig Ernst genommen & es gab kein Entgegenkommen oder Wiedergutmachung vom Hotel. Und haben uns sogar versucht vom Gegenteil zu überzeugen. Ein No Go!Nach einem Besuch in der Apotheke waren wir schlauer. Eindeutig Bettwanzen. Daher keine Empfehlung!!

Por lo demás bien ubicado, aparcamos en la puerta porque en agosto no habia que pagar por aparcar en la calle. La estación de tranvía está al lado y me explicaron bien que sacase el abono familiar para un día (6,90 familia) y dónde comer, qué ver. La habitación de litera bien para una familia. Por la noche me desperté y encima de la colcha encontré 3 chinches, así que eso ya me estropeó la experiencia. Las toallas tampoco se veían muy limpias.

My son and me had bed bug bites . the fact that bedding is not changed unless requested probably does not help bed bug infestation although understand it is a France wide Hotel issue.
