+ I hated the area, the room seemed ok

- NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL I'm another victim of theft at this hotel. On May 15, we arrived in Paris and checked into the hotel. We placed our money and documents in the room safe. On May 17, I briefly opened the safe to add a few more items. At that time, it contained: - Our passports - Russian debit cards + 1 Kazakhstani bank card - €4,450 in cash On May 19, when we returned to the hotel and tried to open the safe to put away a passport, the code no longer worked. We notified reception, and the next day, a technician came to open the safe. All the money was gone. The documents were still there—but not a single euro remained. Our Russian cards were untouched (naturally, since they don’t work abroad anyway), but the Kazakhstani bank card was stolen too. We are certain that someone physically removed our safe (it wasn’t bolted down, so anyone could carry it away), opened it elsewhere, took the money, and then replaced it with a different safe one containing only the documents. They also changed the code, which is why ours stopped working. We went to the police, but they refused to help, claiming there were "too many fingerprints" on the safe. We even asked them to check fingerprints on our passports (which the thief may have touched), but they denied our request. The only person who showed any compassion was the receptionist. She was clearly shocked, took my email and WhatsApp, and promised to keep me updated. She said their technician would check who had accessed the room during those days. But it turned out there are no security cameras in the hallways or near the room—so no evidence could be reviewed. The hotel management did nothing, not for us, not even for their own staff. As it turns out, we are not the only victims of this hotel. You can read other guests’ reviews at the end of this video. Speaking of other troubles: - The housekeeping doesn't work after 3 pm.

- I was deeply disappointed by my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the poor cleanliness of the rooms: dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned well. The staff was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to change rooms due to the excessive noise from a party downstairs, the response was completely indifferent. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, it was an experience that left me speechless. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not only will I never return, but I’ll also make sure to discourage anyone I know from staying here.
+ Payé une chambre qui m'a pas convenu, je n ai pas passé la nuit a l hôtel et j ai perdu de l'argent . C est incorrecte et imparfait les photos sont vraiment pas comme dite sur place ....

- En arrivant le gardien me dit qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Il est 23 heures et après un long voyage nous sommes épuisés, et il fait 19 degrés dans la chambre donc OK. Mais en arrivant dans la chambre, il n'y a qu'un lit double alors que j'ai réservé une chambre avec 3 lits. Hôtel complet. Nous devons ressortir à 23h30, sous la pluie pour nous diriger vers un autre hôtel. Juste inadmissible.

+ Solo que es cerca a media cuadra de una estación de tren, fue funcional durante la visita por los juegos olímpicos
- Por el precio pésimas condiciones. Creo recomendado este lugar. Las fotos no se parecen en nada a la realidad. El lugar es sucio en todas partes, desde los corredores, las habitaciones con alfombra llena de polvo, las camas malas, el baño con mal olor y varias secciones con corrosión. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación y el aire funcionaba defectuoso.

+ L'emplacement était idéal car très près de la gare, la chambre était propre et la douche agréable. Un thé était disponible dans la chambre.
- J'aurais voulu une chambre avec les lits jumeaux étant avec mon fils. Mais on m'a expliqué qu'il fallait le notifier avant . Ce que j'entends.
